The window couldn’t be seen out of, the bed covering and mattress were horrible, there was an unknown substance on the wall, you could see the outside under the door, the floor in the bathroom was sinking. I could not stay there with my son. We had to find another place to stay for the night. The clientele at that establishment was not very friendly and the property was nice taken care of.

1. The airport pick up shuttle was not only very old but so unclean that you would have tough time spending 5 mins trip to hotel from airport. The driver did not knew even a word of English. I was just praying that van dont break on the way. 2. The room was clean but stuff could be seen worn out. The room had so week wifi that it took 30 mins to open a website. I told front desk and can you imagine what they said. " we know there is internet problem in those tail end rooms. Sry but we cant change the room as no internet is not the reason to change the room as per our policy ". I did not know whether to cry or laugh. For a moment i thought he was jocking with. They did change the room but so unwillingly as if they are doing some favour on me.

I called at 3pm for a shuttle at the airport which is 5 minutes away. I didn’t get picked up until two hours later. There is no water, only coffee in the check in area. There are no amenities. Quality Inn across the street would have picked me up in 10 minutes and they offer a full breakfast in the morning.

Wasn't told elevators were available in the 2nd building (my room was on the 3rd floor). Flushed the toilet & water flooded the bathroom floor. Asked for a different room, & the key card wouldn't work. Guy at the desk was nice enough, just very busy & place needs updating. I left & went to a different place.

Airport shuttle was a little dicey as well. Waited about an hour at the airport before the shuttle showed up. First van’s back doors wouldn’t close after everyone was loaded so we had to wait for another van. Trip back to the airport the next morning was over crowded and folks had to sit on each other’s laps.

Room was terrible, got a smoking room and it smelled like it had been closed up and chain smoked in for days. Curtains had burn holes im them. Door lock was broken. Wals had craxks and holes all thru the room, bathroom was the worst, very unclean, there was dried blood on the wall next to comode, bathroom floor had not been mopped in a very long time. Roaches were seen several times crawling around mainly in bathroom. The furniture was broke (both chairs in the room). Pictures were taken of all of these things and staff acted very noncholant.

The airport shuttle provided good service. We caught the shuttle at 4:10am to DFW airport. We also left our car at red roof inn for $10 a day. Clean room and bed was comfortable. Stay in building #1. It’s quiet.

I sincerely enjoyed my stay. The room was very spacious very clean no unexpected bugs. The housekeeping staff was on time every single day and exceeded more than my expectations. This place was where I stayed before I transitioned into my new apartment so I was here for at least a week and if I ever have to, you know stay somewhere near the airport specifically this would be my go to.

The outside was not a good look but the room was spacious and nice. The property was clean, there was a convenient convenience store and Denny's right next door. The staff was friendly and helpful. The king bed was very soft, a big plus if that is what you are looking for. Cool ac, working fridge, nothing out of place or broken.

The reins and hotel are very old. They have new bedding and a painting but everything else is very worn. Also I the car price to leave shows $6 per day. I even called to double check it was the correct price. When I got there they said it was $10 a day and would not honor the price it shows on Expedia. They said they do not work with Expedia in the parking price.

The driver was almost unintelligible. On the positive side, the check in person was courteous and efficient. The outside of the property is rundown but didn't seem unsafe or at least not fatal. The room inside was fine, but not new with lots of wear and tear, but the bed was fine. The bathroom, sink were clean and they have a TV with a zillion channels, small fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. If you want to get a snack from the vending machine you have to provide a $50 deposit to get to the room with the machine, otherwise walk across the street to the 7-11 - not what you want to do at 1:30AM after a missed connection. The air conditioner/heater stays on all the time unless you turn off its power. Why they point the air straight at the bed and right over you is something I will never understand. But I was only there for 4 hours to catch the early AM flight out so I survived. The price is very low and you certianly get what you pay for. I decided to Uber in the AM instead of using the hotel, and this killed the savings on the room. My review sounds like 1-star, but the place was okay so I gave it 3.

