Location was selected as it was off the main route and away from the hustle and bustle, but inside it was noisy due to the guests, so not peaceful and quiet as hoped. Not worth the excessive price that is for sure. It was overpriced for what you got. Thought the place would be quiet & it was not. The pool was a zoo due to just a few children from a family that were unruly and parents from India not disciplining them and management not doing anything to control the situation. As it was right next to the dining place it made for an unpleasant situation, when all I wanted was a quiet relaxing dinner in peace and quiet, but not to be had.

(1)It's within walking distance to Kuta Beach; (2)Plenty of electric sockets; (3)Although located in a busy area, it's not by the side of the main street. Rooms are free from the noise of vehicles roaming Kuta. (1)However, the music in the lobby could also be heard through the speaker inside my room. Although it wasn't deafening, it was bothering; (2)Coffee and creamer weren't replenished two days in a row. I had to make a call to the front desk. I got them at last, and during the next days, new ones were always ready on my desk. I just thought that it would be much better if I didn't need to have asked.

Reception was very friendly and offered us a welcome drink. The room was just a basic one, quite clean and so was the bathroom. Our view was overlooking the dining area which was next to lap pool. They had a nice buffet layout for breakfast and there were some beautiful plants growing on the fences. For an overnight stay we couldn't fault this hotel. The only thing was the pillows were a bit hard.

The location is very nice. Everything is just a nearby awesome staff attitude to deal with good English communication and very tasty food. My family really enjoyed breakfast and lunch. The room size was a little small for two couples It's hard to put two bags and move around.

We stayed there just for a night.The staff so friendly and accommodating. We needed to leave early the next day, the staff actually opened the breakfast at 6.30 just for us..would really recommend this place.

Not too far from my favourite hotel, where I would happily go to have my meals. The cleaning carts and luggage passing in the hall way is like a jet engine passing by....its insane. Its like sound is amplified in the rooms by 100. The waiting times when ordering food is also crazy. We were the only table that needed serving yet on several occasions we waited around 20 mins or more for drinks after ordering...and an hour for the food.
