Nice location and spacious apartment. The flat is large, comfortable, and well-suited for families or groups. We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the convenient location. The decoration a bit old in the room.. but is it nice.

Everything was great. The room was comfortable, clean, and spacious, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Nothing to complain about. Overall, everything met our expectations and we had a pleasant stay.

We are family of 5 - 2 couples and one adult kid, stayed in 3 bedrooms - 2 full bathroom and 1 extra toilet facility for 3 days 2 nights. We picked the apartment due to close proximity to the place where we need to be for the wedding on Saturday. We loved the 3 bedroom/2 bathrooms setting, was perfect for us. It has spacious living room which we used it for our dining together. The room was also spacious and had the amenities we expected. The kitchen was a plus, we loved it that it has water dispenser, kitchen utensils, coffee maker and microwave - which we used them during our stay. We especially like the soft pillows - make our sleep comfortable! Staffs were also very attentive from the receptionist to the bell boy, making our stay enjoyable. The AC in our bedroom was too cold for our liking, although other people didnt seem to bother. We had a bit of incident with our toilet (the master bedroom adjacent to the twin bedroom) in which the water from sewer came through the toilet in the 2nd night, made the last night stay not enjoyable. The extra toilet also can use extra soap and towel since we ended up using that a lot due to the incident in the toilet at the master bedroom.

The location is fabulous! Room is comfortable although it shows a little worn. The sofa needs to be refurbished. Staff is warm , friendly & helpful. Breakfast was bearable but Ascott is not known for breakfast so it's ok for us. I would choose Ascott again if I ever in Jakarta

The hotel is good and and the location near to shopping place. Family friendly. The best part we can take away the breakfast to eat in the room if we don't to have it in the restaurant. The towel is small.

So spacious, they even have two and a half bathrooms for two bedrooms apartment. Both also have bed tubs ?? Carpet little bit dirty

Room is big and comfy. I like the smell of the hotel once you entered, it's like a spa. O also like things provided in the room such as wash / Dryer, fridge, microwave, sofa and big TV. I also like the electric stove provided in the room. During fasting i can reheat my food. Broken shower....
