The door is a bit hard to close and open. There's stained on my pillow and towels. With this price, it's a fair trade. The beds, table and everything was perfect.

Location, swimming pool One male staff gave me a bad impression on the whole place, management is super strict with guests, they charged me for packing my staff for 40 min after 12 noon, they don’t cash you back when they serve you dirty and nasty towels and dirt stains on bed sheets. I really hate it when they see guests as an ATM. The other staff were cool to be honest. The location is not bad but you can find better places.

The aircon worked great Unfortunately the place is just a little run down. Both of the towels and sheets had bad stains and there is drywall coming off and floor boards have all started coming apart also my bed was starting to fall apart and made a lot of noise when I moved. TV doesn't connect to anything so not much point to it. The place is nice but could just do with a refresh.

The room was decent and clean enough; the only downside was the restaurant closes too early at 7.00pm, which means you have to look for food outside of the property. However staff were moderately friendly and it's very close to social amenities and Kuta Beach. The restaurant closes too early.Everything else was not too bad. We never used the pool, though.

Clean rooms, amazing staff, insanely good location and affordable Mini fridge didnt work on arrival, turns out staff just turned it off and forgot to turn it back on, honestly my fault!

Rooms are spacious, you don’t realize until you’re in a tiny room that the pictures make it look big. Staff is awesome and you see the same faces year after year Nothing

Staff were friendly great location close to shops restaurants and beach.Room was big & clean. Air con worked well bar fridge was cold. They have breakfast and meals available. For me the bed was really hard

The banging of wood work in the rooms next to us was interesting and made it difficult to sleep. so being awake longer i guess allowed me to try to get work done. The reception charged us for deluxe rooms for 4 nights. We were in the twin room. When adding extra nights they should have mentioned this. Why would you continue to charge extra amounts for many different nights. Then when asked to give reduced price or some funds back they declined. Be careful they do not over charge you and give you less.
