Stay away from this property!!!! You don’t get sleep due to how loud the other people are in the hotel!!! They stand outside your room and carry on about anything to make it impossible to sleep at night.

The television and internet during our stay was bad. Told by front desk staff that someone would come and assist. However, that never transpired.

Horrible stay... in my original bldg there was no working wifi, so I was moved to a different bldg on the 4th floor, but the elevator was out of order smh! What a disappointing stay.

This was a perfect stay except for a strange smell in the building.

However, the cleanliness of the rooms was disappointing. We were moved to a different room, but it was still not cleaned to an acceptable standard. Overall, while the property had a great location and attractive presentation, the housekeeping and staff standards need improvement. It is my recommendation,

I wouldn’t stay here again. The bathroom door didn’t open from the inside; if you closed it you would get locked in. The pictures looked great online; but it was very cheap. The beds were so uncomfortable. The staff wasn’t very hospitable.

Requesting a Housekeeping even once a week will need justifications if your day of Cleaning was passed due to your check in day.

The bathroom still had hair on the ground from prior guests, the couches were dirty, the hallways smelled and people had their pets in there even though they aren’t allowed

On the cons: The bathroom sink was clogged up and not draining quickly, after wiggling the stopper we realized it was clogged up with previous tenants hair. Last 2 out of the 4 days of my stay the wifi went down in just my building, i reported it to front desk, they said they would have maintenance go check it out. Wifi stayed out the reat of my stay.

This place is a fast-fashion, dorm-inspired motel, that was unfortunately not constructed well. The flooring through the entire unit was warped and separating. Every other step made a ‘sticky sound’ due to the state of the laminate coming up. The final dealbreaker for us was just how terribly cheap and uncomfortable the mattress was. We ended up canceling the rest of our stay to go somewhere of better quality.

We just had a quick stay, but the amenities were amazing. Cute suite with full size fridge, dishwasher, washer, dryer, and oven. Very clean. No onsite breakfast, but snacks were available for purchase.

The room was clean and well stocked in the kitchen. The two bedroom suite was perfect for two adult women traveling together. Overall, it was quiet for the most part. More of a long term stay type of place but good for a couple nights as well. Overall I was very pleased.

The property is an apartment complex / hotel. It was good stay. My only complaint was that the person above me moved around so much therefore it was constant noise throughout the day. Other than that I have no complaints. Nice property and amenities in the room.

Room was clean and property overall was nice, our AC was malfunctioning or maybe just not keeping up, and when we alerted hotel staff (maybe because of who they use for prepares) they told us maintenance was gone for the weekend and there wasnt much they could do other than move us to a new room. We ended up toughing it out, but wasnt the most comfortable nights sleep I've ever had. Other than that though, the stay was good. 4 stars

The hotel was clean as where the rooms. The staff at check in was wonerful. I do recommend coffee service in the lobby!!! The coffee in the room is not good!

Our family of four stayed for three nights in a three-bedroom suite. The room was spacious and clean, and we appreciated having a TV in every room. We loved that it was set up like an apartment while still offering the service and convenience of a hotel. Overall, it was a great experience, and we will definitely stay again.

As far as the location IT is perfect. It is close to food and shopping. The place is well kept and does offer the feeling of home away from home. It has a full size refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher. There was even dishes supplied ofr us. Once they get the bed and towel situation settled, this would be a great hotel to stay in.

Additionally, the noise level in these rooms is extremely high. We were woken up at 4:00 AM by the garbage truck, which comes on Saturdays and is incredibly loud. You can hear noise from all directions, making it very difficult to rest. Overall, it was a disappointing experience

Ok rooms for the price. We had some issues with water pressure and staying there shower. Also, they had stiff to make coffee but no coffee maker. Lastly, full size beds really only good for one person. Needs were not comfortable. Could prostitute fit 2 kids but not 2 adults.

Just have to say WOW! Two bedroom suite was a pleasant surprise. From the area, to check in desk, to suite it self was nothing but amazing. Having two full bathrooms with separate bedrooms was perfect for two families. It had everything you need from pans, coffee maker, fridge with ice maker, laundry…. Rooms clean and nicely updated. Highly recommend and definitely will stay again when visiting Dallas.

This property is clean, quiet and very convenient to lots of eating and shopping options, however, these are not walkable. You'll need transportation.

