everything about the hotel was wonderful - helpful staff, great room service, abundant parking, and the room - great shower, bathroom, kitchenette, and very comfortable bed - even a nice view, all very affordable I can't think of anything. At the price, it was very good.

Staff is definitely the gem - all of the interactions were filled with kindness and helpfulness. The location is a bit of an issue adding the train overpass that runs right beneath the lower floors. Sound proofing made it bearable in the end

Nothing The bedsheet and towels were get dirty, the bedside tables were extremely dirty, the toilet flush didn’t work. There were no water bottles in the room . The toilet are was very dirty

Good location Very bad experience during breakfast. I went at 9 am, almost all food tray were empty. The staffs were not doing anything until I asked them to refill the food. The cook at egg station was busy with his phone, as well as the manager. I had to wait until 20 mins until I can find something to eat. Coffee was not good. Cold and also not tasty. Very bad experience this time.

Room and cleanness of the whole hotel the location is crazy crowded area, the rail and motor bike sounds can get into the room easily, weak isolation

The hotel staff has been very well trained. They were active and anticipated needs. I was greeted by name by the reception team and the breakfast team. The managers deserve a big 'well done' for having such a professional staff. I will stay here again. The location is great and the hotel is perfect for a working visit to Jakarta. 10 out of 10. Nothing.

Good location and close to downtown Staff called me 3 times in 2 days, it was very frustrating. The shampoo and body wash smell so bad , it smells like Indian sweeting in the bottle. Very strong smell and uncomfortable.
