    The hotel bed was like sleeping on springs, the bathroom had what looked like splatter paint on the floor. People in the pool all night yelling. Looks like they are trying to up grade but still needs work

    Very affordable option for an overnight stay before an early flight. We were able to leave our car here and use the shuttle service to get to the airport. It was much more affordable than parking at the airport, and we felt confident knowing our car was safe while we were away. Overall, a convenient and cost-effective experience.

    Elevator almost squeezed my daughter as I guess there was no sensor on the elevator, the room was about the size of a closter. There was grainy things on the sheets. The toilet barley flushed and the breakfast consisted of muffins and toast not even a orange in sight

    killed two cockroaches in the room, I know in some places of the country this cant be prevented, but when you can see daylight under the door doesnt seem like they try and prevent wouldnt stay there again.

    The room was clean and price was low Staff rarely answered the phone. Phone in room 342 didn't work, tv rarely worked and the microwave was iffy. Parking was almost always a hassle. Breakfast was as cheap as possible.

    I liked that it was close to the convention center I was going to this weekend The staff I fully believe tried to take advantage of me and charge me more than I originally paid. I had paid $196.64 on the booking.com app to pay for the room before I even arrived in Dallas and I explained to the staff this and they proceeded to give me my room key. When I got to my room and started to relax the staff then called me to tell me the payment for the room didn’t go through but my security deposit did. So I went to the front desk to show them that yes I did pay for the room and showed them the confirmation on my phone and they then say “that payment was to reserve the room and not actually paid the room so they then wanted to charge me another $196.64 and so I then proceeded to call booking.coms customer service and explained the situation which they said they were gonna call the property and discuss it. I kept the phone on speaker infront of the front desk and as soon as customer service came back on the lady working the front desk said “oh it’s okay sir it’s fine now” but customer service said “nobody answered the phone” I fully believe once they saw I was on the phone with customer service they intentionally decided to not charge me again as customer service agreed that I didn’t need to pay anymore as I did pay for the room already

    Overstay was fine. Got in late and took over 45 minutes to check in 3 people. Mostly one. person took 35 minutes and then 5 minutes for me and another person. Not sure what was going on but at 2 am, with a line like that, I'd perfr the computer to check in. in 5 min do I could go to bed.

    Old not maintained well horrible water pressure the room next door flushes the toilet and you get scolded with hot water. Not a good breakfast sad coffee powered creamer and just cereal, oatmeal and some sad looking muffins.

    The front desk was clerk was nice my entire visit! There was an real life human on a virtual TV screen assisting people too when needed. My room was so pretty, clean, and modernized. My bed, sheets, and pillows were clean and very comfortable too! The room has an iron/ironing board and hangers too. The AC unit worked just fine and got cold. The tub and sink water got hot and the microwave oven and refrigerator worked just fine too. The TV only showed MTV because the remote needs new batteries, I guess. I loved the touch mirror with different light settings! I didn't eat breakfast at this hotel. I walked over to Dennys to eat Breakfast instead. The hotel shuttle driver was on time picking me up from the airport to take me to the hotel and also dropping me off at the airport to catch my flight too. I was sure to tip the drivers. I would gladly stay here again because I enjoyed my stay.

The queen bed was also small, it looked like a double. There was also hair on top of the bedsheet when we first got there and a brown stain on the side of the bed. Most likely won’t stay here again. If you’re on a budget then this place is good enough.

On the ride to the hotel he stopped at another hotel got out of the vehicle and handed my bag to a gentleman. As he was walking away with my bag, I had to yell at the driver, but that was my bag and to stop and go back and get it. The hotel itself was OK. Although the elevator did not work. So climbing three flights of stairs with luggage was not fun. The room was as clean as it could possibly be although the carpet is very old and nasty. It did look like that housekeeping had done a good job.

    The room looked recently updated, but the clothing rack fell off the wall and both the TV and coffee maker didn’t work. I have photos documenting these issues. I hope management will address these problems and consider a refund given the condition of the room and the missing advertised amenity.

    The airport shuttle was cancelled because of weather …there was no written statement saying that the shuttle will only be available, weather permitting…we booked this hotel because of the airport shuttle and could not cancel because we booked through orbitz…as a result we had to pay $80 for an uber ride to and from the airport and hotel…I believe that the amenities of the hotel should state that the shuttle is available only when weather permitting. Besides this problem, the hotel room was cold…the heater could not warm up the room and the bed only had one very thin cotton waffle weave blanket on it… had to sleep with wool socks leggings and a sweatshirt to stay warm. There was nothing to place your luggage on to get it off the floor so I was very concerned about bedbugs. The breakfast was very meager also and in a cold room which the front desk said they didn’t have a heater for even though I saw a thermostat on the wall. Do not recommend.

