Location, room is cozy Breakfast is sub standard for 4 stars hotel. Lack choice of protein (other than egg), dessert options. Room hasnt been ready eventhough we got there more than 2pm, such a waste of time for guest, when the hotel demands strict check out.

The location is quite close to some good places. The room was not really clean. And the is a strange smell. It can be more clean if the cleaner could take care of it.

I was downgraded for one night, it seems that booking.com hasn’t a priority status, direct bookings to the property preferred and clients of booking.com just on a rather lower priority.

I stayed in this hotel twice, in Nov and Dec. The first stay was very nice, we got a smart TV. Meanwhile, the second one was not very nice. When we firstly entered the room, the TV was on, no TV remote. The staff was very responsive tho when we asked a remote the day after. However, the TV channels were not interesting, that there were only national channels and old movie channels.

We had a great stay! The location is so convenient. The staff were incredibly friendly and gave us a complimentary room upgrade. They even decorated the room for my husband's birthday on the day we checked in! Such a thoughtful touch—we will definitely be back. Thank you Ashley Wahid Hasyim Jakarta. The breakfast was good, but just a suggestion for improvement - please consider to offer a wider variety of local food.

The water in toilet and the shower need improved as a broken shower head and the water are a little slow other ways all are great, thank you

Decent price and location. Gym sucks. Breakfast was bad. Laundry dryer was so hot and ruined my clothes.
