Very good location near Sarinah Mall. Friendly staff in the restaurant and room service area. very nice view from the booked room After booking that hotel no answer on my Mail. Free Airport pick up..wrote request- no answer- no Puck up. Found with many cockroaches and other vermin inside the room. It was not possible to shower without the water running onto the bathroom floor. I then requested to change the room after water ran through the windows onto the windowsill during heavy rain. Unfortunately, the breakfast offered was of sufficient quality.

The location. Amenities is incomplete like handtowels, shower cap and the hair dryer is so lousy can not dry my hair. No Bellboy.

located in the center of Jakarta food street, it’s simple and comfort hotel. spacious room and window, every window has its sunrise view. it’s clean. staffs are nice and helpful. breakfast was good, my family enjoy it. sitting in pool area is relaxing. gym area need to be concerned. pool need to be cleaned.

Nothing Really bad service, hotel hardly respose to your message. Communication is really bad. I had to ring them but I was asked to contact Booking.com even thou Booking.com already told me they are waiting for hotel approval and never get the response back, the same as most of my messages to the hotel!

Breakfast was the best part about Aone No rooftop bar as advertised, room safe didn’t open, no one came to fix it, room wasn’t cleaned daily, tiny pool, tiny room for twin share, no staff to serve drinks in the evening by the pool, in fact staff were unresponsive and unhelpful. For a 4 star hotel, not good enough!

The hotel is beautiful and the breakfast is pretty good! The pool doesn’t get any sun so is difficult to enjoy this area.

The location is good and easy to access. The hotel needs to improve its cleanliness, especially with toilet water.

The location is very good near to Serena mall and restaurants and Sudirman street. Also The staff were very helpful, I'd like to thank Zainul Idris, Rio and Angilina. Corridors were not very clean, outside my room next room were plants with remaining food for days. I think becouse of lockdown of Covid19 the staff were less.

Was still ok, nice staff, friendly. Not bad location. The hotel has its best times behind it. Pretty used up hotel.
