Great place for a quick stay near the airport. Clean, safe, friendly and comfortable. Has breakfast and a bar with decent food too.

Dirty pool , could not swim for our 3 days stay . Ants in room on surfaces . Very loud AC , had to wear earplugs at night as it woke us up when it kicked in . Staff nice but no manager on site for 3 days to express our concerns too.

Convenient hotel right next to the Parking Spot around the corner.

Ask for a top floor. Sound like elephants were pounding on the ceiling and unable to rest. Otherwise a nice place and courteous staff

N/A We booked this hotel because we had a plane delay at DFW. We booked it because it had a shuttle from the airport. The shuttle from the airport was not working at the time we got in. Not only that, but in the morning the shuttle was overbooked. We had to take a cab both ways which ended up costing us an additional $70. The information on the booking site should include limitations to time and transportation. The hotel was completely unapologetic and noted that the transportation was a COURTESY and that basically we should not have counted on the service.

I was disappointed with my stay. The front desk staff were not very welcoming or helpful. Housekeeping was supposed to be provided every other day, but during my five-night stay, my room was never cleaned. I also informed the front desk, but no action was taken. Additionally, during snowy weather, the shuttle service was unavailable when it was needed most. Overall, the service did not meet expectations.

Breakfast was okay but noone told me it was not included and it was not worth the $10ish Got to tell guests that breakfast is extra

Had to wait for a luggage cart for half an hour at check-in. Otherwise all good. Personnel vert friendly and helpful.

They mention in their advertising that the hotel charges a $50 fee per stay for two pets, but when you arrive at the hotel, they tell you it's $75 per pet.

Worth the stay!

Convenient lication We booked the 6AM shuttle for a 8 AM departure but the shuttle did not come. We were never advised so we had to find another way to the airport under a lot of stress. TERRIBLE

The room was a bit on the dark side, but other than that it was very comfortable.

The only issue was the person above us was SO LOUD and heavy-footed, even sounding like he/she was jumping at one point after 10pm! We could also tell when the person was awake the next morning.

Was told I was going to be picked up at the airport due to a late night flight. The transport never came. I had to pay for an uber.

Very clean and comfortable rooms. Staff was extremely helpful and welcoming. Although there is no room service, there is a restaurant that you can sit and order or you can order from your room and pick up at the bar area. Food was very good as were the cocktails. Nice setting with lots of greenery. Free, spacious parking and close to airport. I would definitely stay again.

I found a chicken wing bone under the side table which was really gross. Double check for thorough cleaning but otherwise, I was very happy with my stay!

The room is great and the hotel was very nice. Check out sucked because I didn't have enough staff at the desk, or something was causing the service to drag. But as soon as I complain they did something about it.

Staff were amazing, the hotel is lovely, great facilities Had problems trying to get the airport shuttle, no directions on the website or at the airport. After a 13.5 hour flight, the last thing you want to do is hang around for another hour trying to work out how to get to the hotel. However once we were able to make contact with reception at the hotel, they were great at sorting it for us and letting us into our room early

The hotel was nice, the beds were comfortable and the staff was absolutely amazing! They literally were the friendliest hotel staff we have ever stayed with. It was very refreshing, especially in this fay and age.

We were here for one night. Staff was able to get us early check in. Friendly. Only thing is that I wish the dinning hall was open for dinner on the weekends.

I was traveling with my daughters for a gymnastics event. I made the choice to stay because of location, the looks of the facilities when I was on line. I wanted to feel safe and I did. all the construction. However it has to be done so. The signs did a great job getting around the construction so Everything and everyone was wonderful.

The only negative was housekeeping knocking on our door several times at 10am. We had a late appointment so we wanted to sleep in and relax. Check out wasn’t until noon. Other then that, great experience.

Great location for easy access to airport. Staff was EXTREMELY helpful after we had left a pair of prescription glasses there accidentally. They made sure to find them for us and hold them until our return trip to pick them up. We appreciated their helpfulness & communication!

Everything was pretty great except the refusal of front desk to furnish and extra coffee for our coffee maker. We had one and the rest decaf and tea. Front desk agent flat out refused 1 extra coffee. Seemed pretty ridiculous.

The environment was nice. Room was spacious There were small black ants in the room. Some crawled on the bed. Alot on the floor. Also I was there for a event and I was supposed to get a voucher for breakfast but staff said no sense I booked through this site and not actually their website with the group rate. I was looking for the cheapest route possible and still paid close to $500. I feel like a breakfast voucher for the event I came for should of been given.

Staff was friendly. Beds were comfortable. Pool was green, you have to pay $15 a person for breakfast, and ROACHES in room!

AC didn't work in first room. Was told mutiple times they fixed it but it was never fixed. Cockroaches on floor. Eventually they moved me to a different room. Both very not very cleaned and looked like they hadnt been vacumed in a long time. Someone elses dirty socks were under the bed. Patched areas on walls didnt have matching paint. Just felt dirty and not cleaned very thoroughly.

The hotel is clean, staff friendly, relaxing and accommodating. I was able to attend a church gathering which was my reason for being there.

The service and location were great.

The curtains don’t close, and the shade does NOT provide cover. I had to Jerry-rig something to block out a bit of the light just so I could sleep. Isn’t the purpose of a hotel room a place to sleep?

2nd time staying here, in between flights. It’s convenient from the airport via private hotel shuttle. Torrence is a great and entertaining driver. Dine-in, or walking distance to fast food.

Bed had dirty coverlet on when we arrived. The rooms are dark unless you turn on lamps that feel like an operating room. Pool is nice as is the workout room.

The room was clean. However, we were not happy that we were not notified in advance about the water being turned off. What we were told that might take a few hours ended up being longer into the middle of the night. Again no communication was given. We had to ask several times and eventually asked if we wanted a “jug of water”.

Good night stay -clean

The room was good. The airport shuttle was not. Driver left without us, sitting right in front of the hotel, without saying anything. We had to pay $20 for an Uber because the shuttle would not come back and get us.

The bar and restaurant were both closed on Saturday and Sunday but other than that the property was great.

Loved the property and check in was a breeze! The lady at the counter was amazing! Rooms were a little bit on the warm side… my only complete.

It was close to the airport.

A little too frugal for me. No shampoo and stuff. No bath mat. Water got all over the floor. Not so great for the cost. I’ll look for better next time.

Very nice hotel. Don’t forget to request room clean if you stay more than one night. They won’t clean or replace towels otherwise. No water bottles provided in room and no breakfast included so they are watching margins. Friendly staff.

Staff was great….stayed the weekend of the Taylor Swift concert and they worked extra hard to get a room ready for us for early check in!!!! Everything was clean and nice. Would highly recommend!!

I didn't like how noisy the hallways were, sound proofing was almost non existent. One person at the front desk was definitely more concerned about her computer, than helping me, never once looked up from her monitor to help me when I was standing right there.

The whole reason I picked this location was it showed to have a restaurant and bar. We arrived on Saturday only to find out the restaurant and bar are closed on the weekend. Also the grab and go breakfast was not set up at the time listed in the literature we received at checkin

Very clean large rooms

Our room was cleaned prior to check out with some of our belongings being thrown out. They did give us a credit for one night but the nasty attitude of housekeeping team left a bad taste.

It is a very nice property. Close to airport and restaurants.

Tiny rooms, was surprised how small they were. Hotel was busy and the front desk was not very nice. They also charged for breakfast.
