Nothing, except very nice friendly receptionist. Old furniture, location, lots of noise everyday from 3Am to 4Am due to loud sounds singing from the adjacent Mosque. I couldn’t sleep well. One elevator was not working that I hade to wait long waiting.

Water pressure very low. Can't get a proper shower. Towel very disappointing, old and didn't absorb water. Room and corridor very smelly

Location and coffee shop lounge Dirty linen , no modern sockets , smelly , room is totally different than pictures . The linen was very dirty, the walls are damaged

Location is great. Walking distance from Grand Indonesia. Staff is nice. Beds are comfy. Price is interesting. Overall a bit everything would need some refreshment : the joints in the shower, the linen. Charging anything using the power plug is quite slow... Despite the hotel (or at least the room) being non smoking, we had a couple of time some smell of cigarette smoke coming we think from the AC. Also, not very well isolated from the noise. We could hear the guest in the room next door talking or plugging something in the power socket. One night we had some youth playing guitar and singing out loud nearby in the street, I could hear them very clearly.

I suggest they provide mini refrigerator in room bcoz some of us will stay for few nights..during my stay I get stain bedsheet n pillow..not sure the old unremoved stain or they don't change the sheet..

Price is somewhat cheap. Extremely dirty, nothing is working properly: shower, sink, toilet. No blow dryer. Wi-Fi is low speed and inconsistent.

The hotel deceives customers and indicates one price for accommodation, but in reality takes a different cost. When I paid, one price was indicated in the system, but more money was deducted from my balance. They do not work professionally, no one speaks English, zero service, zero explanations. Not a single manager gave an answer why this is happening. This is the first time I've seen this kind of customer service. And I want my complaint to reach everywhere. Be careful!!!!
