Nothing really The place is unsafe. The locks don’t actually lock. It was very dirty. There were bugs in my room. My sheets were dirty. Some of the plugs didn’t work. I was supposed to stay 3 night but ended up stay one.

The girl at the front desk was so sweet, but the hotel is awful. There were illegal deals going on in the parking lot, ladies of the night were coming and going all evening, the pool had a film of filth on it, it was run down, the list goes on and on. We ended of changing hotels after a couple of hours, and the people at the new hotel told us that this one has a reputation for all sorts of devious behavior. Not recommended at all.

The pool was heated. 2 of the 3 lights weren't working along with the outlets. The bed was pretty uncomfortable. I checked in at 8:30 so I couldn't use the pool (which was the entire reason I booked it in the first place.) the guy up front seemed annoyed I interrupted his 10th cigarette break to check into the hotel.

I was just simply grateful that we had electricity & running water. The TV didn't work, had no remote; there were wires exposed, lalso noticed some liight switch covers missing. Room was in total disarray, wasn't very clean; I even killed a full grown cockroach - UGHH! And the coffee maker, phone, etc. were simply "props". Altogether, it was anything BUT NICE!!!!

I honestly hate leaving poor reviews, but I don't believe I have ever stayed somewhere quite this bad. The pool smelled terrible, and we ended up not using it. The room was disgusting, the bedspread had very interesting stains, and the mattress cover had huge brown stains all over it. The sheets themselves were clean. Bother the desk chair and the "comfy" chair were also extremely dirty. The towels were stained. The door was missing half of the safety lock, and I had to pick up the entire door to get the regular lock to latch. When I arrived to check in, there was nobody at the desk for at least 15 minutes. The person working there knocked on my door before check-out time, asking if I was leaving, and she also approached my niece, who was carrying luggage to my car, several times, demanding to know her room number. Overall, it was not a good experience.

That people that were here were very rude that ran the front desk they did not have change for the washer and dryer machine the room was not clean it had roaches

The only good thing about the hotel is that it has a indoor pool The wounds were dirty, the beds beds were dirty, the towels were owed and very dirty, there was paint slatter on the furniture, the bathroom door was messed up, it had holes in the ceiling, the microwave was dirty, and it did not have a glass dish. There were all types of people walking around the parking lot and coming in and out of like this onec ertain room that was close to our room.

Found bugs in the bed and stains on the sheets. The door lock was broken and the room smelled awful. Two small pillows for the king sized bed. Photos attached. The building is run down and the carpet is ripped in multiple places. There was a sign on the desk that they hold a $60 cash only deposit upon check-in as well. Expedia I wouldnt offer this hotel on your site.

The room I stayed in was not cleaned all the way,there were cigarette butts all over,blood on the sheets and the floor turned your feet black. You couldn’t get new towels for the pool area unless you gave them your room towels. (Every place I’ve ever stayed had separate towels in the pool area) and if you didn’t give those back,you couldn’t get fresh towels in return. The staff was nasty & rude as well.

Our 1st room was upstairs after we asked for downstairs, the gentleman said it was a better room. Walked up there to look, a roach on top of the refrigerator. Went downstairs asked for the ground floor and told him what was seen. His reply was the quests. Got the 2nd room. Same room layout of upstairs no different. All alright for a bit. Then roach crawling in the bathroom. On our 2nd day the lady running the desk come out hollering at everyone at the pool. Then came to where we were sitting being rude asking who was with us. Very rude. So much chlorine in the pool we could smell it in our room on the 2nd day. We do not recommend this because of the rudeness. We have stayed several times they should not act this way.

