Overall Im very impressed with all staff who is very nice and polite, especially Shereen who has served us from the beginning till end we stay. We were given the opportunity to be guest of the day which is our first time experience. I hope the toilet could have bidet, i don’t like using the auto hose at the back and i hope the toilets cleanliness can be better.

I like the lobby - nice layout and artistic touch. It smells nice too. Overall its a clean and well kept hotel. So close to tanah abang and easy to get transport (silverbirds always available in Q within hotel vicinity) The fake balcony… i book 2 rooms, they both turned out to be windowless. They have these windows that are actually overlooking a fake outside view. The bfast choice was extremely limited too. I tried to use the gym facility, all 3 treadmill machines were not usable (slipping belt) and dangerous.

the smell of the lobby and lif, very soothing, its a beautiful decorated hotel It's far from the mall (grand indo, plaza indo, thamrin city) , i'd say not a walking distance. you have to book grab or gojek. but if you want to shop near Tana Abang mall, this is the right place if not you have to pay for grab or gojek go to the malls. going to the mall is near (10-25 minutes) but from the mall to go back it would tooks you 30-40 minutes or an hour if machet. breakfast not much of choices , the ommelete is good.

All the comfort and facilities needed at very affordable price. I had a room on the 6th floor with window to the court yard. I appreciated the free room upgrade! No complaints!

Our Concierges Tarisa and Cathrine were Awesome!! They went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable, I would definitely stay there again the next time we visit Jakarta I think maintenance crew needs to do a better job. The faucet in the bathroom was loose and the gym stuck like something die in it, Very disappointing.

The location is great. An easy walk to Grand Indonesia Mall that took about 15 mins or so. The staff was very responsive and tried their best to assist us. There was one staff member who came to replace our sheets and clean the room after we informed them they were dirty. He seemed overworked and very nervous and we really appreciate him trying to make things better. The room’s cleanliness was terrible. The soap dispenser was crusted over, the bed sheets had permanent stains and there was a lot of dust on the tables, shelves and in the corner of the door. That’s a management failure, not the staff’s fault. Another issue we had was when we requested a late checkout when we arrived, but the next morning the front desk called insisting on a noon checkout. After some back-and-forth, they extended it first to 1 p.m., then to 2 p.m., showing a clear communication issue. If the room was clean and there were no communication issues this hotel could easily be an eight rating. However, with those issues I have to give four. We stayed at Ashley Tugu Tani before this hotel and it was easily a nine to ten and we were expecting the same experience from Tanah Abang. Unfortunately, that was not the case.

This is my second time here! It was so close too Tanah Abang which is about 2 minutes walking. The breakfast spread is decent too. Would definitely come back.