Took an hour to get the shuttle to arrive at the airport, when called to find out what was going on we got told it was because of traffic. Light traffic on the roads. While checking in after a quick 10 minute ride to the hotel the front desk told someone on the phone the same story. Be honest about the time it takes for the subcontracted driver to stop at the half dozen other hotels they service. Property is in disrepair and building needs a full blown renovation. Toilet flushed and shower worked and it didn’t have bugs.

Perfect low budget option for an overnight stay. The airport shuttle is included. Remember to call them to pick you up at the airport. Once in the inn, you can choose a time for the shuttle to take you back to the airport the next day. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room had everything we needed (towels, soap, shampoo, tissues, toilet paper, hangers, hot water, a working AC, and a comfy bed). Didn't see any bedbugs. The spring box cover was stained. Likewise, the towels and bedsheets had some small remaining makeup stains (I assume a result of bulk laundry). Overall, it met our expectations.

First, she had to wait nearly 3 hours (2 hours and 45 minutes) for a shuttle to get her to the hotel — an exhausting delay after a long journey. Upon arrival, she was assigned to room 133. However, when she entered, she discovered the room was already occupied. She immediately went back to the front desk, where the clerk informed her that someone had already checked into the room under her name. Regina clarified she was traveling alone and no one else should have been checked in under her name. The clerk then stated that the room was listed under the name Reginald, which was incorrect. She waited another 30 minutes as staff tried to resolve the mistake, and she was eventually given a key to room 206. Unfortunately, her key did not work, forcing her to return to the front desk for a new key. After multiple trips, she was finally assigned to room 210. Upon entering, she found the comforter was dirty and had visible spots on it (see photos). By this point, it was after midnight, and she had to be back at the front desk by 3:30 AM to catch her shuttle — leaving her very little time to settle in. Overall, the experience was stressful, poorly managed, and not at all what one expects from a hotel. The room conditions and the lack of proper communication or service made for a very unpleasant night.

Check-in and check-out were easy, which I always appreciate. The location was convenient too. There’s a Denny’s right next door, plus a gas station and 7-Eleven within walking distance. The shuttle works, but it can be a bit confusing since they group multiple hotels together and use different vans depending on the route. Just something to be aware of. The room itself was okay. You can tell there’s some wear with scratched floors and a cracked sink. The bed was very soft without much support. Wi-Fi was a bit slow for me. The top sheet had a few visible stains, although staff did offer to switch rooms. On the plus side, the AC unit looked clean and worked well. The exterior and grounds could use a little cleanup, but nothing major. Overall, it did the job for a short stay. Not the most comfortable, but convenient and easy. I’d probably look at other options first, but wouldn’t rule it out if I needed something quick and simple again.

Regarding the hotel, you get what you pay for. The shuttle service was absolutely terrible. When I arrived at the airport with a baby in my arms, I called the Red Roof Inn Dallas - DFW for a pickup. Initially, they said they would come in 30 to 40 minutes. We waited an hour, and they didn't arrive. I called again, and then they said they would come in 20 to 35 minutes, but we had to wait another hour approx. It was awful waiting for almost two hours with a baby in my arms, tired and hungry. It was very difficult to contact the hotel from overseas since they only have one communication channel. And the person at the front desk lacked charisma and motivation.

This place was deteriorated and in need of major upgrades in flooring and furniture. We also found a bed bug and while they refunded one night did not refund the other night we booked. Would not recommend this hotel.

This room smelled so bad. I get all they had was a smoking room but when you open the door you just would literally gag and it stunk so bad all night long. It was just almost unbearable sitting on the bed. You can just see a lot of stuff that was dirty like the floors were dirty. There was a lot of ashes built up in the corner of the floor. Even the air conditioning had looked like Coca-Cola still dull over that you grabbed a rag. Just out of curiosity crack in it. So I mean I don't know I don't. I don't know if it was what's considered good anymore.

It was close to the DFW airport and the shuttle service was on time. The shower was good water pressure and got hot quickly! You can hear every one and everything! The TV had no connection therefore couldn’t watch it. Bath towels are a minimal size.

