    The bathroom rood was leaking water and the light in the bathroom was blinking, the AC was making loud voice, and bathroom was smelling bad because if the leaking water, not sure what kind of water it was.

    Room clean. Quick in and out for business monthly. Staff are attentive. Normally good. We have been using this property for last 6 months. Treadmill still broken. This time no hot water in the shower. Hot in the sink but not in the shower.

    I do understand I did not book a luxury place but this was not as promised. For the amenities thy announced outdoor grilling and the grills were there but out of gas. Although I was there 10 days they were not able to address this. In the laundry sections 3 out of 5 machines were broken and the dryers had not been cleaned for a good time. There was one nice lady at the front desk but the other staff was useless or rude. I had a problem with the dishwasher and morning shift said they reported it and evening shift had no clue. A manager was not to be mobilized. After 4 days I insisted on a different room. The whole place was run down. In the room different things were fixed but completely inadequately. The towel hanger constantly fell down and the same for the bar in the closet. The shower was complex loose too. I could go on with more details but I think you get the message. Once again I normally am happy with this chain but this place did in no way live up to any standard.

    The staff was amazing but when we arrived our room was not clean, there was dog hair everywhere, no pillows or sheets, kibble in the floor and the ac cover was off and inside our shower. (Ac was gross) they moved us to a second room which was more tidy but still not the best. Shelves in the restroom were super dusty. When you took a shower there was almost no hot water and the tub floor squeaks like if you’re going to fall down. Elevators are super poorly maintained, made us super nervous and they had an awful smell. Pros is they do have a full size fridge, a small stove and the staff is amazing, super helpful and super friendly! Check in and check out were a breeze.

    The front desk staff was friendly. But there was no hot water (so couldn’t shower). The coffee maker was broken, the refrigerator was dented, and many of the drawers were coming off the hinges. As I was leaving, there was a coach roach hanging out in the hallway… yikes.

    I have to be in Dallas for work several nights a week… and I live 4 hours away… so I’m trying out several hotel options near my office. I like the area, which is very close to both DFW airport, and the area where Toyota Music Factory is located. There was plenty of parking, and the room was large. The kitchen is ample… but I won’t be cooking. Checking in was easy, and the room & bathroom were clean. It was quiet, but in the morning there was very little to no hot water.

    Staff not friendly and very uncommunicative to one another. As a resident, always get receipts and keep copies. They tell you one thing just to get you out their face and do another over the phone. They’re too busy to work properly and the place is run down with a lot of unidentifiable odors.

    There was not always coffee available, and when there was, essential items like creamer and other supplies were missing. The trash cans in the hallways and laundry room were often full, giving the impression that cleanliness and upkeep were not a priority. When I reported issues, the staff would say they would check on them, but nothing ever changed. On one occasion, they were unable to provide a complete set of towels and said they would bring the rest to my room, but they never did. I had to go back the next morning to request them again. Overall, I am very disappointed with this stay and will not stay here again

    I liked that it was close to my house while I was trying to give my body a break from my sciatic nerve pain. I didn’t like that my inessentials couldn’t be put on a card like Chime, PayPal or PayPal. These have active bank accounts. I even tried to offer cash. I was also charged my full amount in stead of just one night’s charge. I was not a no show. I was there already having my reservation taken from me.

Fire alarms went off in the middle of the night multiple times, but to be fair it’s not like I was getting any decent sleep anyways. Couldn’t get in to my room, every single time I returned to enter the room our keys just didn’t work and we needed to get them recalibrated constantly. Total waste of money and a dump, don’t stay here.

    I suffer from severe anemia and get cold very easily. When I asked for an extra blanket, I was told I needed to bring the one I was already using down to the front desk to exchange it. What I had on the bed wasn’t even a blanket — it was just a thin sheet. Instead of accommodating a simple request, they made it unnecessarily difficult. When I asked for fresh towels, I was again told I had to bring my soiled towels down to the front desk before receiving clean ones. Being expected to carry dirty towels through the hotel felt humiliating and extremely uncomfortable. It honestly made me feel as though I was being treated differently or looked down upon. As a paying guest who was already dealing with travel issues, I expected basic courtesy and hospitality. Sadly, that was not my experience here. I would not recommend staying here based on how I was treated.

