Staff are very helpful and respectful. I think this is the asset of the property. The aircondition in my room cannot provide its maximum coolness it should give no matter how I turn the temperature at the lowest. While this is okay for me because I prefer a warmer place, this might pose a problem to some occupants who prefer a much cooler place to stay.

Had a lovely stay..very nice staffs and also very clean room...hot water,clean sheets..everything was perfect....got a special treat with a note and some snacks with a decorated room..thanks yellow bee will definitely come back!!

The staff were very friendly, and the location was within walking distance of Tanah Abang. Bed and pillow was comfy too. The walls are very thin, making it easy to hear people next door chatting or even their phone vibrating. Additionally, the room had a bad odor. Upon check-in, I had to request housekeeping to spray air freshener to eliminate the smell.

Hotel was well maintained, affordable and location was strategic to shopping spots. Breakfast available Bit small for a couple travelling with multiple luggages but comfortable enough. Hallways had bit of cigarette smell.