I had a wonderful stay at Soka. Staff was friendly, water available in lobby and gym. Gym was well maintained and clean. My room had a whole kitchen including a dishwasher and full size fridge. Truly best bang for your buck! Beds are comfortable. I always check for bed bugs and ofc there were none. It smelled great, was squeaky clean, and made for a comfortable stay. Would absolutely recommend . The property is also really pretty, you can walk around. Safe area. Not walking distance from businesses but the property is so large it’s a nice walk! Parking is perfection.

Place was super nice and close to the airport

Nice to have multiple bedrooms however a previous customer had a pet that had used the bathroom on the rug and the entire room smelled like it - contacted the staff and said they would send someone out to clean it but nobody ever came.

The shower curtain had broken grommets and I had to rig it to keep it closed. The window in the living room wouldn't close all of the way so there was a draft and it rattled when the wind blew. I had to take the top off of the conditioner in the shower because the dispenser didn't work. I would stay here again as long as I'm in a different room

First of all I just like to say that I was very satisfied with the morning staff.Derrick Winston and Sharol.it was my wife Birthday and our Anniversary they guided to all the nice restaurants and shopping area.it was our first time in Texas. We definitely will come again.but they made us felt welcome. But now on the other hand that night crew not all so pleasant it was kinda Disappointing so me personally u need to evaluate some of the night Crew that's hurting your business.which is sad because you are in a wonderful location

The parking felt safe. Although I did not use the laundry service, but there is washer and dryer in every room, which was super convenient.

Check in and check out was pleasant. The room was nice and like a small apartment. I saw the housekeepers, but they never serviced my room. If you are use to having a safe in your hotel room, there was none. Also if you are looking for a place with a swimming pool, this isn't for you. It is not a bad place to stay all around.

I did not stay here on these dates. Someone tried to use my debit card info but it was denied. Whoever they were they were thieves.

Stove, full fridge, nice clean bathroom bed and everything in the room wasn’t great clean condition, two televisions it was a good experience. I would totally recommend this place. The set-up is perfect for groups traveling together, friends, or parents who want separate rooms from the kids without having to pay for two rooms. I was cautious about staying in a non-mainstream hotel, but it was worth it! It had a hotel feel until you stepped into the units and then it was more like a fully furnished apartment. Everything in the unit was clean and suited our basic needs. Beds were comfy, bathrooms spacious, appliances functional. If I had to complain about something it would be that maintenance/staff maybe does not walk each hallway daily for cleanliness (observed the same bug in the same spot for multiple days). Our stay was short so we did not have time to use any of the amenities like the gym. We absolutely loved how convenient the location was to everywhere we needed to go and the choice of nearby restaurants. Overall we would definitely stay here again!

Second time staying here. This time we were on the 3rd floor and just like the first floor we could hear the couple next door having sex. The walls are thin so make sure to bring your ear phones. At 4:30am the person upstairs was so loud I thought he was stomping as he got ready to leave. Next time I’ll ask for the top floor.

The hotel was clean I would give the hotel 4 out of 5 stars the reason im giving 3 stars is because the sheets were had something caked on them. I called to tell the front desk and they checked with house keeping they were gone for the day at 5pm and I was told I could come and get some sheets and change them. I had just checked in and I have to come and sheets and change them bad customer service.

Kitchen was equipped with cookware, a full sized fridge, microwave, a dishwasher, and a dining table. There’s a washer and dryer in the room, super convenient! Only nuances would be that we found hair (not ours) upon arrival in our tub and under the couch pillows where there were some nasty looking stains. Came back to the property around midnight, my fiance was unable to get to the right floor after trying several times. He would press floor 4, but the elevator kept taking him to floor 2 or 3. An employee had to use a key to help. Overall, we plan to book this property again in the future!

MY appliances did not properly work put in several maintenance request, could not even get new sets of towels for my family of 4. my husband and I decided to end our trip early because the service was horrible and they are refusing to give me a refund for the nights we did not stay even after I Checked out on time to to insure I wouldn't be charged for days we weren't going to charged, but ws chaged anyways.

Is a perfect place to stay.

