The location was close to the family I was visiting and close to local stores and lots of restaurants. There was an ant investation in the kitchen, livingroom, and bathroom. There was mold in the shower and the shower stall had soap scum. The children running in the romm above my room (218) all hours of the night and morning.

Beautiful, clean and spacious with a fully stocked kitchen. Amazing breakfast and awesome gym! No complaints other than 1 of our 2 rooms smelled like fish from the previous guests cooking so I had to go buy some glade plug in

Drove in to attend a graduation ceremony. Motel was very clean, friendly staff, parking was convenient, and had a nice breakfast area. Convenient location also. Will stay here again if I’m in the area.

The rooms are always big.. Bed uncomfortable, no coffee creamer at breakfast. Limited options at breakfast. Coffee is terrible cigarette butts every where outside... .

The property was very clean. It was also located close enough to walk to get dinner after driving several hours. Breakfast didn’t start till 7

Attendant at desk at check-in was great! She was quick, friendly, professional, and very nice. She greeted us as we walked in, provided detailed directions to our room, breakfast hours, a wished a good night. This is my first time staying at this chain but definitely won't be my last. The room was spacious and clean- I loved having a table to eat dinner at.

The spacious suite was nice. It allowed our family to sit and visit in the room. The proximity to Arkansas State was great! Some negatives was the beds aren’t comfortable and our shower floor was dirty. My son and daughter in law had a separate room from ours and their shower was dirty and the A/C made a whistling sound all night that kept them from being well rested.

Anytime we stay in Jonesboro it is always residence Inn. Excellent location rooms are always extremely clean. Great service.
