Room was very clean, thermostat allowed whatever temperature you wanted, staff were very friendly and available 24/7. Breakfast was free and good, and there was ample parking.

Rooms were nice, clean and comfortable. Lobby area was really nice because the layout of breakfast and sitting area was well put together.

Rooms were very clean and fresh, beds were comfortable and it was a great location. I had booked several rooms for family to stay in for graduation and ended up with one too many and both Expedia and Amanda at the Hampton were very helpful in canceling the one room and ensuring that I still had the others to use. Everyone from check-in to breakfast staff to check-out were very friendly, courteous and helpful. And, believe me we were a handful!

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The evening staff went above and beyond to make sure my family got settled in and was comfortable. Breakfast wasn’t very exciting but it’s included in price.

Easy access to the hiway. Conveniently located near gas stations and shopping.

We enjoy staying here. Always friendly and very clean. However the bed mattress we had this time was very uncomfortable. Like sleeping on plywood with springs popping into your body every time you move or roll over.

So awesome to use my points for the room. Accommodations were excellent. Check in was great and Lynette was great. Breakfast was very good. So very clean and so quiet. Wow!! Thank you!!👍👍

Great staff! Was able to move rooms near other family that was staying in hotel, with a simple ask at check in. Stay was quiet and conveniently located near shopping and eat establishments. Will stay here again!

I don’t usually leave reviews and we visit this location quite a bit and stay at another hotel but thought I would try Hampton Inn out,Sherri at front desk was awesome, she changed our room after I told her about not sleeping well at all in the bed that we had the first night, she was the one who also prepared the breakfast that morning, which my husband said was one of the best breakfast he had had in the places we had stayed in.Thank you again Sherri

Super nice and efficient desk clerk. Quiet hotel and it worked for us. Maid service could have improved, we left for the by 11 ish and guess they do not pop back. Would have been good to get fresh towels. Front desk in the late evening came thru for us. Thank you

The motel was clean. The bed was comfortable. The staff was excellent!!

The staff was amazing. The hotel is an older one thats been updated. The bathrooms don't have exhaust fans, so when you shower the humidity stays. There was an unauthorized charge that kept showing up on my card. Multiple employees tried to fix it, over the course of 3 days. Finally i had to file a dispute with my bank to get it resolved.

The pool is perfectly clean while a neighboring pool is green.

Very nice staff.

The woman at the front desk was rude and unhelpful at check-in. Could not find our reservation booked from Expedia and would not even look at my confirmation emails/texts- she just told us that she couldn’t help us. She finally found it, she was equally unfriendly with directing us towards our room/parking etc. the hallways were clean but the room reeked of dog smell, and was muggy/musty. The mattresses were so hard also no sofa as advertised- just a chair. Breakfast was good and morning staff was friendly and attentive. Overall, not impressed and would not book again.

There was a growing puddle of water on the floor in the dining area that seemed to come from an outside leak. There were towels by the wall/window to try to stop the intruding water, but no slip hazard sign or barrier to warn guests about the pooling water. There are plenty of hotels in Jonesboro, try one of the others.

The age of the hotel shows. Too much water pressure in bathroom sink but no water pressure in shower. Floors felt sticky. AC was not providing cool air effectively and was noisy.

Worst experience at a Hampton Inn. Room, carpets, lobby, pool completely filthy. Unfortunately, the only pics that turned out was of the disgusting pool.

Comfortable and conveniently located. Friendly and courteous staff! I would definitely stay there again if my wife were not with me. If she is, then probably one of the newer properties in the immediate area, though they are higher priced.

We showed up with our payment receipt and was notified by the desk clerk that our reservation had been cancelled. He said Expedia had confirmed our reservation with someone named “Austin “ and Austin had called them and canceled the reservation. So we didn’t get a room and hope we will be able to get our payment refunded.

Checked my father inlaw in his room and need a second room. Guy behind the desk didn't even look just said he was sold out. Got on this website and booked another room within 10 mins of getting my father inlaw settled into his room. Morning staff very cordial and friendly. Breakfast was decent.

Very disappointing because I use the Expedia website and I had to pay over $40 more than I would have if I would have just called the hotel directly. My brother who stayed the same night that I did paid $43 less because he book directly through the hotel. I used a third-party… Expedia and I was charged a whole lot more. The hotel cannot make adjustments and give me the same price because I booked through a third-party. Very disappointing especially when you’re sold the idea of using Expedia will get you the best price

The stay was amazing. The cashier was very nice and she gave us a tour. She also let us know what was included and not. The king size bed was my best and so comfortable. The room was very clean. The bathroom was clean and roomy. I will recommend this place to everyone who wants a great stay.

Cons: only one elevator, old “low to the ground “ toilets, old shower head got everything wet in the bathroom except me. Tables and chairs in the breakfast area are very short, low to the ground. A lot of people were complaining about them.

This room does not sleep 3 like I was quoted , instead of a hideaway bed I have two kids in my bed.

We found our place when in Jonesboro. Comfortable bed, good breakfast and friendly staff. In my opinion the comfort of the bed is the most important thing.

Very clean, quiet and comfortable. Not enough cream and suger for even one decent cup of coffee in room. Yes there was plenty in the dining room but then what's the point of having coffee in the room?

Everything was fine. Clean, staff were, for the most part, friendly. For breakfast we had a hot meal, however, the omelettes were almost gone and not replaced while we were there eating. That was disappointing. The outlet strip near my bed was not working, making it more inconvenient to charge my phone and use my iPad in bed, which I like to do. Otherwise everything was good.

It was so nice. This is our new overnight stop on m our trip down south a few times a year. So impressed. Also very very clean and comfortable rooms and excellent breakfast.
