An absolutely beautiful property. Great large rooms with an amazing bathroom. The gym and pool are wonderful. The staff was so wonderful. The knob in the shower felt off.

The hotel is close to a small mall, the Agora, for meals and light shopping and a short walk to the huge Grand Indonesia mall for more of the same in spades.

The room was modern, spacious, clean and comfortable. Location in Thamrin Nine is very convenient. Unfortunately, the staff - especially the female staff at reception and common areas - were not friendly. They rarely smiled, looked uninterested, and their attitude felt cold and indifferent, like they didn’t really care about guests. It made the stay less enjoyable. Hotel has good potential, but needs better staff warmth and training. Might consider again if service improves.

Fantastic view from the tallest hotel in Jakarta. Room was nice, although the pillows were a bit too soft for my liking. The food at Keyaki for the countdown was fabulous! The service was top notch! From check in, housekeeping, restaurant! Breakfast could have been better. Limited choices and venue! Would have been nice if they enforce no room slippers for breakfast. Not a good sight. Swimming pool was a bit small

Luxury room with great view of the city as my room is on 85th floor. The services are excellent, especially in the restaurant during breakfast time. My credit is to Johan, our server. He is very kind, polite, friendly and give the best services for us. The swimming pool on 71st floor is huge and very clean. The gym is also spacious with various gym tools. Furthermore, since we celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary, the hotel give us special surprise in our room, which are the wedding anniversary wishes on the mirror, swan towel arrangement on the bed and special anniversary cake on the table. This is really make our special moment to be very memorable. Thank you, Pan Pacific Hotel team!!! The window outside the room is not so clean so we could not enjoy the view clearly.

A special shoutout to Adel at the check-in counter — the process was seamless, warm, and professional. She set the tone for what turned out to be an unforgettable stay. The entire team is simply outstanding — polite, respectful, and genuinely kind. Words can hardly do them justice. A huge thank-you to John from the housekeeping team, who went above and beyond every single day to make sure my room was spotless and welcoming. The breakfast restaurant on the 90th floor is another highlight — not only for the incredible food and stunning views, but also for the amazing staff Their smiles, positivity, and attentive service made every morning a joy specially Dwi If you’re coming to Jakarta and looking for a five-star hotel, be prepared — here, you’ll receive seven-star service.
