Great location, down a quiet side street but still close enough to everything you need. Circle K right opposite it. Breakfast had a good selection, and the pool was so big. We had a pool access room which was great and convenient. Staff were all so lovely. To be expected of course right by the pool but sometimes it could be a little noisy early in the morning (the pool did have open hours, but some other guests went in a little earlier, no more than an hour and only for a short while) - nothing major.

Room was spacious & very clean. Perfect size for a couple or two friends. Staff were very welcoming and accomodating. Pool is HUGE. We paid for free breakfast & there wasn’t many options. I would rate the breakfast a 2/10 and wouldn’t recommend paying the extra money.

My stay Was good,the food was ok but some of the food is cold,(buffet breakfast).room is ok,isn’t that clean on the bathroom

The staff are great! Bed was comfy. The rooms are dirty, dusty, mouldy. Stains on the curtains and tiles. My shower smelt like sewage every time I turned it on. The suite I stayed in was right next to the kids pool, woken up each morning by the sound of children as the glass doors are not sound proofed.

Location was 'very good Food served in breakfast wasn't very good. Also room service was okay only. The AC of the room was not working as it should. Amenities in washroom was broken, no hand towel or face towel. no cupboard. Normal water was very limited and no complimentary

24 hour check in and good speedy service. The staff are very kind and quick to help The rooms were very dirty. When I say dirty I mean the furnisher and blinds. It was fresh sheets and clean floors however the age of the room and decor like blinds and cabinets were old. Old curtains have stains all over them which I thought was blood so I requested another room as if felt so dirty being there.

We loved our stay here, the hotel was great value for money and the staff were wonderful especially with our 7 month old baby, the even upgraded us to a bigger room which was very much appreciated! The cocktails and pool were also awesome and location was right in the heart of Kuta. We would definitely stay again We loved our stay!

Staff were excellent,nothing was to much trouble for them..very friendly,happy always smiling.my room was large,very comfortable, breakfast was good..pool was lovely. Walking distance to everything , 10 mins walk to the beach,,,special thank you to Gekmas and Putu...I recommend this hotel...I will be back

Soft beds and cold rooms. (Aircon worked well). Check in process isn't great. Lifts were down for two days. Staff had the look of- we don't believe you stay here everytime on their faces and keepd asking for room number when you walked passed.

1. Breakfast was not convenient for me as it has eastern and Western Asia food and for Arab they will not like it . 2. Bed and pillows cover were not clean and I noticed when the housekeeping came to clean they did not change it and keep it as it is. 3. Sink in the shower is blocked and need time to be released 4. Room has some insects u will feel it when u sleep on the bed

The location is very centre, worth the price, the breakfast was good. The room is quite clean. Everything you can expect from a hotel.
