Just a walk by next to Grand Indonesia Mall Should have provided breakfast and probably provided sufficient iron and ironing board

There are no facilities such as a swimming pool, but anyhow, compared to the price and location, it was great

There was drainage odour if you're close to the floor. Probably H2S.

Room was clean, Really thin wall, we can hear people's walking and talking outside our room.

Nothing - Communication with the staff was horrible, & no one was answering the phone - They took too long for Check-in & Check-out - Room was not clean & lacked the essentials - room was so small - They asked us for deposit despite there is nothing worth the deposit in the room Overall it was a horrible experience, & thank god it was for one night

None Simple room but needs 100K Rupiahs deposit. No toothbrush and body soap when check in. As a rule, hotel don’t provide hair shampoo (so basic) and slippers. Quite from BNI City Station for AirPort Express train though Grand Indonesia Mall West Lobby is across the hotel.

The location is perfect to commute to the malls since everything is walking distance. The room is clean. It was a hassle to use the ironing facilities since we have to go to the lobby to use it. Room was tiny, just enough to walk around and do prayers.

I would like to report this hotel after my sunglasses disappeared i went to ask in the reparation about it .. they told me to see the see cc tv you have to wait for 1 hour .. after that the showed me the cc tv after mins because they thought that i will leave since by bag was in the taxi to the airport .. after that after watching the cc tv we came to know the security of the hotel it self he stole my sunglasses and his name is jono they told me if you want your sunglasses you have to wait for two hours IF YOU WILL BOOK THIS HOTEL YOU HAVE TO BE CAREFUL BECAUSE THE STAFF MAY STEEL YOUR THINGS Thank you

They are located on prime location They didn’t inform the guests that there is construction going on in that building. I didn’t sleep properly because of noise

Communicate was not expected the room was Smell refresh 24 hours 2 days. I did not sleep. I was sleeping in the reception outside I did not continue to do tonight so I check out second day at night

The front officer were not friendly They don’t have the blind curtains The bathroom is very bad

We were only staying 1 night so the location was very convenient right across the street from Grand Indonesia Mall. The room was clean and had all the basic necessities, air condition, kettle, etc. The coffee mugs were not that clean and the bathroom sink was draining very slowly.

Location, very close to shops. Very polite staff. Room was cleaned everyday. Wifi is not working properly. Almost didn’t work at lobby. I had to ask staff to fix it, so every time it took some time to reconnect. Thanks staff, they were helpful