This property is infested with roaches so bad that I checked out within 1 to 2 hours of being there. Expedia needs to stop their partnership with this business. Expedia should go read the reviews for this property. There was absolutely no way I would have been able to close my eyes and sleep. I even walked to the store and purchased roach spray but it was just too many. I have pictures of 4 or 5 roaches that i killed with the spray i bought.

The room was one of the worst I've stayed in since one in Sn Cristobal, Venezuela in the 1980s and another one in Cartago, Costa Rica, a mostly short stay hotel with stained walls. The staff was very nice and helpful, room was clean and bed was made daily which I appreciated, and had a cup of coffee before leaving the motel each day which was very nice. I would definitely go back to that same motel.

Was told we were early for check in which was true but after being diverted from NYC to Texas due to weather and not knowing where our next destination was the welcome was horrible. We were told we could wait in the Denny's next door or pay a $20 early check in fee, no mention of happily storing our luggage if we did go to Denny's. This was our first contact with someone on the us (besides airport staff and Uber driver) and it was appalling. Needless to say we didn't stay and sought alternative accommodation. The room was filthy, dirt in all the corners. Dust bunnies almost as big as my cats. A tub/shower combo that I was actually afraid to use. A wildly difficult pay to park situation (the website said they charge $6 a day, but upon checking in I was told they charge $10 a day, to get the lower price they list on their own website , I had to shop around on third party sites. I found the $6 a day parking (not on the list that was given to me by the front desk.) then they don’t say online they only shuttle to dfw. No biggie. I was flying out of love field but into dfw. I called the hotel after I made it to the pickup area. I was told 40 minutes. I waited an hour, called back. He said 10 minutes. I waited twenty, called back. He said 10 minutes again… I ended up having to pay out of pocket to get a ride back to the hotel. Now, if the guy at the front desk would have said at the beginning that no driver was coming I would have paid the $20 uber fee and been on my way, but no. I waited… and waited.. and waited.. the rates went up and up. So me. A single woman was stuck in some sort of purgatory. No food available. No water available. No way of knowing when and if the shuttle was going to show. No jacket to put on, no gloves. Having sucked down over an hour and a half of bus fumes, I paid a highway robbery price to get a safe ride back to my car. Absolutely abhorrent customer service.

This is my second time staying at this hotel when in transit. This is definitely my "go to" for airport overnights when flying through DFW now that I've had a positive experience for both of my stays. This property has the most comfortable mattress! In my opinion, you get a very good room considering this is one of the more budget friendly options in the area offering shuttle service. Nothing.

Despite the heavy traffic of frustrated passengers, he remained calm and incredibly helpful. Not only did he assist in locating which terminal my bags were in, but he also guided me to a different terminal to catch an early morning flight. His level of competence was on par with the best ticket agents I've encountered, and his professionalism made all the difference during a stressful time. It's rare to experience such exceptional customer service, especially under challenging conditions, and I truly appreciated his efforts to make sure I was taken care of. When arrived was told my room has been cancelled even though I arrived 10 min before check in but yet when I went to Expedia still showed all was fine but I was made to have to make another reservation and luckily got same price but it was an inconvenience being that there was no reason for it to cancel. Also in shower there are 2 shower heads one only has a small stream of trickle of water when you finally get changed to the 2nd head it was little better. The bed was great, it was quiet. The tv is very small and hard to watch from the bed it was like 24in tv. But all in all the room did what I needed but it could use upgrading.

This is easily one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at, I was really surprised. Room is super spacious and clean, beds are comfortable, pillows are big and fluffy, big tv with premium channels, airport shuttle, ac, big lighted mirror, water pressure in the shower is great, 24hr dennys next door and plenty delivery options nearby that are open super late! I only paid $46 on Expedia for a two twin bed room… so this was absolutely amazing. My only complaint is the towels for your body are like mini sized… and very linty/dusty. Need better towels. That’s it!

