The lobby is a great place to relax, and the amenities are impressive, including a basketball court and a clean, well-equipped gym. The hallways and elevators were also spotless. The room itself was excellent and felt more like an apartment than a typical hotel room. It had a fully functional kitchen, a large sofa, and a spacious work desk with great lighting options. I especially appreciated the TV being positioned directly in front of the bed at a comfortable height. The bathroom was also well designed, and the shower felt more premium than what you usually find in hotels. If I had to be picky, I would suggest upgrading the toilet paper to something a bit more premium, but that is honestly the only minor improvement I can think of. Overall, this was a fantastic stay, and I would definitely come back.

Checked me in to a room that was occupied. Then checked me in to a room that wasn’t what I reserved. Overall hotel room was significantly below what I would expect from Marriot.

Large suite, very comfortable bed, everything in great condition. Staff was very nice, free shuttle to dfw, everything was smooth. Good breakfast as well.

The hotel was in a great location. Breakfast had a ton of variety. They had a cold brew coffee station which i have never seen before even tho I don't drink coffee I though it was great. Rooms were comfortable and had a lot of room.

Really enjoyed my stay here. Had everything I needed , clean rooms, laundry room, enclosed pool, great breakfast with different options each day. The only thing off was the shuttle. I waited almost 2 hrs for a shuttle until finally calling an Uber. Multiple calls to them telling me they’re on their way it’s just a busy night. It was and my fault I should’ve called an Uber after waiting 15 min …. I think they should’ve just said it’s gonna be awhile due to busy night not it’ll be another 15 min every time. That’s my only complaint though. Everything else was great!!!

Breakfast was wonderful all 3 days we stayed there. Staff was superb, especially the breakfast crew and the airport driver. Suite was phenomenal. Loved that they have a standard fee for pets of $100 for 3 nights versus $50 per night elsewhere. Convenient location but it is on 2 busy roads but the noise level was tolerable.

Great location. Very clean. Breakfast was good and employees always restocking and cleaning. Love the waffles on the weekends. Lots of parking and having a shuttle if you don’t have a car. Employees always greet you when you pass by front desk. The sofa bed we had was completely broken so the first night our son had to sleep on the floor. They did change out the entire sofa bed the next day. The condenser for the ac/heater is in the bedroom so every time it turned on or off it was very noisy. Also, the bathroom door should swing outwards. You have to go all the way to the tub and squeeze to shut the bathroom door. Maybe a pocket door would work better.

My room on the second floor had a roof of the pool just outside the window with virtually no view. The hotel breakfast was quite lacking in relation to other Marriot properties but overall good stay with a courteous staff.

First room assigned had roaches. It was late at night so we went to another room. This one hadn’t roaches roaming around like the other one. We were promised that the manager would approach us about the first room but so far nothing has happened. It was our first time in a Residence Inn, obviously, we won’t stay here again.

The hotel was very clean and quiet and our room was one of the nicest rooms I've had a hotel. The free breakfast was excellent and all of the food tasted like it was supposed to and there were a lot of choices. There was even ice coffee options. I'd never stayed at a Residence Inn before, but after this experience I will look for them again.

Stayed there for the Cotton Bowl. Kitchen facilities were good and drive to AT&T stadium was reasonable. Other facilities such as breakfast and elevators were good.

The breakfast was very well served and with good variety of different choices of food and beverages. We really appreciated the fresh fruit provided each day. The kitchen staff was very friendly and professional maintaining all of the items for consumption. Very clean. N-A

The night desk manager was very helpful and dispassionate, keeping her cool and making herself a resource to help us. The shuttle service provider was also friendly and helpful.

I waited an hour and 45 mins for the airport shuttle....after being told it could take up to an hour. I kept calling back..sometimes they wouldn't even answer the phone.

Size of room. The couch was extremely uncomfortable. The bed was so hard I could not sleep. Was exhausted the next day.

The two ladies at the check in desk were very nice. They told us about several places that we could go see and things to do. Really liked the fact that the bedroom was separate from the living room.

I asked house keeping as well as the front desk to have my linens changed nad to replace towels and wash clothes. When I returned that night after the Dallas vs San Fran game all trash was still full old towels still on floor. They dropped off new linen wich was left on the counter I guess for me to change myself but I could sworn they were house keeping.

Our bed had a gross stain on it and when we asked if we could get new bedding the manager said she couldn’t because it was a room service issue and just kept trying to get us to check out instead of fixing the problem. She was very rude

The hotel was under renovation. It was basically a construction zone as soon as you walked through the doors. The beds were hard. The worst part of it as if hearing the construction happening WHILE ON VACATION, the power went out at 4am. This was NOT worth MY $133 and MOST IMPORTANTLY my RELAXATION TIME.

Loved this location to stay at and we loved the rooms. Texas was opened up with no mask mandates but this hotel were still all about them..for some people. We got told several times to wear a mask while they didn’t say anything to others.

