Awesome place to stay with large rooms, great pool and breakfast and convenient to A-State!

The room was spacious and comfortable. The location was perfect and the staff were wonderful!

Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent set up of most amenities a family can use on a trip. Breakfast was fresh but lacking in a couple higher quality options. Hampton Inn has tasty scones and mini omelets that are delicious. Their juices are higher quality as well.

Great staff, we had a clogged toilet when we got to the room and maintenance came right away and took care of it. The breakfast was also one of the best I have had in any hotel.

The room was great. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was amazing. We liked everything about the room.

From beginning to end everything was delightful. The staff was great, the beds were cozy, the shower pressure was top notch, breakfast had a lot of selections and the sweet lady at the desk let my baby pick out a toy from the treasure box for her birthday!

Food stains on wall by dining table in room. Carpet in room was wet in front of AC and window and for about 8' into the room. Reported to front desk. She called someone and told me that she was told it is from the windows. That means they knew it was an issue and rented it anyway. No offer to change room.

In town for a bike race and I really needed a good nights sleep. We requested top floor but when we arrive staff said there was not a room available. The room we were in was under a family with teens and children (possibly living there…this is an extended stay hotel). They were literally running and jumping above us and the floors are apparently very thin so we heard everything. About 10 pm I went down and requested to be moved and the lady at the dark told us she was not authorized to do that and there was nothing we could do, despite the hotel not being full. Really unbelievable. The noise went on all night…even at 1am and 3 and 4 am. We got about 3 hours sleep total. Will never go back to this hotel.

It was a wonderful experience

Very clean, new hotel, with large rooms that have everything you would need. Having the mini kitchen and small sofa area in the room was an added perk! Beds very comfy, shower with great shower head! Breakfast excellent, more choices than any hotel we have stayed! Im a coffee snob and this hotel had great coffee! Check in complimentary water and cookies another nice perk!

Great place to stay with 4 free 48 amp Tesla chargers. Great breakfast with real plates and silverware.

Breakfast was delicious. Very clean food are. Several dogs in a room 2-3 away from ours. They were clearly in there alone and they were barking and wining missing their owners. Staff moved us to another room on the lower floor and we could still hear the dogs barking and whining. Unfortunate my staff was unable to reach the guests who owned the dogs. Check in staff refunded our booking rate. Rainbow was very nice, professional an apologetic. We have no thing negative to say about Homes 2 Suites. Unfortunate situation with people leaving their dogs unattended that were disruptive to gettin f any sleep doe to their barking.

This was our second stay at this beautiful, clean and friendly Home 2 Suites by Hilton. Both stays were for medical procedures being completed at the local hospital. The staff was very professional, friendly and compassionate about giving the best client experience each time. We had to extend the first visit another day and they were very accommodating. Each and every associate that we came in contact with created us with a smile. The breakfast was hot, delicious and a good variety. The property, building and room were immaculately clean and had a great light fresh scent. The location is perfect for a variety of stores and restaurants. Easy access to the freeway. I would like to send special thank you to the front desk manager Tamaka ! A beautiful soul and a great asset to the Hilton Company.

This was the absolute best stay! I cannot say enough abou the friendliness of the staff from check in to check out. The dining room staff were precious. The hotel was immaculate and very clean. The room was fabulous, clean and comfortable! We will definitely put this on our place to stay in the future. Thank you!!

This was one of the best stays at a hotel that I’ve had!

The room had dirty linen, bugs on floor in the corner, sheets in drawer for pullout were filled with hair and brown spot. Bundled up hairball under bed frame

Everything was perfect! The staff was so incredibly friendly and made coffee for us early, knowing we would be up ready for a long road trip by 5 am. Very sweet and thoughtful! 10/10 recommend!

The only compliant I have was the room did not get dark enough. The shades still let the light in. Would have preferred to be able to pull curtains to help cover the light

Since this is 4 floor building, you take a chance on your upstairs neighbors. Unfortunately, we experienced the worse case scenario. We were on the third floor and the neighbors above us repeatedly kept running back & forth and dropping heavy stuff on the floor late in the evening (after 9pm) while we were trying to sleep so we can get back on the road for an 8 hour trip the next day. We tolerated it for about an hour then went upstairs and kindly asked them to keep it down. After another half hour of no let up, we went to the front desk and asked the person there to help us and it subsided. Second issue is the ice machine which was right across from our room and quite loud. Every time somebody got ice, which was about 3 times that night, we heard it. Then if that wasn’t enough, somebody decided to start playing music loud early in the morning. It was quite a rough night. Not to mention, the pull out couch mattress was flat and uncomfortable. It was basically just a piece of foam. My toddler daughter was very uncomfortable in it and ended up sleeping with us which defeated the purpose of spending more for a room with a sofa-bed. Won’t be staying here again next time I pass through Jonesboro!

Nice new facility

We have been on a 14 day trip from Alaska to New Orleans to Biloxi to Jonesboro. We stayed at 5 hotels during our little adventure and this place by far was our favorite. We stayed here for 3 nights. They treated us like family. The place was emaculate and service was outstanding. The reception desk staff were always personable and accommodating. The housekeeping staff was also always friendly and always made us feel so welcome. We have stayed in countless hotels over the country either for business or pleasure and this place made a lasting impression on the whole family. Also they have breakfast every morning and it isn't the typical hotel free breaksfast. It is a full spead of fresh hot breakfast items. We highly recommend Home 2 Suites by Hilton in Jonesboro. Thanks for making the last of our trip so great!

The room was definitely not soundproof-we were by the elevator and had an adjoining room with someone we didn’t know and it was loud on both accounts. Not much rest.

All of the staff was so kind and outgoing! Our room spotless, smelled fresh, had plenty of towels, and lot of amenities available! The breakfast was delicious and there were so many options- the best hotel breakfast we have ever had in all our years of traveling!! We will definitely stay here again when driving through!

We had a good stay besides some very rude loud neighbors in room 221. They were loud drunk and using profanity. causing poor sleep for my children. Everything else was good

I have stayed in a few fancy hotels before that didn’t have the quality and service of this hotel and this price was perfect for our whole family!!! The room was so welcoming and comfortable, temperature of room was great upon entering and the breakfast was hands down the best breakfast buffet I’ve had at any hotel!!! Everyone slept great and we will continue to make this a stop as we travel!!!!

When I arrived at the property they could not find my reservation so I had to stay somewhere else. This was a problem between Hotels.com and Hilton but I had to come up with a solution last night and then spend 45 minutes on the phone with Hotels.com this morning trying to get a refund for a service I paid for but never received. I swear you try to make it so hard to get a refund people just give up and eat it. Not me. This is the worst experience I've had with Hotels.com in all the years I've dealt with you.

This place is brand new and I have absolutely no complaints except for the strong paint smell in our room. Which i discovered it was from the shower floor that wasnt completely dry after paint was stuck to me feet after showering. Other than that. It was a great stay and the bed was so amazingly soft. No other bed can compare to theirs. Also Don is amazing! I will definitely book here again.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in while traveling from Florida to KC. Kerry the lady assisting people for breakfast was awesome. It’s hard to find employees who go out of their way to satisfy a customer. If you’re going to be in the Jonesboro area this is the place to stay.
