Location I always stay here but check out was take too long when we came almost midnight. They said our room not available as per our request (2 rooms with 2 beds each). They want to change to 1 bed and i said i dont. After long argue they upgrade our room.

Hotel is very good for the price. They need to provìde a wastebasket in the room, fix the ground floor men's toilet so it flushes without the need for special instructions posted, and clean accumulated deposit from base of shower stall.

The lobby and restaurant were very nice. We were all the more disappointed with the rooms. Small rooms, small beds. But the biggest problem was the cockroaches. We were afraid to turn off the light so they would climb out. We were horrified and were afraid that they wouldn't fit in our suitcases. Maybe other rooms did not have this problem, but we had 2 rooms and there were cockroaches in both. The biggest problem was the cockroaches. there was no free airport pick up - they did not turn up. I paid for a taxi from the airport. the airport free pick up did not happen - thay did not turn up - dont promise what you cannot deliver !

Location and price. This hotel definitely needs renovation. Swimming pool was not clean much. Rooms are comfortable but old. Bathroom is not good. There is no hot water sometimes in day. AC was not working enough.Breakfast was okay but there were small flies above the fruits. Not hygienic. Some staff are reckless about their missions.

centre of Jakarta and very friendly staffs. booked a room with refrigerator just to find its not in our room, asked for it but the said there isn’t any ref left and will let us know when its available.. until we checked out. Sink got leaked underneath it and the aircond also leaking
