First time we got into a room it smelled so bad, that we had ask for another room. Pool has no view and it is small. Food was not a great quality. Closest beach was not clean and full of people offering services even if you say NO 100 times.

Noise no sound proofing in the door sounded like there were people in the room with you it was so loud. Then when leaving was made to wait while they checked the room.

Staff were fantastic, location handy, pizzas are yum. Breakfast wasn’t great, middle eastern men swimming in their underwear, noisy people in hallways at night.

The property was clean and was good for the price. In my floor there were lots of party people which were very loud until early morning... the sound protection in the rooms was not very good, neither the view from my windows... The location was good - and staff was very helpful. Breakfast was not to my taste... did not even go to have breakfast every morning even though I had paid for it.

Nothing particular. Super old facilities, smell of mold, beeping doors, quality of hotel guests.

The staff, cleaners, and security is very friendly and welcoming. The bed was comfortable and it had smart Tv facilities. The bathroom facilities were decent and clean. The property is in Kuta, as soon as you step outside you are harassed by drug dealers, prostitutes and probably the worst kind of people I’ve ever encountered. My room was next to a room filled with about 5 or 6 kids. They woke me up during the night and morning, screaming, running, knocking on doors. I communicated to them how so many people can stay in one room, and all they could offer me was apologies. And this happened multiple times. However I feel bad for the staff since the try their best. The overall problem stems from bali and its government and people. Also beware of scams. I was scammed multiple times. Also the breakfast included was one of the worst I ever seen. The food quality is bad, its extremely dirty, it lacks in hygiene and taste. So I didnt go back. Also people will smoke around you while you eat breakfast. Never ever seen a hotel that would allow that during a buffet breakfast.

Exactly in the legian street next to Sky Garden Wifi is slow and sometimes not working at all

located on one of the main roads, close to most things I love about kuta/legian - poppies lane, beach etc. fridge didn't work, replacement was loud and noisy that we moved it into the bathroom. Sometimes people came home late and were noisy. It is right in the entertainment/late night bars strip so I'd expect that anyway.

However, the room faced a wall, so there was no natural sunlight. It was also very loud at night until around 3 a.m., which can be a problem if you're not planning to go out and party. Additionally, the internet connection was very poor. Overall, there are some nice aspects, but also a few major downsides that affected my stay.