The front desk clerk was missing for a lengthy period of time twice. First during check in then after we went to the room and it was unfit. It was not that clean and the heat did not work. It took around 20 mins or so for him to return to the front desk to move me to a new room. The Big light in the room did not work so we only had the wall Kami’s to use for light. The dresser drawers could not be utilized because the front was tore off of them. I saw a roach on the wall behind the TV late that night. And another one around 3am on the TV stand, although it could’ve been the same roach. And there was just 1 pillow to share between 2 guests. The room could use so extra cleaning as well as maintenance and updating

Never got extra towels or pillows, bugs everywhere, the bathroom was dirty, dirty towels in the bathtub, the shower head wasnt even screwed on right, water sprayed from the main connect and the bathroom was practically flooded by the time showers were done., no communication with the people running the shift. Will never stay there again. Dont go here

Dirty, bugs, smells

This stay has to be one of the worst we have ever stayed at. The rooms were dirty, half the lights did not work, there was a sheet and one thin cover with burn holes in it, and a 1 inch gap around the door. This hotel needs to be removed from hotels.com so no one else is subjected to this nightmare. We took a few hour nap and continued on our trip in the rain, sleet, and winter mix. I would like a refund or credit back to my accoun

Very easy check in and was given the room type I requested

The furniture had knobs missing or broken. The shower faucet was broken. Adjusting the temperature of the shower was VERY hard.

If your going to charge 4 star rates the rooms should at least be bug free.

They let anybody stay apparently cause i found a crack pipe in my room and ot took threatening they with the police to do something about it. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay there

I will not stay there again it was horrible. I found a crack pipe laying in between two bath towels and when i turned it and told them i wanted it removed from my room it was still there when i hot back. Then i called the front desk complaining about it again, they acted like its no nig deal till i threatened to call tje police then they actually did something about it. So needless to say i wouldn’t recommend staying there to anyone.

By far the worst motel I have ever stayed at. The pictures on here are VERY outdated and the place is pretty run down. Owner acted like it was an inconvenience to give us more towels. When we needed them. Dead roaches. Really no lighting in room. There was what looked like literal feces smeared on the wall. Then what drew the line was our key quit working tried several different times and owner eventually had to come take apart to lock so we could get in. Expected us to still stay. Without fixing it. Definitely charge enough no excuse in not maintaining your property.

Did not spend more than 5 seconds in the room. It was the most disgusting place I have ever been to. I could not let my kids spend one night in this place. People obviously are living in the rooms. There were rust and stains on everything. No refund was offered, it was a waste of $95 I went to the Hilton Home next door it was really not much more per night.

The only reason to stay here is for the indoor pool. The new owners don't take care of this place.

The 1st floor room that id booked was not available. I have bad knees, hips, and back, so the second floor room was a chalange for me. There were no towels. No room service for trash, fresh towels, beds making, sweeping the floor, nothing. I set trash out side my door that stayed there for 2 days. What the called continental breakfast was a brown bag with a go gert, and a bag of mini muffins. Electric sparks/flame came out of the bathroom outlet, and the hair dryer was broke. The light in the bathroom was missing its cover, and the shower curtain rod was broken

Customer service was bad the lady was very rude, bed sheets has stains in them the bed was lumpy with weak spots very uncomfortable. I saw a few roaches in the bathroom which is a no for me

However, when I got to my room, and I’m trying to be fair here, I assume that they had just had an exterminator come because I had two roaches in my room, but they were tiny like 3/8 of an inch. Also the microwave had no glass tray in it, (I went to the front desk to tell them about the glass tray in the microwave and he said he would report it, but did not offer to give me one) the coffee offered was only decaf in my room. I had to go to the front desk to get some regular coffee. I don’t know if there was supposed to be a carafe on the coffee pot, but there was nothing to put your coffee pod into or To use to pour into your cups. The ice bucket had no plastic bags to put the ice in and the edges of Were dark looking, I would prefer to have had a bag Liner. That being said, the bed slept very nicely although it looked very sloping in the middle was not straight and flat, but I did sleep well. . Online it said there was a breakfast included. Breakfast consisted of a paper bag with a very small piece of beef jerky, a mini muffin and a room temperature Gogurt. Not at all what I consider a suitable breakfast. I do very much like that there is no carpet on the floors so you don’t have to worry so much about bedbugs because it’s all tile which is to be preferred. In my opinion or wood laminate would be OK too.

