Place is ideal for people needing space and a clean stay. The biggest take away for me was having to pay for any extra towels that may be needed. Yes, day 1 there are towels. But if you stay for multiple days you will need to pay for any towels needed thereafter. Staff was very friendly. No Breakfast options. Vending available. Washer and dryer options. Apartment style.

Yes, the hair dryer doesn’t work, i haven't tried the iron but everything else has been pretty much okay, when I moved in, the trolleys wheel fell off and the concierge made it seem as if it were my fault, but that's also the kind of day I was having!!! Lol 😆, It all turned out good!!!

Bad smell in the room and bathroom plus no soap or shampoo or water or anything in the room, dirty towels and bed sheets; dirty smelly carpet in the room; terrible stay , we were to stay two nights but we barely could stay one night and checked out early morning and left away after first night.

One of the most disgusting places I have ever stayed at. Spend your money else where! When we were checking in there was no organization to it, the lady left us with no explanation and then came back 10min later after what sounded like arguing with someone. This is the same lady we checked out with and when we raised our concerns about the room she just "I'll let my GM know" I don't think you are so I'm going to do it for you: The TV couldn't change channels and then overall just stopped working all together. The bathroom door would not close we had to push it like a linebacker. The shower drain and shower head were all gross, the toilet seat was in a way broken, there's stains on the walls, oh! And don't walk around barefoot because it seems like the carpet doesn’t get cleaned properly. And my ladt favorite details is the missing tile roof in the closet and the MOLD!

Staff came out in a bonnet and slippers then proceeded to climb over the counter to get behind the desk to check us in. Said they needed multiple IDs for check in since there so many of us ( my husband and I with our three kids) Told us it’s to keep track of who all is coming in and out which just seemed really strange The sinks would not flush the shower pipe was broke so it sprayed in and out of the shower Horrible beds

This property is rundown. Our room had shredded chairs with holes and tears. I am a member of Sonesta and even the older properties are maintained and provide the comforts of a stay away from home. No coffee in the lobby and no coffee pots in the rooms creates a very non welcoming atmosphere and who wants to hall a coffee pot around with them when traveling. I will never pay $68.00 for one night ever again. They are wsy over priced and do not provide essentials you need ehen traveling.

How do I start this - worst stay ever. We had a late flight and arrived late at 10 pm we called ahead but the second shift person said the night shift person would arrive and left without checking us in . After 40 mins of wait the n if hot shift perm came in and she checked us in but the room door was not opening . She vanished stating she went on break and we waited another 1 hour for sorting the room door to open . While waiting the hallways were stinking with smell of weed and as a woman with 5 year old I felt too unsafe to wait in lobby .Entered the room at 1 am and the room was stinky and moldy with roaches . No water bottle and no vending machine had water and I had to sleep without changing my dress too . The first thing I did in the morning was to move to a better hotel . Expedia helped a lot by giving a refund but hotel property and management was terrible . Pl avoid this hotel it’s not worth a penny too

The room didn’t have a trash can, plastic cups, nothing in the kitchen, linking sink, 2 of the lights didn’t work, and bed was horribly uncomfortable, no soap in bathroom and it took the front desk staff and hour to get me check in to a room after hours. The excuse was she was on her 30 minute lunch break (where did the other 30 go)! Will not be returning and hope this helps another person make a better decision on staying at this property!

The main issues were with the condition of the place. Smelled of mildew and armpits, there were broken cabinets in my room, and worst I saw a couple of roaches! The only reason I stayed was because I knew I would have a hard time finding another place with the conference in town. It was the most uncomfortable stay I have ever had anywhere in my life. I will NEVER stay they again.

We tried for 20 mins to try to get someone attention to check in and then when we did our key didn’t work and then when we got to the room a huge coachroach was dead in the bathroom it was so disgusting we left and didn’t stay.

This property is one of 3 with the same name in the same vicinity. After a 14 hour drive, I tried to check in the wrong one and was lambasted my the front desk. I found the correct motel. What a disappointment. It was more akin to a jail than motel. The walls were filthy. The carpets looked gross. My room smelled like urine. The property was unkept. It’s clearly a transitional housing facility, and it’s shameful that the property is not better cared for.

I didn’t like that the 2 front doors kept getting stuck open. Several people were passed out in the front lobby when we left in the morning !!😳

Would never stay here again. You have to pay for extra towels and they ran out of clean towels all together. The hallways have a musty/mildew smell to them. This property needs a major upgrade

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Broken front door to greet me, staff was late so I had to sit around, the place was extremely dirty. My room sink was broken and just leaking my whole stay, BUGS EVERYWHERE. In the bathroom, bed, counters. Ash on the ground, mold, no soap. Furniture was ripped up and such. The sprinklers malfunctioned and went off at 4:30 AM requiring the fire department to come and turn them off. I would understand a real emergency but they said there was nothing wrong. I slept on top of my bed each night with no blanket because it was that bad. Finally nothing anyone can do anything about but noisy guests fighting in the hallways at night. This was so awful and I would really like a follow up. Unacceptable and I have photos to prove it all.

Disgusting. Roaches, no trash can, side doors broken, white stains on the floor, refrigerator door on the wrong way, sink stopped up, soap is old and crumbling, walls are thin.

The room itself was pretty spacious and comfortable. The front desk lady at check in was friendly and let us know this operated more like temp apartments than a hotel service. Think Spirit Airlines as a Hotel (no daily housekeeping or replenishing towels). You are responsible for throwin

This was by far the grossest thing I have ever had to endure. Luckily we got checked in because the desk was not open again for the rest of our trip when we were there. We found at least 30-40 roaches and the floor had gum on it. There was mouse droppings in the burners of the stove. The bathroom was the most infested place. We didn’t have a choice but to stay there as we had to work long days while we were there. I will never ever book this again! It was terrible! Zero stars!

