The staff are helpful and friendly Dark room and received no window room.

Perfect location. Everything clean, wifi, AC, bathroom in order. Very good breakfast. Good restaurant with bear. There were no normal sockets by the bed, only one USB socket. No windows.

Impressive breakfast buffet. Big bed. Good air conditioning and minifridge. Walking distance to the malls. The shower. The hot and cold valve needs to be fixed. It takes a lot of work to get the tempurature that you want. At least that was the story in room 121. Room was a little small too but it was fine for one person.

I have paid for the double room, but the staff downgraded to twin room. Its really unacceptable. No refund was given at all!! The hot water also does not function.

The hotel staff very polite and friendly, the price for the room is reasonable.. The rooms a bit outdated and need deep cleaning.. wasn’t easy for us to cross roads to reach mall of Indonesia for lunch or dinner..

Nothing maybe location It’s very dirty you can tell from the lobby floor I asked them why it’s dirty they said we clean every 2 weeks only also the hallway verry dirty the rooms too we asked to reclean and full of cockroaches i actually couldn’t stay waste of money I just booked another one

The wifi only works in the lobby, and when you go to the room, it disappears. The soap/shampoo/shower gel dispenser was broken the whole time, so we couldn't shower or use any soap. We asked an employee to fix it, and after he fixed it, the soap dispenser broke again after using it 2 times. They don't provide any bar soap. The location is in a poor area, and not on the main street.
