    I think a couple things to consider. a) airport shuttle doesn’t go to Dallas- Love, just DFW. b) the side entrance to the building close to the main thoroughfare is broken - can just walk in, and have access to the entire hotel. This was my least favorite aspect of my stay. There was a ring of mold in the shower insert clinging to the silicone caulking. Maybe that’s just to be expected in Texas - I don’t know. I’m not a germ guy but probably shouldn’t be there. Overall feel of the hotel once you get out of lobby is kind of dingy but perhaps not bad at this price point. The free breakfast was good with usual items - waffles, cereal, eggs. Dining area clean and well kept. Room itself, beyond bathroom/shower area, described above, was clean and well organized. Bed and pillows were nice I felt: comfortable. Plenty of outlets and charger stations. Has WiFi (didn’t use to comment). A gas station and 24 hour Dennys/7-11 but not much else around. Anyway, beyond the mold (again humid as hell here so…) and security issues: nice room, clean and comfortable. Good place to just crash, grab breakfast in the morning and get to it.

    Breakfast was lacking for what we expect from the chain. Laundry facilities were a single overpriced and out of commission washer and drier. The entire facility had the feel of a recently-converted lower-quality independent hotel.

    I would not stay here again. Although the price was good, the airport shuttle was beat up, the lobby smelled like marijuana, and the elevator button had to be pressed for several seconds in order to make the elevator work. This did not inspire confidence. Did not try the breakfast or the parking.

    Air in room workes exceptionally well too the point we were cold. Housekeeping did a wonderful job of keeping the sheets and towels clean yet not disturbing our items. Breakfast was a bit lacking. Too many carbs. Would have liked eggs and bacon. Wifi was also trash. Would connect but barely worked.

    I had only booked the room for a night, but my room was great. The hotel is outdated, but everything was clean from the room to my bed to the bathroom. I had no complaints at all the staff at the front desk who checked me in she was very polite and respectful.

    I liked that the shuttle took us to n from the airport that helped out to prevent from using Lyft to get to and from the airport, the amenities were OK I didn’t use the pool area it looked bad in person than on the site.The breakfast was not that great. I did not enjoy the eggs. The coffee was good.

    Location was great for us. It was a clean room. I’ve seen other reviews about bugs but I inspected the room and mattress and everything was fine. It’s obviously an older property that’s had some renovation and it is good for the price you pay.

    Idk if it’s just a Texas thing but every affordable place I’ve stayed has had roaches . I can’t honestly give a good review of anything else because of that key issue .. gym was a joke as well. Do not recommend unless you’re desperate

    When I made the reservation they did not tell me that they would not pick me up at the Terminal I was at. For what I had to pay to get there and the stay , I could have gotten picked up by a nicer hotel and a lot quicker.

    But It Wasn't . I liked the price for the both rooms. I liked that a shuddle was offered to take us to the airport. I liked that a restaurant was right across the street. The breakfast could have been better. My key stopped working and I couldn't get in my room. Went to the desk 2x new keys didnt work. Maintenance had to come and work on it before I could get in.

    I was pleased with the person who cleaned the room. However, when I called the front desk to notify them the commode was not flushing completely, I was advised to come get a plunger. I told them I was not going to come get a plunger. Later that day I notified a person I saw in the bathroom, about the commode being slow to flush completely. Someone came with a plunger and attempted to hand it to me. I told the person I'm a guest not an employee. About 15 mi later a male employee came with a plunger & unstopped the commode. Also, when I needed to call the front desk I had to use my cellphone. When I checked out, I told the person at the front desk, the phone in rm 146 seemed not to be working. She stayed the phone in rm 146 doesn't work. I did not appreciate the staff knowing assigning me to a room that did not have a working phone. The two incidents I'm mentioning is no way to treat a senior person. I'm over 70 yrs old and I was traveling alone. I did not appreciate being assigned to the last room on the hall without a working phone and being expected to unstop their commode !!

    Aside from that, parking was ok (though another guest informed us that one side of the parking lot tends to flood). Breakfast was decent, with a reasonable selection the first two days, but barely stocked on our final morning. Noise levels were fine. The planes could be heard, but they weren't loud.

    To start off the airport shuttle was great, just give them a call and they'll pick you up, easy to check in, breakfast was great and free, staff was nice, everything you needed was a quick walk from the hotel, the only problem i had was the room seemed to be very humid and had a weird smell plus some other guests were smoking and it smelled really bad in the hallway:( but other than that it was great and especially for the price!

