Im sorry nothing, maybe only the view was nice out the window. In this hotel you will hear absolutely every noise outside of the room… even peoples footsteps. There’s no soundproofing at all. A lot of „echo”. Also they didn’t clean our rooms seems like they forgot even though we asked in the morning. The location is not ideal because the street in front is always busy and squished. There is not enough parking space so just to enter or leave the hotel it sometimes takes 10 minutes and a lot of complications. Breakfast doesn’t even have any vegetables like tomato, cucumber, cheese etc. And when I wanted to ask for something there was no staff in the breakfast area. Also it’s very very small. I would personally not stay in this hotel again.

Location is good, quite convenient. Price is quite good considering the location, there is also a 24-hours cafe Room wall is peeling. There are bugs inside the room. hot water is not working at all. Water Closet is shaking. There is a renovation I wasn't informed until I checked in. The worst part is, there is a fogging happening when I was staying, and I wasnt informed beforehand.

everything is good, but it just during my stay there's some renovation work just beside my rooms and it happen since morning to night.. while i was there for my staycation era's so it's quite annoying, but for other such room condition and facilities.. it's all great. thansk

The people at the reception walk with bare feet through the dirt, and they carry open and unprotected food through the dust before they serve it to the guests.they know about the situation, but when guests want to cancel the reservation because this place is absolutely not what is advertised, they smile with a grim and say cancellation not possible. I love location so much. Breakfast is fine, you can say ok, but desserts were quite cheap and boring. My AC was not working properly. I called the manager, and she came, and she asked me to wait 15 minutes more. However, it has not been working well since then. So, I did not ask to change the room, maybe I had to. After hours, AC managed to make air a little bit cool. Unfortunately, it was not enough in the night. Too hot... Jakarta is hot city, so AC is the MUST! The tree in the hall was full of dust. God dame it, guys. If it is a central tree in your GUEST HALL, please clean it somehow... From the inner balcony it looks like a dead tree, seriously( It spoils your space a lot, believe me.

Location is very good. Five minutes to Russian Embassy. Room is clean and pleasant. Cleaning was every day. Including teeth brushes, coffee/tea/water. I will choose this hotel next time. Only that fact that I couldn’t get through to room service and reception. That isn’t big problem for me, but will be great if you fix it