    Theses action are not acceptable and when I inquired about the back up toilet and dishwasher holding bacteria water because the drain from sink. Asst Manager gave this reaction. You need to leave or I’ll call the police. I everything on video.

    Good wifi, non smoking private room with all promised amenities and a kitchen. Suitable for those on short business trips upto a fortnight or 3-4 weeks. For international travelers without a vehicle, there is a DART transit station right next to the property. Housekeeping is on a biweekly schedule but they don't look to replenish the toiletries, towels and coffee supplies et al in between unless you ask. Kitchen utensils can be very basic and better to bring your own. No breakfast option

    I had a really positive experience here, especially considering I booked very late at night. I was able to make a reservation past midnight through Booking.com with no issues, which was a lifesaver. I initially took a ride to the wrong Sonesta location, and the staff there kindly explained where I needed to go (about a mile away). While I was there, I was going to buy a few basic provisions like water and toothpaste, and they unexpectedly told me I could just have them for free. That kind of gesture really stood out. When I arrived at the correct Sonesta, I asked if I could stay a few extra hours past checkout because I had another hotel booked later and nowhere to go in between. At first I was told there would be a $50 fee, but then they changed their mind and waived it completely, which I really appreciated. The room itself was very spacious and had amenities I don’t usually see in hotels—an oven, stove, and even a dishwasher. It felt much more like a small apartment than a typical hotel room. Between the flexibility, generosity, and comfort, this was an easy five-star stay for me.

    There was nothing I enjoyed about this property aside from the easy check in process. The property has a cockroach infestation and the heat was not initially on in the room when I arrived (and the thermostat was not working for me to adjust it). I attempted to call the front desk for support, to discover that the phone was not working. The property has been unwilling to provide me with a refund as a result of these unsuitable conditions.

    I only got into the door I paid for my booking in full through the site and got there and they said my debit card wasn’t accepted for the deposit even though I had more than enough to pay deposit up front. They said since it wasn’t a “big bank” type card they wouldn’t take it. They proceeded to tell me to request a refund and they’d accept it and I did, they marked me as a no show and then denied my refund which cost me literally hundreds of dollars. It sent me to the hospital for a panic attack. I literally had to go by ambulance. I work hard for my money. This was so disappointing

    I enjoyed my stay here. It's not the most fancy modern hotel but it's not bad either. It is literally right across the street from the yellow light rail stop. I took it from and to the airport and saved me a lot of money on ride share!

How does one brush their teeth or take a shower without water? A huge inconvenience and i paid for a working room and didn't get one. I want a refund.

    When I first got to my room it reeked of smoke. I was given another room. The room had a cracked ceiling and the toilet leaked. You are only provided 2 forks and plates and no dishwasher detergent. When I went to the gym there were only 40 and 45 lb weights. The nautilous equipment only had one caribeaner to attach one handle at a time. I would not recommend this hotel.

    The first room we were assigned was dirty, there was what looked like feces smeared on the wall, sticky substance on the top of nightstands, crumbs all over the floor, and a cockroach on the kitchenette counter. We asked for a different room and after seeing the conditions, the front desk staff agreed. The second room was a bit cleaner but when we pulled the comforter back on the bed, the sheets were stained with blood and urine. The front desk lady was very kind and understanding. I asked for a refund and left.

    The actual room was clean and spacious. I loved it. When we checked in the elevators were not working, we walked upstairs with luggage, the carpets had a stale, dusty smell mixed with must. The key cards to the rooms kept not working and we often had to go and ask them to help make our key card work so we can enter our room. It was extremely frustrating.

    Upon arrival we received our keys and went up to our room 2nd floor room 229. We noticed the air did not stay on auto and no air was circulating in the bedroom. The restroom had a wet dog sting that carried on inside the entire hotel. The bottom of the toilet seems to be cracked and would lift if you sit on it. The walls were dirty and one of the stove tops did not work in the kitchen. We did not enjoy our stay as the cleanliness of the hotel was not provided. I paid $537 for the room and that is including the $100.00 accidental fee. I just was not satisfied during my stay and wished we could get our money back.