    I was about to get a taxi to go there and stay the night and realized that it was set for a day later (which my flight would be at that time). I called this place and it gave a voice message error talking about network issues on their end. After a few attempts and getting the same message I tried to contact them via Expedia app. No response until a day later. They decided that they don't care, they would not reimburse me. Basically they ROBBED me of my money and decide to send me a flipping customer satisfaction survey. DO NOT trust these THEIVES!

    Looking for a clean room and decent airport transportation. Airport pickup was pretty delayed. Asked before leaving what the policy was and was informed there were 5 terminals at DFW - go to purple sign at your gate and call. Apparently they neglected to say that there has been construction at terminal C and would not be picking up at that gate until I called for pickup. Made my way to next terminal and called and it was 50 minutes from that time before pickup and 1 hour and 5 minutes since original call from terminal C. Too long - especially at 9 pm.

    The first night my partner got bitten by bedbugs and the next morning they changed our room.And we didn't have any more problems.The breakfast had a good variety of foods and the whole hotel staff was courteous and very nice .The shuttle bus driver gave my bag to someone else with my business computer and information and we had to track down my bag in another terminal.Just a disaster

    Pictures are very misleading. Lobby & breakfast area & front desk look NOTHING like the pictures!! Hallways & stairways were disgusting, like haven’t been vacuumed or cleaned in a long while & just a funny smell all through the hotel. Front desk clerk messed up on my room TWICE & each time I had to go back to the front desk she was sleep! Like I had to wake her up to get serviced!!! Won’t recommend & probably won’t stay here again!!

    Room was smelly, possibly from previous people cooking. Building showed its age, old stains on ceiling and walls. Shower water pressure slow. No screens on windows. Property is under maintenance/construction, they had a sign on the elevator doors notifying of such. Staff friendly and breakfast is serve yourself. Would not stay here again.

    The room smelt of cigarettes and it was a non-smoking room. Elevator was weirdly slow and creaky. Breakfast was put away an hour early. But the staff was friendly, and easy to talk too. Waiting area was comfortable and nice.

    I appreciated this hotel being less than 3 miles from DFW airport and that it was less than $100 for one night. It was clean and also offered breakfast from 7-9AM although we slept through it. I wish they would have extended breakfast hours to at least 10AM on the weekend as we checked in at 1:30 AM and needed our sleep so we missed it.

    Staying at this hotel was a nightmare! Housekeeping stole money from my room and threw away my food, which I had just bought, along with my $40 body wash. To make matters worse they have infestation in the rooms. I strongly advise against staying here. Keep all your belongings secure and don’t leave anything on the desk, as they will likely be discarded. I will never return to this hotel.

    We liked the coffee/hot water/drinkable water available at the lobby. Having an airport shuttle was very convenient and easy to reserve. Easy parking, great location, close to a lot amenities. Staff was super hepful. Small bathroom, the sink was right by the door. We couldn't completely close the curtains so there was a gap. No hooks to hang toiletry bag by the sink. The hand towel location was really awkward.

    the toilet also backed up and when I went to the desk to let her know I was told she would give me a plunger but no one is there to help.     The number that they provided for the airport shuttle was disconnected. I called the front desk which gave option 1 for reservations and option 2 for front desk. When i hit #2, the line just hung up. I waited to see if the shuttle would ever arrive and it did not. I have to catch an uber to the quality inn. I told the front desk person that was their at the time i checked in and nothing was ever done. Nothing was reported to management. I guess it was business as usual.

    The shuttle service from the Airport could be improved. They have a 9 passenger van with only enough luggage space for 3 or 4 travelers. We had to wait for the van to make another trip because there was no room for our luggage.

    I have no idea why the reviews are as high as they are on here. This was a 2 star hotel at best and the cleanliness was definitely below average. The place is old and dingy, rooms have been “updated” but it’s like putting lipstick on a pig, it’s still a pig. Very disappointed in the quality that was misrepresented on the app.

    2- if you are traveling with kids or even by yourself and expecting to have an acceptable breakfast “Don’t” They don’t even serve Eggs for breakfast, I was shocked and when I asked the receptionist he answered no we don’t with an attitude. 3- The restroom is extremely small, can’t take two people at the same time, a the sink placed outside the restroom. Over all, horrible experience, and I really don’t know how they have high rate after all that. Maybe it was long before with the older management not with the current one.