This was a terrible hotel. We checked into our room and the bed was full of stains and cigarette holes. The floor was filthy and there were stains all over the walls and the bathroom was beyond unclean. We were in the room about 5 minutes and went back to ask for a refund and they refused to refund us, so we left and had to find another hotel.

I had 4 adults stay in one double bed room. We received 4 paper thin pillows and only 2 towels. Anytime I asked for something I had to complain to get it. The breakfast as advertised is a joke we received 2 to go bags for 4 people. It consisted of 2 small muffins 2 go gurts that weren’t very cold. And 2 slim Jim’s. Needless to say I would never recommend this motel to anyone. Worst experience ever.

Property is in really poor shape. Non-smoking room smelled of smoke. Bed covers had burn marks and stains. Room had uncleaned construction dust. Over-sink light was hanging off wall. Chair was falling apart. Bath towel measured 2ft by 1ft. Water leaked through bathroom ceiling. Only quiet time seemed to be 2am to 5am. Check-in was pleasant but inept. Check-out was surly. Over-priced for the state it's in. No reason to ever stay here.

There was feces on the shower chair in the bathroom there was cigarette butts in the floor (we asked for non smoking) so instead of complaining we decided to just go check out the pool since that was the reason we came but when we got in it was freezing so I asked the front desk is they could please check the pool heating system he said he didn't know how so I asked if he could call his manager and ask how to do it and he rudely tells me no he can't do that and walked off so me and my daughter tried to still swim and have fun but after a few min and both our lips starting to turn blue we had to get out so I then went and asked the front desk if they could just refund my money bc between the filthy room and the freezing pool we didn't want to even stay anymore The front desk refused and even called me a liar when I told him of the condition of the room and would not call his manager. I decided to leave and went to get my things and that's when I noticed a USED DIRTY SYRINGE BY THE BED MY DAUGHTER WAS SITTING ON!! I went back to the front and told the guy about this but he acted like he couldn't of cared less he didn't even apologize. He just said i could file a complaint online

Only vacancy available and I needed to rest after a long drive. Room smelled of bleach and musty smell from AC unit. I was uncomfortable sleeping in the bed so I spread out a towel and laid down on it, without removing my shoes. It wasnt visibly dirty and looked clean but scary thumping on outer door several times led me to leave after 90 minutes of attempted sleep. Cash deposit required. Refunded on departure. Sketch at best. Kept replaying Janet Leigh and Tony Perkins in my head after leaving. Not recommended.

Rooms smelled bad. No coffee, toilet didn’t flush, extra toilet paper roll had been wet previously, hair on the floor and in the shower of the bathroom. No breakfast buffet, they just have a sack breakfast consisting of an apple, muffin and gogurt and only gave out two per room.

The person that checked me in and out was very nice and polite. After I made the reservation I had read were some people hadn't got their $60 deposit back. I want to say I had no issues getting my money back there was no problem at all. That being said if I was the owner of that property I would be ashamed of myself to have such a nasty and dirty hotel. It needs to be cleaned room by room and kept clean and it wouldn't be so much to do. The bed cover had big cigarette holes in it and was dirty. There was cake on dirt on the air conditioner and in the corners of the bathroom. The curtain had white stuff all over it. We couldn't even stand to use the shower because it had hairs all in it from the previous guest. Having nice workers isn't going to fix the problem of having a nasty facility I don't know what kind of person the owner is but if reputation was built on the condition of his building I would be ashamed of myself was not expecting perfection cuz it was a cheaper room but when your rooms are not being cleaned they stink terribly there is no excuse for that kind of condition

