Very nice hotel, very well located (Jakarta is a huge city so location depends on your interests). The room was comfortable. The breakfast very good. There is also a cafeteria which is worth to mention. Price is very good too. Distance from Airport is between 45 minutes and 1 hour by taxi. Around there is a lot of business. Particularly a very close by street famous for street food.

Wifi needs to be upgraded. Internet issues inside the room. The room is so small for the price value. The bathroom and rest room is very congested and the hair dryer is not working

breakfast spread was good for the first 2 days. third day was a disappointment. centrally located with lots of cafe, eateries and other stuffs. staffs were friendly and helpful. room lighting was sufficient Intermittent wifi signal at level 8. sloppy job for the room cleaning services, placed the 'clean my room' sign but it still haven't been cleaned. towels are not in good quality. a/c faulty, my room was as cool as it gets.

Location is really near to Bundaran HI where main malls are located. The room had a very unpleasant smell and could do some more cleaning. Not sure why but I got a very different experience from the review that I read while making the booking.

The place is cozy and clean. The staff goes way and beyond expectation. They handled my requests professionally. I highly recommend this place.

The hotel is poorly maintained. I had to change room 3 times because of defects and problems with the shower phone air conditioner. It offers cheap breakfast.
