Can’t beat free parking, clean rooms and a little breakfast on your way out the door.

Airport shuttle was absent. Driver was late due to traffic violation while traveling to begin his route. Almost missed our flight after calling Uber. Everyone told us to be there ten minutes early and the shuttle was still not here at 5:20. Thirty minute problem and many of frightened travelers. Probably will seek a more reliable shuttle service in the future.

Breakfast was great. Bacon, eggs, pancakes, etc. Enough variety to satisfy about everyone. Parking was easy. Airport shuttle was a little slow, but a very large group was ahead of me. Clean rooms and comfy bed.

Negative: The mattress was uncomfortable; lumpy. But overall this was a positive experience.

Everything was nice in the lobby and halls. Our room had sticky floors. Appeared they needed a deep cleaning. Biggest drawback was no room service but that is livable. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Would stay again.

Super clean and comfortable. We stayed overnight after a major flight cancellation due to severe weather and were pleasantly surprised to find such a great place to rest and recharge. The staff was welcoming, and everything exceeded our expectations during a stressful travel situation. Highly recommended!
