Staff was amazing

The stay was okay, walking in looked very nice but as you check in it’s a total different story. Once you go past lobby extremely hot in elevator area and inside elevator. The entire hotel was hot and had a smell to it. Only 1 elevator working the entire stay, until the last day when it broke down. Seems like most of this hotel are franchised and will cut corners to save. Besides that it was okay, but not a pleasant stay.

The properly lift did not work. I had to climb down with so much luggage. They didn’t have basic courtesy to send someone to help me. Mr. Dewey is always kind and very helpful. I come to Fort Worth three or four times a year and I always make this my stop before I fly out. Location is great, beds are comfy. Best of all I feel safe when I stay at this hotel.

I wish breakfast ran to 10am. Its a wonderful breakfast just not long enough. I have to be at work early so I really don't get enjoy breakfast time. I am out before 6am. Everyone and everything is great when you do get to get a hot meal.

Location The room has the carpet wet due to the AC water leaking which it wasn’t address and refused to swap us to another room. The odor was bad due to the damp carpet.

From the moment I stepped foot in the lobby, the staff was energetic and welcoming. In our 3-day stay, we enjoyed breakfast which was well stocked and had great hours of operation. We requested additional towels and we were promptly assisted within 15 minutes. We had a clean, working room, and utilized the clean, stocked lobby bathroom as well. Check out was also a breeze, as they gave us our last warm goodbye. Getting in and out of the property, as well as ease & proximity of parking, were all extremely easy. I would highly recommend this hotel to any basic traveler. 10/10!

This location was very close to highway access and many stores/restaurants. Facilities were very clean and secure. We liked the room layout. What makes this hotel stand out is the staff-especially Mr. Duey at front desk (apologize if spelled incorrectly). Out of all the hotels we have stayed, his work ethic is exceptional. He greets everyone with a smile, remembers patrons' names, is very welcoming and professional. He puts customer service first!!! You could hear other patrons commenting on how nice and accommodating he is. He should be considered for a manager position if he isn't already. Recommendation to put a seating area for smokers-maybe not right at front doors. One or two benches would be nice. Also add some regular pool chairs-not all low in the pool area. There was only one regular height chair. Also, the shuttle should go to both DFW and Love Field since they almost the same distance.

I love the location of the premises everytime found this stay for a good price for the night Did not care for the ladies attitude in dealing with my concern, I understand the policy but she handled it very poorly. As I always choose a king bed, I feel like i was given this certain room due to the issue we was having. This room location provided the worst view and as being a repeat customer i know there are different views. Basically since I had voiced my opinion on a issue she chose and gave me the worst view. Oh well I will stay at location again however I hope I dont have to deal with her again. Yes I am comparing her to the last staff member I dealt with on a previous stay,whom he was very polite and welcoming.

When we arrived at the location, they said, we did not have a booking with them. They person at the front desk was rude and would not look at our booking.

From the time stepping inside the staff was great, room was clean and spacious, and the ot was the best breakfast I've had inside a hotel. The only complaint was that the water pressure was a little low. Other than that, one of the best hotel stays I have had.

Room was nice and the staff were friendly. The light above the shower was flickering. I reported it and someone came a fixed it. The breakfast was ok except for the eggs. There was a smell to them so I couldn’t eat them. And the hot water for hot tea was warm.

The clean and neatness of the hotel I book a king size room but ended up with a double bed the first night the second night I was able to get a king size room. Which was great.

Amazing staff and hotel. The location was great - right near the DART line for easy access to airport and Dallas city. The breakfast was fantastic and rooms clean. We discovered they also have a free airport shuttle. The staff at the front desk were so lovely and accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel and would return without hesitation.

Bottom Security lock was not working in my room. The rooms were in need of updating, there was peeling wall paper in the room and worn carpet. Desk /Work area lacked outlets, has old, worn out desk. There was a flashing/strobing light in drive area that came through the window and gave me a migraine and causing me to switch rooms. However, the Staff was polite, accommodating and very helpful.

