Bottle of water everyday It was not clean and not comfortable. There were hair everywere, on the floor, even in the bed and on the blanket. The bedding was dirty too. And it was verry cold i had to ask for an extra blanket. Too bad. I'm disapointed.

- wifi didnt work at all - electric outlets are only outside the pods - the dolr of the pod can be easily open without unlocking it because the two parts of the dolr dont really hold together that well

The pleace is great, clean and the capsules are interesting (big bed and nice facilities). The internet is a bit slow and hard for calls or videocalls.

Its like staying in a space ship. The “room”(the bed) is clean and tidy with all different switches of light that can turn your capsule into a futuristic disco bar. There is two shower space and two toilets for girls and its always available at all time. VERY VERY QUIET HOSTEL, tho. There are sign on the walls asking people to stay very quiet. This is not the place to social so everyone will be just in their “room”. The location is what I book this hostel for. Super central to the malls and I can get to the mall by just crossing the road. Air conditioning can go very strong in the night. I am freezing the first two nights and have to ask the staff for extra blanket. The charger is not stable so it can fall off. The charger inside the capsule is not working for mine.

The hotel was quite new and clean! The staff not only cleaned the common areas daily, including the bathroom and toilet, and provided clean towel, toothpaste, toothbrush and a bottle of mineral water everyday, but also assisted guests with the friendly attitudes and smiling faces. Each guest had their own locker, and there was a water dispenser in the common area, providing hot water for instant noodles, etc. There were also umbrella tables outside for relaxing. And the Grand Indonesia Mall was only 2 or 3 minutes away by walking… With so many advantages at this price, I couldn't ask for more!

Super comfortable beds. Can control the lighting, ventilation, temperature. TV with headphones provided. Everything is very clean. The staff were all very kind and helpful.

Good, clean wash facilities (shared shower). Capsule was comfortable and spacious. Noise from nearby nightclub was audible into the early hours of the night.