Each room is set up well, plenty of space and storage options. Room offers Plenty of outlets for plug ins. Very nice layout and comfortable for up to 4 guests in each room.

1. We waited over 1/2hr to get checked in upon our arrival 2. I was not notified upon arrival that dishes were in the dishwasher. I felt like a fool when I called front desk to ask 3. Breakfast lady seemed rude and a bit racist. I had to order breakfast for my 2 yr old and she seemed a bit frustrated when I kept asking for milk. She seemed more interested in helping the person behind me. 4. I asked housekeeping to clean the room the next day. I needed cleaned towels. Came back to the hotel only to find out it was not cleaned at all! 5. I had to keep asking housekeeping to clean my room for the entire stay. (We stayed 5 nights) I have never stayed at a place where they disregard clients requests

I was disappointed that the iron was disfunctional and poured water all over a shirt and the ironing board. I asked the front desk to bring me a new one and they said they would, but never did. After more than an hour wait I went down to the front desk with the iron and they gave me a new one with a sincere apology. Also, the channels on the tv didn't always work. Often you click on a channel and saw a blank screen. Last, when I went to use the pool I couldn't get in. I told the front desk and they said that it was strange and I should get access. I said yeah there was a lady in there just sitting on a chair not using anything. The front desk's response was, oh we don't show anyone in there, but due to covid restrictions, if another family is in there you can't use it. Pretty disappointing that it was being occupied but not used. I reported this to the staff person at the time of check out and she apologized to me as I was leaving.

It was my second time staying here and I was traveling with my 3 daughters. I had originally book a 1 Bedroom studio and John was kind enough to upgrade us to a 2 bedroom suite so we could be more comfortable during our stay. He was so sweet and welcoming. I definitely recommend this location for your stay. Clean, quiet and very comfortable.

The stay was ok, nothing special about it. When I checked in, the bald guy (forgot his name), wasn't really friendly. And I don't know why, but the bed and their pillows were not comfortable at all. I'm not sure if it was just my room or what. Other than that, everything was ok.

We just got back from an All inclusive vacation and our room here at the Residence Inn was so much nicer than our all inclusive!! The beds were so comfy and loved the pull out sofa for the kids. The kitchenette came in handy to keep our water bottles cold! We checked in so late so we missed the breakfast but it was all good! We will definitely be looking for another residence inn if we need to book another hotel in the future!

The new Guy Jorge was working he was very nice and helpful, however he was not trained correctly because he charged me twice which caused me to overdraft on my account. I called office they refunded my account but did not want to give me a discount if i wanted to rent another room nor did they refund me the overdraft charge. I am in process of moving and have not had time to go to the hotel to speak to mgr.

We had several hotel options and selected this one solely based on the fact that it had a nice outdoor fire pit and an indoor pool and hot tub. When we got to the pool area it was "temporarily out of order". We called the front desk and they said it wouldn’t be fixed until the next day which was when we had to check out. When we went to sit outside by the fire pit it was not turned on. We asked the front desk if they could turn it on and they said they didn't know how and they "think" it's broken. I also saw a roach crawling around in our room. Our one night stay here was a big let down for sure.

This is the second time we stayed while visiting family. Love the breakfast, the amenities are clean and work. The staff is always very friendly. The rooms are big and clean. We will definitely stay there again.

Exceptionally nice for the money! My son’s room had an oven, and mine had a dishwasher. If you are in need of an oven, you should request it. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was as nice as the photos indicate.

I love this hotel. The room I stayed in was nice and cozy and clean. I only have a few minor issues that I wish could of been better. I wish the rooms would have ceilings fans to keep the air moving. Also the air conditioning did not get real cold even when we had it down to 65. Breakfast was ok. I wish they had more choices but the fruit they had was so fresh especially the pineapple. I really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely stay here again. Also really love that this hotel is pet friendly.

I had a wonderful stay at the DFW Residence Inn. The room was perfect and a great value. The staff was in great spirits, polite, and helpful.

The 1 bedroom suite was awesome! Very clean, spacious, and comforting. It was like having our own apartment! Would recommend 10/10 times. I will definitely be looking for Residence Inns in future travels for stay!

Very nice hotel. Everything excellent and comfortable. Just wish the 10 minute check-in parking would be enforced to allow guest to load/unload in front of the entrance.

I had a wonderful stay at this property. The complimentary airport shuttle was a huge plus. The hotel was clean. The room was clean, modern and cozy. They had daily happy hours with complimentary food and beverages. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. I would highly reccomend this property and stay again.

Room was clean and inexpensive, especially for the amenities. Our room had a full kitchen. Good breakfast in the morning.

Staff were super attentive, helpful and friendly!!!! The rooms were spacious and clean. The only thing I didn't like was there is not a full restaurant on the premises.
