I felt not comfortable in the room 318 ,it wasn't clean and needed maintenance, dirty curtains, dirty spots from lickings of ac on the wall, dirty floor in the bathroom. No cups for making tea or coffee. Bad experience, I will not book again.

On the second day which is I got another room, the pillow smell not good, I can't use for sleep.

It's in city centre with affordable price, quite and cozy place to stay, Easy to check in and accessible from anywhere. The staff also polite, responsive and quite informative.

Staff are really wellcomnes. I had bug trouble with bank card and staff helped mee ? Stayed in Rasuna second time. Perfectly suits me in this Jakarta area

Excellent value. For the price, some of the cons may be accepted. Relatively decent room. It has the basic shower, bed, table and lounge chair. Despite the relatively small room size, the design and configuration made it rather cosy and usable. Breakfast was relatively good and hearty, despite lesser variety; Just take more of the same type of food to fill up. Noise. There will be kids playing very loud and rowdily up till 10pm. And in the very early morning, loud sounds blaring from the next door mosque. You would need earplugs to have a decent night's rest. Flies/mosquitoes in the room.

I came to Jakarta to visit Russian embassy and the hotel's location was perfect for my goal. Staff helped me with luggage. They could not receive my card payment for some reason but I used the bank app to pay. The room was standard. Quite AC. Comfy pillow. Breakfast was a nice bonus even though there was not much to choose from A cockroach in the room