    For Business travelers that simply need a good night’s rest at a decent price that includes free WiFi, this Hotel is a decent choice. I’ve stayed at more popular name brand hotels that charge Premium rates that should give you A-plus service & accommodations but received nothing close in comparison to what this Hotel offers theirs guests for half the price & and this is a sincerely honest statement. Also, their staff is professional & courteous; none of that unprofessional “they think they’re doing you a favor” behavior that is doled out when you stay at Premium priced Hotels. So yes, do give this fairly priced Hotel a chance and see for yourself. I’m glad I did.

    i heard some bad reviews but it was so well worth it. i love the mini kitchen and i order groceries in i eat healthy and i’m very thrifty so it all worked out great ! I went to gym very clean no one was there. i stayed their 3 nights. when everyone is dropping 210 a night i stayed for about 70 bucks.

    A lot of the amenities of this property are outdated. The Room was ok for the most part, but I don’t feel I’ll be staying here again. Also there is a $100 incidental fee, even with prepaying before your stay. Most hotels only hold $25-$59 for incidentals.

    Once checked in, which was not on the site, the clerk advised I had to give a &100 deposit. I asked he just pointed to the sign. He then advised I had to pay $5 for parking. No other hotel I have ever stayed in charged a fee. Ridiculous. $214 for a subpar hotel. Hot hallways, air conditioner not very strong. The area is very nice which is why I chose this hotel. Never again nor will I suggest.

    Room 228 should not be rented until it is steamed clean by a professional, the carpet, the drapes, the bedding and walls; because it smells like someone smoked a pack a day in there, and it is supposed to be a non-smoking hotel. I woke up congested! And the is NO hot water in the shower! Not satisfied.

    I paid on line and had no information about having to pay to park for each day. And the parking lot is not even properly lighted at night to feel safe or be able to see. But thay want to charge for it? When I asked why wasnt it a part of you informing so a customer can consider it. The desk clerk just said I dont know what's on the internet. But its something we started. I told her I would not have chosen this place if I had known that up front. So I parked my car in the park and ride dart train lot and walked back to hotel. Because I refuse to be paying more money for something I had already thought I paid in full. And I will never stay here again for that reason. Nothing special about the lot to be charging and especially since its badly lighted at night.

    I’ve stayed at several other hotels in the vicinity and this is definitely not the best. The lady I spoke with for check in told me there were no rooms available before even asking my name when I told her I had a reservation. She continued to be very short with me, despite my best efforts to be nice (I had to deal with her two more times when my key cards quit working, same result. She also told me it was my fault because they were close to my phone, they weren’t.) I over heard multiple angry conversations at the front desk with other guests having problems with reservations and equally rude responses from other staff. The room is just okay, it was clean, but the place isn’t updated and the general clientele is what you would expect from a subpar hotel. Needless to say, I’ll be staying elsewhere on my next visit.

    Very clean and in a nice area. We wanted ice and they kept telling us our refrigerator makes ice. Turn on a button and use the bucket. No button no bucket and no ice. Kept sling for ice but still no ice. Had to get drinks and ice from other places. Such an inconvenience.

    He appologized and said "sorry for the inconvenience, we will give you an upgrade." We were taken to a second room and it was the same scenario. We went back to the desk and he had to call the manager to "figure out whats going on." We were offered a third room, it was exactly as the first room, no upgrade as promised. We were told one of the rules was dont stick your trash in the hallway, and several rooms had their trash in the hallway. A parital gallon of milk layed in the hallway for three days. We didn't have a frying pan or cooking utensils, the toilet continously ran and refilled. There was one drive for both entering, and exiting the grounds. Its supposed to be a nonsmoking facility, however cigarettes and dank were in used by guests. The dryers took double time to dry. Just not a great exp.

