The place is quiet, but the location is a bit difficult to find since it is located inside a small alleyway. It is very easy to find local food around the area and the prices are very cheap for common travelers. The place could use more lighting, it is quite dark and a bit difficult to see during night hours. The staff need to be more informative and active towards guests. Some of the room near reception areas need to be decorated more to give fresher look for more welcoming appeal. Staffs also need to pay attention with cleanliness and ''unwanted'' guests behavior.

Im having a bad experience here. Aircond not function , when we tell the staff, they asked to wait a bit longer until the aircond get cold . But till night the aircond not function. We order total 4 room, only 1 room aircond fuction well. Toilet door handle is broken , cannot closed the door properly. The staff is not friendly. Toilet smell bad .

the room is big, quiet the bathroom was disgusting, I have never seen an bath so dirty in a hotel room, I shoud have take a picture, there were also dirt on the floor. No soap plus there is no white sheets like in the picture but the itchy small brown blankets. the people who was working here on my arrival was really rude, no hello, didnt bring me to my room (I got lost on the hallway with my luggages at night), asked to keep my passeport as a caution without explaining (the first time in one month in indonesia someone asked that), I had to pay instead, the hotel is located at the end of an dark alley and is not well indicated

Good location to reach different popular spots. It is too old. You feel that you are in 1990’s. Everything is too simple.

I was asked for a deposit or my passport even though it was not written in the booking rental policy

Room was clean,big.locantion is nice many street food ..easy to get food..value for money for room in the middle of jakarta.. For customer who drive a car ..the road to get to the hotel is too narrow and there are many motor parks along the way

A young male staff who served me while I checked OUT was polite, friendly + had a very pleasant manner. - Unlike 50+ other hotels I had ever stayed in, this property was not being so much helpful when I requested to drop my bag earlier before check in hour. - While I checked in, the reception was a 30+ yo man who sounded a bit arrogant. He spoke with a tone set like the guest is beneath him. He didn’t even bother to tell the guest that he needed to hold the guest’s ID, he just straightly gave the key + directed the guest how to go to the room. So rude by assuming that the guest will automatically know everything without him telling the guest anything. Even when I asked about the ID, he just answered “retained.” instead of answering nicely like “sorry, I missed to inform you, you can have it back when you check out.” Is he the owner so he feels entitled with such attitude? he could’ve shown at least the bare minimum of being friendly to his guest. - There was a leak on the aircon, after it’s turned ON for 2 hours, the water drops keep falling down the floor. - The water pressure of the spray gun was too high, it may potentially hurt the guest. Couldn’t decrease the pressure because the shut off valve under the seat didn’t work. - The mirror inside the bathroom is already old + dirty, never being maintained properly. You can barely see your own reflection. - There were signs of smoking prohibition inside the guest room, but most of their operational staffs could care less + were disobedient. I had to warn 5 different staffs to not smoke near my room. Apparently, they thought if they were smoking 5 meters away from my room, the smoke will stay with them + could never go inside my room. - WiFi connection was not truly reliable. - You can barely walk back and forth beside your bed, because the position of the TV’s installation was lower, taking pretty much space at the area where normal people walk.

The bathtub and hot shower work properly. There were 2 roaches when i arrived. No bottled water was provided. Reception only takes cash?? Couldn't even transfer the money. It's 2024. Online payment should be available. Only 1 tv channel available.