The outside lighting needs to be better lit! I tripped and nearly took a bad fall due to not seeing that parking lot block that stops vehicles. The stairs leading to the room are a bit sketchy as well due to the poor visibility. The elevator didn’t work, the maintenance man reset it when I asked about its status. He went to the service room, and the elevator was working, yet stopped again after one use. I certainly wouldn’t have wanted to be inside if it had stopped functioning. The location is in a great location, about 30 minutes away from the airport and vehicle returns. Also a good 10 minute drive to food and drink. Another point to note is if you book this hotel, it’s none refundable, I accidentally booked it through Expedia, once I realized what I had done, I went to cancel it and would have forfeited the money! Thankfully it worked out.

The bathroom was very poor. There was some kind of large dead bug on the floor and it was pretty busted looking all around. There was a “clean” towel folded on the sink that had a huge lipstick smear on it. My partner and I did not have any lipstick. The blanket looked like someone covered in dirt rolled across the bed a few times.

The room was awful. It immediately smelled like mold when we entered the room. There were black patches all over the ceiling. Everything was worn down and abused. The bathroom door was broken at the bottom and would not shut all the way. The blankets felt gross when we tried to sleep, and the air conditioner was barely staying together. The afternoon/night front desk person was horrible. There were power washers washing the side walk in front of my room and she sprayed filthy water under my door and i had to use all my towels to wipe it up. If you want to stay in a moldy room this is the place. I god reservation for 2 nights, but we have two check out as soon as we wake up and get ready because we couldn’t stand with the smell of mold.

The first room that they assigned me was dirty. The bed was unmade I’m guessing from the previous guest. The bar of soap was out of its packaging and the empty wrapper was still there and a used wash cloth was in the shower. The toilet wasn’t even flushed. The second room was a little better but I saw roaches in that room. They were probably in both rooms but I didn’t see them in the first room. I definitely wouldn’t have your customers stay there anymore

There is a reason this hotel is very affordable in a city like Dallas. It is showing signs of age and where and tear. That said, it was comfortable and economical.

The front desk staff was helpful and kind. However, the hotel is extremely dirty and has a very strong mold smell. The surrounding area is also not the safest, car alarms and screaming noises all night long.

We got a delayed flight and had to find somewhere to sleep. So I found this, cheap and close. Shuttle took about an hour and when we did get picked up, they had to drop people off at other hotels first. Then we get to the lobby, smelled like cigarettes. Then got to the room, the bed was made but once it was undone, dirt and probably dead bugs. Was too tired to get another room or change hotels. Lock on bathroom door didn’t work either. AC very loud- but durable and kept the room cold. First and last time I would stay at a Red Roof

I stayed here because my flight was delayed overnight. I found them online, this is what I was looking for: a good rate, airport transfer. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean.

The room was run down the first room the toilet didn't flush. The second room the toilet made a sreadful noise when it flushed. It looks lije water damage in the bathroom.

The staff was very helpful. But the room had a terrible mildew-like odor. They did offer to change our room. But the other room smelled the same. It was clean, but outdated. If you need a quick overnight stay, it may work. I can't personally recommend them.

The front desk lady was rude and made inappropriate comments. The front reception area was dirty and smelled bad of cigarettes. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everyone’s conversations around you. The neighboring guest was yelling profanities all night preventing us from getting any sleep! We were also told to hide and lock up all our belongings which left us feeling unsafe. Would not stay again.

It was in a nice area and all but the conditioning wasn't working and the sheets had stains on them and there was absolutely no cold water!! It was pure hot like boiling hot. It was already 12 am cause my flight got delayed till the kext day and I was tired and it just wasn't pleasant. But staff and shuttle were amazing.

The room looks nothing like the pictures ,room had a musty smell , the bathroom door on the backside had black finger prints all over it like a car garage or mechanical shop , about the only good thing had good water pressure

Scary...we were not aware this was a flop house. The room was clean but haggard. The other guest's were 75%residents and looking rough. Cars in the parking lot under repair. Staff was kind and helpful, but we will not return.

We did not stay, there was a huge puddle of water in front of our door, thrre was no way to avoid bringing in water with us. The room smelled disgusting, we couldn't stand the smell and left. Would like a full refund
