Location Saturday night they have very loud music upstairs it shakes the whole building. Not ideal when you’ve had a long day traveling Beware they don’t warn you about this.

Terrible breakfast. Not worth the money. Bar in the lobby did not serve wine by the glass. No atmosphere. The sky deck was really nothing. What a miserable situation and location.

Beautiful design of the hotel, very friendly staff. Building looks tired due to lack of attention to detail in maintenance. Bath towel edge was torn and dirt piled up on the bed side table. Plus, would be great to have real milk in the room for coffee.

Clean room, comfortable bed, great food, great staff. The noise from the rooftop dance parties but the staff warned me in advance.

Comfortable bed, good air conditioner. Room safe was not fixed to anything, was carried to the room and placed on shelf. Shower was permanently cold. Smelly water in toilet flush. Very limited breakfast options.

I love how cosy the room is that makes me feel at home and the Concierge helped me with my needs at an admirable speed. I was staying on the 3rd floor of the hotel, and I can still hear the music from the rooftop.

I love the design, exterior, and overall vibe of this hotel. At night, the area outside comes alive with street food vendors, offering a great opportunity to try local delicacies without the usual crowds, making for an enjoyable experience. The hotel is conveniently located near various restaurants, cafes, convenience stores, and an ATM, with a mall also nearby. The food here is excellent—I initially wasn’t sure if I would enjoy Indonesian cuisine, but the hotel served a delicious Indonesian breakfast that changed my mind. We also had lunch here, and overall, the food was fantastic. There is a bar on the top floor, and the noise can be quite loud, even on the second floor. Additionally, when events are held in the lobby, the loud music can also be heard from the rooms. While the hotel provides earplugs, they are not of the best quality, so it's advisable to bring your own for better noise reduction. In our case, we were already aware of this issue, so we came prepared with our own earplugs.

It was a nice bed and nice lobby. But you can hear the road and the music that plays from wensdays to Saturdays are just so loud and horrible if you just want to sleep after a long day. So be prepared for thin walls. And there was some water dripping from the ceiling down to the carpet. The breakfast was good.

Very pretty hotel with everything one needs: a lovely coffee bar on the ground floor with breakfast, a rooftop pool and lovely rooms. The personnel was very friendly! It is not very sound-proof and I could hear the (bathroom) doors from other rooms on my floor, so ear buds are advised.