    The staff was rude. I get that she was working a long shift but from the moment we called for the shuttle to check out we were treated poorly. She was short, interrupted me on the phone almost annoyed we asked questions and it was just generally unpleasant. We misunderstood the shuttle sign up because she was so dismissive when I was asking questions, but the shuttle driver very graciously took care of us in the morning and was apologetic while she rolled her eyes clearly annoyed with me in the background, completely dismissing me. Our room was dirty, the walls were full of old drink spills and sticky. The heater would not turn off and stop making super loud noises until we unplugged it and had to freeze all night. The only positive portion of our stay was the shuttle to and from the airport, which is really sad. We won’t be back that’s for sure.

    Well I couldn’t get there. Our flight was canceled multiple times and I booked this hotel for an expected layover WITH THE OFFERED TRAVEL INSURANCE. Since a Winter storm was named the day before, the insurance denied a claim. The hotel was contacted by the website and explained the issue and also denied a refund.     Staff severely lacking. Unreliable shuttle service. Small shabby room. The mixer valve in the shower didn’t work properly. Buckets in the hall to catch leaking water. A small fire in the “kitchen”. Is that enough. I had to spend 150$ on taxis since flights kept getting cancelled and the hotel couldn’t provide a shuttle. I wouldn’t stay there again for free.     Excellent room accommodations-we were traveling with our dog, so she was able to stay with us in room for an extra fee. Room was spacious with an accessible shower, no tub. My husband is handicapped, so it was perfect. AC worked like a charm, cooled down the room quickly then was able to turn back up & kept the room temperature perfect all night. The free breakfast was wonderful! Great choices-biscuits and gravy, cereal, yogurt, bagels, bread to make toast, coffee, juice, milk, & you could make your own waffles using the waffle press & waffle mix dispenser. Staff was very helpful on arrival & departure. Felt safe the whole stay. Would recommend staying there at any time.

    When you come in there were weird smells. The places looks very outdated. In our room the AC would make loud noises every time it turned on and the buttons to go up or down didn’t really work.     The rooms need some upgrading, there’s electrical tape and duct tape holding things together or covering little holes… a little bit of paint and TLC would do the rooms some good. Remodeling the entry way is smart, but your guest spend more time in their room than the foyer. While we were there they were remodeling entry way, but clearly the rooms have been put on the back burner. Staff were nice, but not overly welcoming. The shuttle was on time and very nice! Got us to airport on time! This was the best part of staying here! If you need a prompt shuttle to the airport stay here. If you don’t, then stay somewhere else.

    The room was older and had some cosmetic damages due to its old age but overall it was clean! Our room door’s interior door stop did not work and could be pushed past very easily (the door was splintered where it should have rested) which wasn’t great safety-wise.     Then came the elevator. Tight, cramped, and compacted like a suitcase that’s been sat on three times just to get it to close. And stepping off the elevator? The hallway greeted me with flickering lights straight out of a scary movie, and floors that looked like they haven’t seen a vacuum in a decade. There was even tape holding together the tears in the carpet. Budget-friendly is one thing, but this felt like budget horror. The room itself had beds made as expected, but the smell hit harder than boot camp. I even checked to make sure I put deodorant on I did so the odor definitely wasn’t coming from me. The bathroom was tight and compact enough to make me feel like I was back in the Marine Corps, and that’s saying something. Breakfast? Well… it was “meh.” Not terrible, not great, just there. Overall, this establishment needs a serious overhaul. The potential is there, but so are the zombies, flickering lights, and strange smells. Would I stay again? Probably not until some major improvements are made.

    The room had damage everywhere. Several walls were punched in, knobs were missing, gross stains on the walls. I was only there for 7 hours total. Asked for a wake up call that never happened, thank goodness for my phone alarm being set. Best thing about my stay was the shuttle that took me away from it.

    I was unable to get a shuttle ride from the airport to the hotel and had to take an uber ride because I was unable to reach anyone by phone. (For the ride back to the airport, the hotel did provide.)

    The elevator was pretty scary. The door would only open about 2-3 inches, and you had to pull really hard to get it the rest of the way open. The whole hotel felt pretty rundown and poorly maintained. Otherwise, the bed and staff were great, so I give it an 8/10 overall.