Not only was this hotel conveniently located near the airport, it was also easy to uber from there to East Dallas and to Fort Worth. As I was traveling for work and wanted to stay within budget as much as I could, I kept expectations low. I was pleasantly surprised by how well-managed and maintained this property was - it was very clean, the room was incredibly spacious and had all the essentials you'd expect from any hotel. The extra bonus was the free shuttle that took me to restaurants within a 5-mile radius at night, which was so very convenient and helpful. The best part was the front desk staff. I had the pleasure of meeting both Dewey and Irina, and especially the lovely Monica. All 3 took care of me both at the front desk as well as at the bar during my stay. Monica was also able to assist me with early check-in and gave me some helpful tips when I asked her about navigating to Fort Worth too, since it was my first time visiting. Not only were all 3 efficient and great at what they do, they clearly also enjoy their work and it truly makes a difference. Their warmth and inviting presence truly enhanced my trip. Thank you!

The staff was amazing! The cleanliness was spot on!! We were slightly disappointed in the lack of simple things (like a full length mirror in the room, or charging ports). We loved its location in proximity to where we were visiting.

This stay was almost near perfect. Clean, friendly, great location, LOVELY breakfast. This had to be the best breakfast I’ve ever had at a hotel. The food ladies were great too. Always kept it clean and full. The only thing I had a little issue was, was the slow and hot elevators. Other than that, I’d be back soon!! Pool was also nice! Thanks guys

Would stay here again. The front desk staff were great. The room was clean and free of any smells and the ac was nice and cold. The breakfasts were magnificent... very good choice of a variety of foods. If you need a microwave, you'll have to use the one in the breakfast area that is available at any time. The towels are kept in the top of the shower so you don't have to step out and get cold before you grab a towel. That was a nice touch. My only real complaint is the elevator was a bit of a sauna.

Cons: There was no complimentary drinking water in the fridge (at Costco it only costs $0.25 per bottle). On arrival after a long trip had to go to the front desk for this, which charges $3.75 for a small bottle of water!!! The coffee machine in the room was a little dirty on the inside, so did not use it though the room had complimentary coffee & tea bags. Conclusion: Hyatt should do the little things to improve customer satisfaction - couple of bottles of water for guests when they first arrive, clean coffee pots, etc. In any case, I would definitely consider this hotel again. I recommend a stay here for budget travelers. Overall we had a good experience.

There was now flashing in the room. Everything was really bad. I ended up having to get another hotel mostly the most terrible experience ever.

Room we stayed in definitely needed TLC. There was still a dried urine stain on the toilet seat upon arrival.. Sink also had way too much water pressure and would spray in different directions if turned on too much. If a urine stain was missed on the toilet, how much could I trust the cleanliness of the rest of the room? Mini fridge's legs were also INCREDIBLY uneven and rocked like crazy.

Upon arrival (at nearly 4:00, check-in started at 3:00) I was told there were no rooms available because housekeeping was still cleaning. Talk about frustrating after traveling and looking forward to getting settled only to be told there would be a wait. Uggghhh; what’s one to do other than wait. Fortunately, it was only about 20 minutes before they called my name (while I felt compassion for the other occupants who had been waiting longer than me; it was my name called so imma quickly gather my belongings and sashay to my room). When finally getting to the room everything was good; clean, spacious, & nice layout. The breakfast could hardly be called continental because the options were scarce. House coffee was terrible. There was a Starbucks bar with items for purchase but watching the staff worker lick their fingers resulted in me giving up coffee for the day.

Property was decent, I expected more from a Hyatt house, but this seemed like an older hotel was bought out and had a fresh coat of paint slapped on it. The staff was extremely friendly and we appreciated their care. The bed was hard and we both would wake up with aches and pains. It's a quiet area though for the most part and other than some cracked tiles and rust, the room was well cleaned.

It was good but not excellent, landline phone in my bedroom was not working at all, no cable connected to the phone. I had to physically go down to the front desk if I had any question or need something. I asked to fix the phone but never fixed. Overall, it was a good experience. Receptionists were cooperative and helpful especially Monica.

The room was little bit smaller, the breakfast items were not that fancy that we had in other Hyatt hotels. The ac window was broken in the room. The sink was outside the toilet, just infront of the king bed(?). The size of the king bed is little smaller to the standard size.

The only thing was that there was no microwave in the room but the most friendly service I have received in a long time at a hotel very nice staff
