The staff are very rude and not helpful, rooms and bed sheets were dirty

They are helpful The towels and sheets were not clean. Just next to the hotel, there is a disco and bar. Music is up in these places till late, like 2 am. It is like they are playing the music in the room, and you cannot sleep.
