Every single member of the staff provided world class service. All were warm, professional and extremely competent.

the room was really big 65 sq meters I think I remember, it was spacious. super classy and minimalist. the doors were solid, and could not hear a neigbor. room was excellent. The bed was quality, softer than I like, but I could feel it was a very quality bed.

Nice room, very spacious and clean. Well located facility. Needs some updated, lots of old or outdated fixtures. Shockingly, the breakfast was very disappointing.

Everything was beautiful and amazing. I would go there for million times again and again. Nothing at all. The only thing was the late check in.

The room was very spacious and clean. The included breakfast was a wonderful buffet. The location was not very walkable, to restaurants or shops. There are other similar hotels in the same star rating that have better locations.

The rooms was fantastic and very big which you feel that you are in a suite. The view if my room was not good as It was in a lower floor as I booked the room at the last moment.

Very well run hotel! It's true 5 stars but it's getting older I wish the management replace the old bidets and with more electronically modern unit, the carpet is very old with non functioning padding. The hotel cancelled my reservation on the evening of arrival when already on my way there. Apparently an issue with them unable to charge certain cards on reservations from Booking and then they cancel them after 6pm. I still went and they could at least reinstate it after some effort.

The service is top notch. The best out of all my stays. Rooms are bit dated but spacious and clean. All staffs are prompt in response and you feel being treated like a king. Kudos to the complete team and if I travel anytime to jakarta this hotel is definitely my pick.

The staff were extremely friendly from the entrance the staff welcomed me took my baggage and check inn was very smooth and welcoming drink was so delicious. Definitely i will go back Nothing I didn’t like

Large room great location, excellent breakfast helpful staff

The staff was not really friendly, i was not satisfied. My check in was at 3 but only got the room at 5:30. I had a 20 hour flight and they took me in lounge to wait for my room but i had to keep asking about my room they kept telling me that its 30 minutes and it was only ready. When i went the fourth time to check, they finally told me that in 30 minutes the room would be ready and if i wanted to stay in a transfer room. Then when i went to the transfer room, it took them another hour for them to get my room ready. When we got our room, there was mold in the fridge, dirty ac, and it felt very muggy. I was upset because i felt that as a five star hotel it would keep its standards. Not only that, some of the staff was not friendly and I felt i was looked down upon. At check out the receptionist just took my key and didn’t ask me how was my stay and that was it. I also wanted to leave as soon as possible because it was just that bad.

I booked not for me, but for my brother and his wife. Ritz went above and beyond on their service! They served them so much food. Nothing