I booked a room at the Fairfield Inn while on the road, tired, bleary eyed and car sick.When we arrived,I was confused when the building in front of me was a small very rundown two-story motel. I realized that this was in fact the hotel I booked when I read the bright yellow Fairview Inn sign proudly displayed on the building. I knew what I had done. The Fairview Inn was not the Fairfield Inn. I tried to remain positive but I should have known what I was dealing with when we were required to leave a $60 cash deposit. During the short walk to our room I was overcome by the overpowering smell of chlorine that stung my eyes. The room looked about like every motel horror-themed movie I have seen. The smell from the pool had saturated the walls and bedding. The sheets had stains and the bedding was riddled with holes from cigarettes burns. After spending about 15 min in the room we all decided that we loved each other too much to risk our wellbeing for some shut eye. We collected our $60 cash deposit, accepted the financial loss for the room, and re-booked at another hotel. I do believe we would have survived the night at this hotel. Please be aware that they do require a $60 deposit and if you are sensitive to chlorine, loud AC units, and possibly sleeping in dirty sheets, you may want to reconsider staying here. In our haste to leave I left my phone charger and cord in the room. I did call the next day to see if a maid had picked it, but it had mysteriously disappeared.

As soon as we came into the room we had to kill 3 roaches, not to mention the broken windows out back and glass in the parking lot. Or the truck that sat running in the parking lot qoth its headlights on for 2 hours until the cops came. It was late and the kids were exhausted so we tried to deal with it for the night but then a roach crawled across my sleeping toddler's face. Unsafe and unsanitary, worst place I've ever stayed and I've stayed in some rough places.

First of all. The sudden need for a cash deposit on arrival was NOT mentioned in the ad. 2nd, I booked a king room. Ended up with a double with a heater that barely worked. 3rd, the rooms need sound proofing, it was not fun being woke up at 3 am Sunday morning to the room's next to me "adult activities".

It took too long to check in. They wanted an extra $60.00 in cash, said it was refundable. The key card would not work on our room and the only way to unlock it was to have the desk manager to do so. Charged more for the room than what the desk manager said.

If your looking for a cheap one night stay and your not bothered by holes in the blanket and a bathroom exaust fan that screams at you and a door with a half inch gap you can see out of this place is for you.

The room I had was inside the pool area. It was so loud it was like I was sitting by the pool with them. The lights by the bed did not work. It was clean though abd the staff was nice.

The motel was outdated and the directions takes you to the fairfield inn which is a much better hotel. This is probably the worst place i have ever tried to sleep. The mattress was very thin and you could feel the springs coming through. I finally lined up all the pillows, which sucked, and laid on top of them. Would not stay again. The pool was super cold.

Sheets were changed out by staff after the first night and the room cleaned. The first set of sheets appeared cleaner than the second set. The coffee shop in the parking lot was very high quality and the proximity to restaurants and the interstate was a plus.

As soon as we walked into the foyer, we were greeted by someone’s rather large dog that had no leash or collar. They had the wrong room info but she was able to find us a room with 2 doubles. When we entered the room it was difficult to lock the security bolt because apparently it had been busted open so many times there was no were to screw it to the door. The room which should have been non-smoking reeked of cigarettes. I knew I couldn’t let my granddaughter with severe asthma stay in that room. The ceiling texture was falling down and completely missing in other areas. The fan in the bathroom roared so loudly you could here it the moment you open the hotel room door. Our stay lasted approximately 10 minutes. I went back to the front desk to check out and mentioned the room was not a non-smoking room and just said the people who lived in the next room where heavy smokers and that was why it smelt that way.

Broken glass and other debris in back parking lot and areas surrounding the rooms. Our door handle broke (Room 122), they "fixed it" the morning before we checked out, but then the door wouldn't close at all. We were given 2 towels for 4 guests, and we had to call down to the front desk to get those. There were 2 little tree air fresheners (Black Ice) hanging from the cable box, which was dangling from the cord that connected it to the TV. It was just bad.

The shower rod was held together with electrical tape. The room needed to be cleaned, especially the bathroom, the tile was dirty, there was gum stuck to the floor in the bedroom.

The floor needed to be swept and a good mopping. When asked for more towels, were told that they would bring them right to us.....2 hours and 2 calls later, they still weren't there. Gave up and went to bed.

