Location We were unable to check in even at 6:00 pm! We were informed that the room was not ready and were offered complimentary drinks, but we still had to wait until nearly 7:00 pm. This was not professional at all. Additionally, when my friend came to visit me by car, the staff claimed that a car was registered to my room—even though I did not have a car. I choose hotels based on brand reputation and star ratings specifically to avoid this kind of inconvenience. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet those expectations. I will not choose this hotel again.

Very dusty.. woke up with clump of dust on the bed and in the bathroom that came from the ac.. I had flu after the stay

Excellent hospitality by the staff. Spacious and clean room. Really liked the area to place luggages so that we can open it without having to place it on the floor. Great Bundaran HI view. Nothing.
