Everything was perfect! Amazing friendly and helpful staff. Thoughful amenities. Generous buffet breakfast with lots of great options. Free laundry facilities tha you don’t find anywhere else. Nothing at all. We loved and enjoyed everything!

The toilet from our last visit used to be in excellent condition. I noticed now that the tiles around the shower and floors in room 211 are starting to have moulds. I wish that the hotel will maintain the standard and cleanliness as before because it’s really a very nice hotel to stay in.

Room was spacious and clean with a great hot shower. Room overlooked the road. The location was fantastic, I walked to all major sites (Mosque, Church & Independence Monument). I also walked to Indonesia Plaza, Block M and other malls. Street food was fantastic throughout the city which was all within walking distance. Nothing - its life that the airport and traffic is an issue that the airport cannot do anything about.

Clean room, excellent shower, prompt response to request for bathroom hand soap. Breakfast buffet had great variety. Room was very quiet (could not hear the Moslem calls to prayer). Beds were comfortable. Free laundry facilities were greatly appreciated. Good location, walking distance to many restaurants & Sarinah mall. Would definitely stay again! No exterior view (so no natural light). In-room coffee was weak instant Nescafe; a packet of local Kapal Api would have been great. This is a tourist area, so I think the surrounding food options are more expensive than other places.

Its actually walkable to Jalan Sabang and certaain Mall like Sarinah , The best part is , it is quiet at night hence a good night sleep is rest assured ! The Staffs named Angga and Faisal gave their best services to me ! I would def stay back at this hotel, I forgot to mention one more thing , i was giest of the day hence my room got upgraded ???? Not Available

Nothing. Bad service. They don’t provide support to help you shifting your bags to your room. Rooms are not soundproof you can’t sleep due to ambient noise. Room was tiny and full of misquotes!!!? couldn’t sleep or relaxed in it. Very bad experience.