The staff was nice and the room was clean. Dogs are allowed and there were plenty of garbage cans for people to clean up after their pets.

There is a hugh water hole in the back where I was instructed to park. There were clientele taking in cases of beer. The room appeared clean. It was very dark, and outdated. I was traveling alone. I left! After some phone calls they did agree to refund my money.

Stain on sheets (looked like nail polish) Cigarette hole in bed spread. Couldn’t get the tv to work. It turned on but we were unable to get any channels. Toilet clogged twice and we had to plunge it. Super low water pressure coming out of sink. Front desk staff was very efficient and friendly.

This hotel is HORRIBLE. First for our family of 5 we were given 2 towels which they came and took the next day even after we requested they not enter during our stay. They refused to give us more towels. Furniture was falling apart. Bed is hard and only had 3 pillows. Breakfast was an apple, mini muffins, and a gogurt. Management did nothing about the guest playing music outside our door at 3am doing their laundry. My son screamed at the pool once and maid said we couldn’t swim anymore even though it was during the lunchtime and no one was around. He’s 6 he yelled for a split second “no” to being splashed by another child. This was in a dangerous area and we feared for our safety

This is one of the sketchiest hotels I have ever stayed at. The rooms were disgusting. Stains on the sheets and pillows. Burn marks on mirrors. Shockingly, the bathroom was the cleanest part of the room. On top of that there were people screaming and partying all night long. We had two kids with us and were highly disturbed by the language and noise into the wee hours of the morning. I guess they have a lot of long term stays for construction workers. The indoor pool was nice and our kids enjoyed it. The front desk worker seemed highly annoyed when we checked in. And even more annoyed when I told her I had a service dog. I offered to provide my dogs papers and she said "I don't care." I would not recommend staying here.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone I am an honest person and this is how the trip started get there and grab the room phone to call the office and phone falls apart and next we leave to go to town and come back to room that I paid for for 2 days through hotels.com and the maids had cleared our stuff out of our room because they were told by the office if we want back in 30 minutes on the first day to clean the room out again paid for 2 days ok then tv don’t work call office to get it fixed day of check out supposed to be 11 am cleaning lady at 8:00’screaming laundry outside then try to come into room at 9:30 without knocking don’t use this hotel manager doesn’t return your calls avoid this hotel at all cost

Clean parking lot, lobby looks good (dated). Rooms are VERY old. Had a 1st floor room and on the second day while sitting on the toilet at 7am in the morning the person above me flooded their bathroom and i received a cold shower outside the tub! Many hairs and dirt on the floor. The bed was disappointing and smashed on one half the bed so I slept on the high side!

Room smelled very bad and I disinfected and cleaned the whole room. No clean sheets, remote didn't work to tv and fridge didn't work. It's a lot of noise at night and drug use( you can smell it) overall cheap so you get what you pay for

This place was amazing with awesome night manager, he would always make you feel welcome.. We stayed about a week, great place for the price! I never felt scared and i am a women with kids.. The rooms were very clean, over-all an excellent experience!

After going in the room we needed to leave! The front desk lady was very good. She refunded our money promptly. The non smoking room smelled like smoke. A cigarette butt was behind the curtain. We didn’t feel safe here. The bed as dirty and had stains all over the bedspread.

Upon arriving, the latch that you close over the hook on the door was split in half. Not great, but it still had the regular door lock. This morning I tried to get a tissue out of the box in the wall, and a dirty, used syringe came out with the tissues. I don’t entirely blame the staff, because they shouldn’t have to look in tissue boxes for needles, but it was obvious that the tissue was bunched up and not as a tissue box normally looks.