    There was a lock on the door. No one answered the phone to schedule airport shuttle. Ever. The A/C was broken. It was in Texas and it was very hot. I bought a double queen room, and received a single queen for 3 people to sleep on. The TV did not work for any local or cable channels. The room smelled like marijuana. There were no chairs to sit, just a bed. The “breakfast” offered was poptarts and granola bars. This place was garbage. If it wasn’t an emergency, I would have left instantly.

    The room was clean and the front desk clerk was ok. My stay per se wasn’t unpleasant but leaving to hotel to get to my plane was a nightmare. I was on the shuttle first and the driver went to three other hotels after and picked up some other passengers to take them to the airport as well needless to say those passengers were able to make their flights I’m sure because he dropped them off at their thermals first. While I had to ask him to just let me off at a random terminal because by that time my flight was boarding and I need to just distance myself so I could calm down and book another flight

The complimentary breakfast was very limited: basic toast, packets of oatmeal and cereal, Yoplait yogurt, oranges, and coffee/tea. It was enough to technically qualify as breakfast, but lacked quality and variety. I was hoping for something more substantial, especially for guests traveling for work. Although the shuttle was punctual, the vehicle was not clean and the ride felt rough. I tried to avoid touching surfaces inside the shuttle because of how unclean it appeared.     The room itself isn't as big as the pics suggest, however it was sufficient for what we needed (cancelled DFW flight and a cheap enough room). The front desk was very cordial and helpful. Overall it's an older property with some updates to make you not look as close to the dated things around (random DirectTV box hanging on top of the tv, random missing tiles, etc). The biggest issue was the airport shuttle, while it was on time, the smell of gasoline on our clothes was so bad the front desk guy noticed it right away - I'm shocked that van passed inspections being that bad, and the guy driving (the evening/10p shuttle) was talking with an accent that no one in the whole van understood, then he got a little moody when we all had to keep asking him what he was saying.

They also offered very reasonable long-term parking while I was away. My only issue was that the literature in my room advertised a free continental breakfast that started at 6:00 am, and I confirmed this time with the front desk, yet the employee who showed up at 6:15 didn’t seem to be aware of this, nor was she able to explain anything. She was only able to repeat,”seven o’clock,” over and over again. I ended up leaving without breakfast and had to buy some food on the road.

    2 of 3 lamps in the room are not functioning. they were never replaced inspite of my complaint. Bad smell inside the room . I guess the carpet is never cleaned . Lot of dust beind the bed frame and corners of the room. Also I donot understand why the check out time is 11 am and not 12 noon. The room service lady knocked at 10:50 am and told me to vacate as she has to clean the room. overal below average .

    Airport Transfer was bad, I called ahead to inform my flight would get there at 1am, and told no problem call when you arrive and the 24hr airport shuttle will pick you up. I had to wait an hour in a lonely terminal smelling powerwash detergent. Also, room keys kept getting unprogrammed which was very inconvenient having to go back and forth to get it programmed. Pool should be cleaner, I didn't dare get it, which I really was hoping to use since I work a lot, was looking forward to a little swim. Besides all of this, it was ok, the price should be lower to reflect this service. The room carpet needs cleaning. I don't care for staff that just says ok, and all stays the same. Not going back, too pricey for this type of service. it's also a bit dated, should be cheaper.

    Avoid staying here until they remodel. Room service is not good. Linen was stained and dirty. Floor was dirty. Carpet ripped. Sofa in living room stained like somebody peed on it. Kitchen stove not clean. Chair ripped. Phone didn’t work. Terrible and like a 1 star motel. Hyatt should pull its franchise name. It’s ruining the brand image.

    Misleading photos. Hotel remodeled the lobby but not the rooms. Smells like mold and humidity and we had a toilet that kept on flushing all night long. We let them know and was not address in our 3+ day stay. The positive reviews are probably from personnel. The rooms actually resemble motel rooms that have one window and one external door to the parking. The lobby bathroom was disgusting, dripping water and the "fix" was a towel.

    Took elevator, the whole panel (the side with the buttons) just opened up, exposing all the elevator wiring, not safe at all. Room had a smell. No hot water. Called the front desk, no answer. Went to front desk, said they'd be right up, waited about 10 minutes, they didn’t come, called again, they came up, knob was messed up, so got hot water to take a bath, then tub stopper didn’t work. After 12 hrs of flying, was really looking forward to soaking in a tub. Took shower, shower head was horrible, dirty and had the crusties. No water pressure at sink. Toilet would randomly just start running. Mattress was old and freezer part of frig was a block of ice...
