The location is nice n convenient, room is big enough and breakfast is nice and have multiple type for everyone Place a bit rundown, centralism Aircon bit noise at night time, pillow is too soft

plenty of nice places to eat nearby, the location was ideal for quick bike-ride commute. the room itself needs some renovation but it had everything i needed. The aircon is not that cool, but at least is not wetty. The rooms could get some renovation, specially if we talk about a suite.

I have always enjoyed staying at the Grandkemang Hotel for its large rooms, cleanliness, good staff and good breakfast. Close to shops and bars in Kemang.

Location Whole hotel needs refreshments bad smell in lobby and stairs toilet outdated and not very clean air on doesn’t work efficiently had to change couple of rooms to settle in doesn’t look as in booking.com pictures very misleading if had a option of refundable could have gone to another hotel

Very friendly and helpful staff, starting with Front Office, to security or restaurant. Spacious room and comfortable to work. The hotel hosted a modern and contemporary art exhibition during my stay, which was simply brilliant. A great opportunity to witness amazing creativity and passion from local artists. Linen on the first day (and pillows) appeared to be heavily used and color faded: very much below standard. They were replaced on the second day for better standard more in line with what supposed to be in the first place. The hotel is indeed of some refurbishment and upgrade bringing it to its former glory as the no 1 property in Kemang years ago yet still pleasant for a short stay around South Jakarta.

Great location and I’ve know this hotel for a long time. Staff are brilliant and helpful. Price was amazing ?? Air conditioning was an issue in the two rooms we had. We moved to another room due to the first one being defective. The second rooms AC wasn’t much better. Only towels in the room were 2 Bath towels and no other hand towels at all.