    As for the maintenance, elevator door would not open all the way unless I pushed it open. For the first time in many years of staying at Quality Inn we sustained tell tale bite marks from bed bugs! We both sleep on our sides and have red marks on our sides where our bodies came in contact with the bed . We stayed on the third floor of the Inn.

    But, Expedia advertises this property as "Airport Shuttle Included," which is misleading. The hotel appears to have 1 van that services DFW. The night I arrived, I called the hotel to ask for a shuttle pickup, and it took 90 minutes for the van to pick me up from Terminal D. When I checked in to the hotel, I attempted to get a spot in the shuttle van for the ride back to the airport the next morning, but the van was fully booked, so I had to take an Uber. The other piece of misleading information on Expedia is the distance from DFW. Expedia says it's 2.32 miles, but the road actually winds around so much that it's more like 7 driving miles. If you book this hotel and need transport to or from DFW, be prepared to take an Uber instead of the hotel shuttle.

    I love this hotel. It has become a second home (literally). The staff are always friendly and the rooms are always clean. Due to my current situation, it is going to be really hard to move into an apartment soon because I have grown so fond of this place. I will definitely be singing their praises for months on end.     The staff was very helpful and professional, but the room was not very clean. Also, the shuttle was great but we didn't understand that you needed to put two people on the list instead of just our name and room number. We assumed the schedule would be for all occupants of the room. So we needed a taxi to the airport. Not a big deal but you might make the note bigger on the sign in sheet.

    Pros: Very Affordable. Includes shuttle from and back to airport. Smelled clean, though toilet had a ?sole shoe stain I wiped away, so I didn’t dare to sit. Mold crown by bathroom needs repair. Blow drier cord had mold. Sink furniture should be replaced, as well as the worn out ?”leather” desk chair. Staff turned off the lights while people were still having breakfast because it was past 9am-without a good morning nor acknowledgement of us sitting there. BF is simple: coffee, yogurt, biscuits,toast, waffles and cereal. No protein. No fruit. Grateful they provide edibles nonetheless. Gentleman at desk did not ask for any feedback nor comments as I checked out. Driver walked by without saying he was the shuttle driver. Not friendly, but grateful he was a safe driver and the morning shuttle seemed to be in good conditions. Night staff was more hospitable and personable than early morning staff. One would think it would be the other way around since not sleep deprived. Otherwise very convenient. Powerful AC. No outside noise. King bed was incredibly comfortable. Had micro and fridge. Appears that airline staff stays there regularly. I have been told hotels give Expedia travelers the not so great rooms since it’s not a direct booking, but third party.

    Most comfortable bed, pillows and sheets I ever experienced, room has everything you could possibly need for your stay, mini fridge, iron, microwave, even a single electric burner, hangers, Ac works wonders . Nothing is fancy but you are definitely getting your money worth, everything is super clean and they also provide with a decent breakfast. Last but not least staff is super kind most definitely will stay with them again and yes highly recommend.

    Good value for money. Spacious room, king bed, large mini-fridge, microwave, reliable shuttle to and from airport, good selection of continental breakfast (hot scrambled eggs and waffles) are all included. The place was clean. The staff all around were friendly. In addition the hotel was across a Denny’s and a gas station with a Speedy’s where you can get a meal and stuff. I really appreciated what they had when I missed a connection due to AA’s 6-hour maintenance issue.

    We booked this hotel to get some sleep as we had a 10 hour layover at DFW after traveling about 15 hours already. Their site says they have a shuttle service from DFW however when we got in around midnight, we called the front desk and also the main reservation number and no one picked up. We thought maybe the shuttle automatically runs but after waiting 20 minutes and calling repeatedly (no answer), we took an uber. The woman at the front desk was helping a flight attendant check in and the phone kept ringing unanswered. Super annoying as we would have picked a different hotel if we knew how unreliable the service is.

    It was affordable, and the staff was helpful and friendly. The lobby has been updated some, but the room was still very dated and had that “old hotel room” aroma. Not horrible, but not lovely either. The room appeared to be clean, but with everything a dark color, it’s difficult to tell for certain.

    Bed spread had a stain on it. White Curtains were shredded. Bed squeaked. Towels were thin & some stained. Generally old & run down. Total budget hotel for the bare essentials.
