Spacious and functional, i couldn't ask for more with that price

First stayed at Pop Kemang in 2017, room was small but comfy and super clean. Back then, it cost around 400k per night. In 2025, the place feels a bit less maintained, maybe because the price dropped to 300k? This time, I just stayed for half a day to work and checked out without staying overnight. Honestly, glad I didn’t stay because the bed wasn’t that comfortable anymore. The pillowcase had stains, which should have been checked during quality control before marking the room as ready. If there are stains or dirt, they really shouldn’t be used. The bathroom and toilet could also use a deeper clean since there was some mold. Overall, the room was still fairly clean, not dusty, and the facilities were decent. But for a longer stay, I wouldn’t really recommend it. Also, they should add more staff during rush-hour check-ins, especially on weekends, because the queue was quite long, about 15 minutes. When I checked in, there was only one receptionist.

I dont understand why it has low rating. For it's price, i am satisfy with the hotel. Yes. Its not 5 star hotel but it has good service for its price. I sleep like baby. Also, it wasnt noisy... Nothing to complain...

Exclusively the location, check in was easy too I guess This is an escort (sex worker) hotel, keep that in mind when you're booking The room was dirty small and definitively not worth what I paid for it. I needed a room because my apartment wasn't ready at the time and this hotel was nearby. Big mistake, not worth what I paid at all I don't recommend anyone staying here. The room was very improperly cleaned and the place gave off a bad vibe