I made a reservation online, but when I checked in, it was my first time seeing an additional charge of $48 because there was no room and no towels provided.

Dirty, dingy, poorly lit, and that’s just the starting point. The room reeked of marijuana. The second room had nasty stains on the pullout couch mattress. It smelled musty and there was the stench of tobacco everywhere. This is definitely not a non-smoking hotel.

It seems like an old property...all the equimpent in kitchenette is old, front desk closed between 9pm to 10 am..no coffee machine..

reserved room with pool and breakfast, got there and no pool, the next morning no breakfast.. Had I been given the option I would have changed reservations, but no warning.

Not helpful staff

The first thing we noticed when we walked in was how bad it smelled. Then we got to our room and the bathroom has parts of the ceiling missing (I assume scraping off mold) and the towels were stained. The bed was a really old spring mattress and the kitchen was not clean. We got sick within an hour of being in this room and felt fine once we were out of the room, so we had to find another place to stay after 1 night. The staff handled it very well though. The manager Valerie is great!

It was okay. Other guests were very loud. Some light switches didn’t work. But room was clean.

Stayed one night only for a concert. Good value for the price of the room. Great location, with the Hidden Ridge DART station just across the street.

Staff was vey thoughtful. Our flight was delayed 24 hours and they made sure we were comfortable for our wait.

The hotel was dated and not very clean there where numerous smells around the place and the staff was not very friendly when they where around to help you. The room was not very clean also and the floors were very sticky when you walked on them. I did like that is was closer to the concert we were attending but that was about it.

It smelled damped and musty. There was no ice machines and the breakfast service was horrible. Oatmeal and muffins? No fruit no coffee or milk. Not suitable for families.

We came back around 2:20 p.m. hoping that our room would have been cleaned and she would check us in. We asked and again she rudely replied only at 3:00 p.m. So we sat. In the meantime, the housekeeping lady her rooms 212 and 218 were ready, but Justine did nothing. Shortly, before 3:00 p.m. she said that the room we booked is no longer available. I showed her the confirmation that we had paid for the room more than 10 days prior. She kept going into a back room and coming out. Then she said we need to call Expedia to rebook us. I told her this is not an Expedia issue and that they needed to fix this. Then she put me on the phone with a supervisor who said that the person staying in our room had extended his or her stay and that they had a right to that. I told her that we too had a right to the room that we had booked and paid for. She too said to call Expedia which I refused. Suddenly (it is now 3:25 p.m.), Justine tells the supervisor that she sees a similar room (302) available. In the process our reservation was swapped with a 9 night stay when we only had booked one night. We finally got our room but will never stay at Extended Suites again.

The front desk staff were GREAT! So helpful and very friendly. We were bummed the pool wasn't working yet and that all the rooms weren't fully stocked with dishes, pans, and cutlery. We chose this location so we could cook our meals to cut down on expenses especially because we were with college students. But overall, the rooms were comfortable and clean!

Bad customer service, room smells, manager attacked customer for employee mistake, manager will not listen, she get very angry, and threatening customer. We will never stay at this again. Be careful everyone don’t stay at this place.

The front desk staff was attentive and professional and probably the greatest asset the property has. The room, however, had a dirty cooking dish sitting on the stove, a dirty face towel laying on the floor behind the door, and the kitchenette floor looked as if it hasn't been swept as there were food remnants on it. Luckily, the bed/bedding looked clean. The WIFI wasn't great, but serviceable.

Only hotel available that night 😓.. First and last time staying here

We booked our room at dinner on our way into town through Hotels.com. When we arrived 3.5 hours later they stated they didn’t have our room or one equivalent and we would need to cancel our stay or accept a smaller room. After driving 10 hours with five kids we were just ready to get to a room and relax. We asked about a discount and they stated that if we cancelled through hotels.com and booked a smaller room it would cost more through them than our room cost through hotels.com. We accepted the room but asked for more bedding as some were going to have to sleep on floor. They had no extra pillows. We had three pillows for 6 people. Then we got to room and the room had NO cold water. No running toilet. The shower had no water what so ever. After a 10 hour drive it would have been nice to take a shower. Still no discount offered. Terrible start to our mini vacation.

The manager cancelled or room 2 hours before we arrived and did not contact is. He informed the poor guy at the desk but didn't tell him he hadn't called us.

My shower didn't work properly, and my AC unit did not work correctly. Woke up sweating one morning. I had lights that didn't work in the room

Check-in was nice the front desk clerk was extremely nice. However the room smelled like fish front desk clerk gave me some for breeze which did not work luckily I had in my suitcase Clorox spray which helped a little. I also feel like the pictures were not the same as the room I felt a bait and switch situation.I do understand it was a extended-stay property how ever. The clientele there was a little sketchy. Saturday morning went down to the lobby and there were two Irving cop trucks out front.

Small children running up and down hallway late at night with no Adult supervision. I made a request for a call back from District manager Never got a call back. Booked hotel and paid for it in advance only to get to the hotel and find out I had to put a $100 deposit down because people smoke in non smoking rooms. I spent the last $100 I had on that room and wasn’t able to pay the $100 deposit so I was told oh well sorry.

I was greeted by a friendly clerk. I got to my first room and couldn't stream to the TV. I was given another room only to have the same problem i guess you have to pay extra for that? The room didn't seem as clean as the other one. And in the morning saw little bugs in the bathroom as i was brushing my teeth. Just a couple but ugh! But the rooms are very quiet!