I spent 70 dollars drove from tx to jonesboro expecting to relax by the indoor pool, then shower and rest to return to texas the following day. Pool was unusable because appearantly thats the public pool for jonesboro. Tons of kids ect. No big deal shower and rest. Nope shower still had hair from previous guest. Toilet didnt flush again i am tired so just wash off and lay dow w some tv. Lights didnt work. Pillows were non existant. So make the best im tired and have a long drive in morning. CRACKHEADS that i assume live there up all night fighting and screaming at children till i checked out at 7 ish. I will seek a refund of at least some of my money. Oh yea my car was used as a party pad u guess cup rings and cigarrette butts on my car this morning. Never ever again

Good, very relaxing

The indoor pool is nice and the pool area is clean and appears well maintained. We have stayed at this motel several times and the cleanliness of our room was not up to the usual excellent standard. Unfortunately, our non-smoking room had a stale cigarette smell. We really appreciated the complimentary brown bag breakfasts during the time of Covid restriction.

Someone was breaking in vehicles, mini fridge didn’t work, lights shorted out, not a clean room, bed broken, pool was disgusting

It was absolutely disgusting. I would not recommend ever. Floors were dirty, socks were black after a quick night stay. Sheets were not clean.

The staff was nice and the rooms were mostly clean. The pool was great. It was really nice to step outside our room and be looking directly at the pool. Parking was fairly close to our room. However, the beds were hard (pretty equivalent to any budget hotel room) and the microwave was dirty. I also noticed that there was no light fixture in the bathroom, just a hole in the ceiling with a lightbulb in it. No one else in our party had that going on in their rooms, so Im sure it was just an incomplete repair. Some people in my party complained about the smell of chlorine but i didn't notice that so much. Overall, for a 60$ hotel room, it was well worth the price and we will probably stay again on our next trip to Arkansas.

Little outdated, but an overall great stay, pool was awesome

The room was not clean at all. There was a ball of hair on the floor, the chair in the room was so stained i wouldn't sit on it, the mirror had smudges and hand prints on it. Do not stay here.

Older hotel. Clean but old. It does have an indoor pool that kids seem to enjoy.

We wanted cheap and that's what we got. Glad they had a swimming pool. There were black and red paint splatters all over the white sink and countertop. We reserved a room for 4 people, they only gave us 2 towels until we called the desk.

It was horrible !! Nasty rooms lots people in and out selling drugs .

The room was large. Basic nothing fancy. Good deal gor price.

We stayed less than ten minutes and called Holiday Inn across the street, who gave us a great rate and a fantastic room.

Nothing. Worse place I have ever stayed at,, from staff to to room not having working ac n room was filthy

I was put in an outside room, and the stairs were out of order. I found this very uncomfortable because had there been a fire or other emergency, there was no way to get out and back downstairs without going back to the indoor section, around and down-oh, and this would have required a room key. Overall, I did not feel safe.

I needed to stay a excrescences night in Jonesboro, Ark. Went to Hotel.com, found this one real cheap, booked it and arrived moments later. I had medical equipment so w was given a room on the 1st fl by the indoor pool. My license wasn’t in my wallet at the time I checked-in however they accepted my work ID. The room met my expectations for the night

Those beds are so stiff

Simple, clean, nights stay. Comfortable beds and pillows, all the amenities (dryers, iron, coffeemaker, refrig, micro) and the indoor pool was open. Ice available. Continental breakfast was grab and go bc of covid.

Staff was unfriendly, room was not the cleanest, very noisy. People sinking pot in the parking lot.

They gave me the wrong room first. I order a king they gave me a double. The room was musty. The microwave didn’t have the tray. And the fridge didn’t work. Air conditioner was super loud.

The customer service rep. Was friendly. Th3 first room we checked in toilet didnt flush,(219) thw second room(122) the cover was dirty, stains on the pillows, bed wasnt comfortable. The magnetic swipe also on room 122 doesnt work.

It's likely just not fun to stay during COVID. Instead of the hot breakfast advertised, there was a paper bag with a cold apple, muffin, and water. And instead of the swimming pool advertised, the pool was closed due to COVID. the building was bare, concrete-floors, and felt empty, drafty, abandoned, like a warehouse, not welcoming.

Very dim and dirty, not worth money
