We spent one unforgettable night with my wife and son to celebrate our 10th anniversary, and choosing this place was truly the best decision. Everything—from the bed and pool to the food—was excellent. We were thoroughly satisfied with our stay. A special shout-out to Lita, Ayu, Agnes, Rebecca, Natasya, and Samuel from the Guest Experience Team for the beautiful room decoration and the thoughtful anniversary cake. I truly appreciated the hotel's impressive variety of cuisines. From Chinese and Japanese to Spanish, Indonesian and Indian dishes, each meal offered something unique and delightful. I also greatly appreciated the hotel's interior design, which strikes harmonious balance between modern and classic styles. The thoughtful inclusion of abstract painting, traditional batik, and Javanese stone carvings and statues adds cultural depth and sophistication, creating a truly classy and welcoming atmosphere.

Staff very professional, kind and experienced. Clean room and also nice breakfast buffet. Lobby is wonderful! Rooms a bit dated, but did not affect our stay at all!

The room is clean & comfortable, they offer free upgrade from Delux king to Suit room & free fruit in 1st day check in. Staff seems not so helpful compare with other hotel in Semarang & Solo

The pillows and In-room dining breakfast were exceptional. Most of the food was disappointing (macaron at el Bombon, club sandwich in the lobby lounge, chinese food at the Chinese outlet). From a western brand with such high F&B prices, I expected better. It was barely OK: taste and texture were totally off but I didn't get sick. I also found it annoying that most staff systematically ask you for an individual and lengthy trip advisor review through a QR code on a little card. Feels like a 3-star hotel.
