Nice hotel, but little bit costly compared with the facilities they offering, especially due to its location, centrally located with few meters away from train station n mall including grand Indonesia. Room s ok but tiny. Breakfast is limited with few dishes to select, but all really tasty.

Location is close to major attraction in Jakarta Pusat Nice they have coffee shop Not value for money Poor range of options for breakfast Small room, not really clean as we got stains in bathroom

- Location is very strategic, short walk to Grand Indo, Plaza Indo and some other convenience stores - Receptionists - Atta & Alpha are very helpful and attentive, they deserve the recognition from their management - The menu selection at JCO was very limited, i wish there's buffet :(( - The drainage in the shower area was not effective, causing water to pool while showering. This was inconvenient and could be improved to enhance the guest experience. Apart from these two, everything else met expectations.

Staffs are friendly with Daily housekeeping. Renovation works was ongoing, this is acceptable for a better service. Keep up the good work.