    I stayed in room 310. Unfortunately i had roaches in the room. In the kitchen counter. I even killed some. The ice maker in the freezer compartment was putting out bad ice which means the water wasn't good..piles of garbage were in the staircase. Don't know why staff didnt take it to dumpster. Very dirty and nasty. Cheaper isnt always better. Pay alittle mre and go to a better hotel. Didnt expect this. Traveling from California.

    When we arrived even after calling ahead to say our flight was and rental pick up did not go as scheduled. We got there and had to wait for about 20-30 minutes for someone to come to the front desk. We checked in there is a smell throughout the property. But the rear door entrance is the worst. Every time we left and returned we needed new keys to get into our room. We will not be returning and would very much like a refund or a complementary stay at the sister hotel.

    Tay was amazing at the front, but the property listed on Expedia is not the same property. Pictures are deceiving. First room that was booked as filthy, we requested a different room. Second room was clean, so we thought, after a few hours we realized that there was black mold everywhere by the air conditioning and all up the wall and under the window. The other staff was rude. We had 4 people staying in our suite and we only had 2 towels, we asked for more and originally told we couldn’t have any, then finally was given two more towels “but that’s all they had left”. Awful stay.

    I would definitely not really recommend this hotel due to the fact the lobby and hallways air conditioning was not working and was hot and not only that but the fire alarm went off during the night one of the nights and later in the morning as well and staff stated they didn’t know what was wrong! I also found a blunt in the stairwell! This hotel is just basic. It is good for a few nights just not for a longer stay. Our room was clean but did feel a bit musty and had a strange odor to it. The area around the hotel is quiet and felt safe. The dart rail is about a 3 minutes walk.

    The hotel was much older and outdated than the pictures made them look. We were given a room key and when we went to the room there was tons of stuff in there and it was obvious someone was staying there. Luckily they were not in there. Once we got another room the fire alarm went off and we were stuck outside for 45 minutes. At about 3:00 am the fire alarm went off again…no reason was given as to why it went off, but there was no fire.

    Our stay here was not a good one. 2 nights in a row we were woken up to the fire alarm and evacuation. 1st night about 1:30 am and the 2nd night about 3:30 am. First night the water was shut off and not turned on till the next morning about 10 am. When asked if there was water the front desk person said no in a rude tone and that my husband could buy a bottle for 2 dollars. So he purchased 2 just so we could brush our teeth. The morning of checkout we smelled gas about 2 windows away from the front door. This made me wonder if there is a gas leak that the company is not aware of. I don’t think we will be staying here again.

    I was told that they didn't have any rooms and would moved to another hotel. As they were working on that they found a room in the same hotel.     In general the place needs a lot of maintenance. The time have some mold in them, especially the walls in the bathrooms. The bathroom was pretty dirty, particularly the shower, which did not appear to have been cleaned at all. And the shower drain was extremely slow. On a more positive note, the laundry machines are free and the rent out small appliances like toaster ovens, air fryers, rice cookers and so on for free, and the kitchens have most of the stuff you would need to cook.

    The receptionist was friendly and attentive. The treadmill at the gym wasn't working but at least I was able to use the elliptical machine. The studio was clean and had all the amenities and utensils I needed to cook my own food. My only real complaint was the housekeeper never once cleaned my room, and that the carpet really stank -- it smelled like old and pungent cigarettes from 10 years ago. But again I will reiterate the utmost friendliness of the person working the front desk. So overall it was still a good experience.

    I’m only giving it a three stars because the first two nights were fine. But when I went back to my room for a third night of rest after a long day all of the lights were on, there were towels all over the floor and tap covering the sink and shower. I guess maintenance was working on something in there and I was not notified. Being a solo female traveler this made me feel unsafe. So I went to the front desk and asked for a new room. Which they did help me with but when I got to my new room the smell was soo awful. It smelled like someone had smoked in there for years. I went back to the front desk again and asked if they had air freshener they could use they gave me a spray that I used every hour! The AC Barely worked. The sheets were dirty couches were dirty. Really an every thing was just dirty I was scared to touch anything!