Very spacious, has everything you need for a long and comfortable stay, full kitchen with fridge, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, a washing machine and dryer, living area with TV, bedroom with TV. It was a welcome upgrade from the smaller room at Hilton Tapestry which was 2 mins away and costs much more. Staff was friendly and allowed me to check-in 3 hrs early. Would definitely stay again, highly recommend.

This is a nice property and they have a shuttle but do not allow guests to use for airport shuttle even though they make trips to and from airport. It is 5.mins from DFW and does not provide a shuttle. The beds are cheap and uncomfortable.

Last minute to decision to stay here after a grueling 30 hours at DFW. So glad we stayed here. Will definitely return.

No automatic opener on the double set of doors in building B, making it impossible to load in anything large. Horrible cool/blue light bulbs on the bedside tables. Sink no bigger than my hand. Zero noise proofing—the sounds of the people walking upstairs was a deep bass boom. Cockroach on the floor on my way out.

The beds in this place are horrible! Not very sturdy or comfortable. I would have slept more comfortably on a blow up mattress! The couches were worn down and it’s not sound proof! Don’t get me wrong I like the area it is very nice but I wasn’t satisfied with the beds… around a-whole bunch of shopping centers and food. Overall I give it a 7/10 not too bad!

The property was clean but there was a glitch checking out with Expedia. It booked us two rooms instead of one and the hotel was unable to cancel one of them without charging more money so we wound up with two rooms and we only used one.

The room was clean. We did have an issue with the oven but it was quickly rectified. Didn’t interact with the staff much other than check-in, but they were friendly during that time.

Lot of space for the money and clean. Some of the fixtures were broken, most annoying one being the microwave. We had to walk down to the first floor to another room to heat up food.

The one bedroom unit was large, and had great amenities. The bathroom sink is extremely small. Mattress was quite soft. As a note - be sure and bring cream/milk & sugar if you like with the coffee provided. The gym equipment was great, but no sign of the remote for the TV. SOKA is in a quiet area, and there are lots of stores in the area (a car is very beneficial).

I booked the 3 bedroom suite. When i got to the room none of the TVs' would connect to the internet so me and my 3 young kids were unable to watch any streaming services. Maintenance came to try to connect and was unable to but I was unable to switch rooms. I checked again later in the evening at 8:07pm and was told by the person on staff that there isn't anything he can do. The dishwasher in the room did not work. The washing machine for clothes was dirty and dead insects were in the window seal.

1. I have never been at a hotel with lower quality beds. 2. 'clean' towels had hair in it. 3. room furniture was in very used condition 4. no alarm clocks or usb plugs 5. We emailed we would come after midnight but we had to bang on the doors for 10 minutes for someone to come.

Washer made so much noise when it spins fast. Also this hotel is pet friendly but they charge me $125 per night when our room charge was $100 per night. I think that is too much high price for pet charge. Will never go back there again

Having an apartment style place for the price of a regular hotel room was amazing especially fornus who were there for a soccer tournament! Spacious and able to have your own privacy along with the full kitchen it was exactly what we needed. Will definitely continue to book here any time we have a tournament in the area!

Good for the price, walls are thin. Got no housekeeping until the last day at 9am. They did not respect the checkout time of 12pm, so I had to tell them to come back until then.

Apparently this used to be apartments or condos that were flipped into a private extended stay place. The place has been fairly tastefully remodeled and was quiet and clean. Beds were decent and it’s basically like staying in an apartment. Not the best but not the worst.

This place is wonderful. Very clean, well kept, centrally located to most freeways and dining in the area. Nice and quiet. The ONLY issue that I encountered was that the living room area lost power and there was no maintenance personnel on site. But the front desk person did offer to move me into another room. Overall i would recommend you stay here and I would definitely stay again

Checkin staff at night was not very friendly. There was 2 very small pans for cooking, one was dirty. One dish towel, no sponge or dishrag to wipe the countertop. One hand towel and one wash cloth for two people, had to ask for more.

Courteous staff, clean suite and great location. The refrigerator wasn’t cooling and the maintenance staff came over and fixed it. We appreciate the quick response time. Would definitely stay there again on my next trip to Irving.

The staff were welcoming, friendly, and provided awesome customer service. The area was safe. The sink in the bathroom was slow to drain as well as the shower. The environment was clean and sanitized.

I stayed at Soka with my family while our home is being renovated. The complex provided a much needed 2 BR, 2 BA apartment that housed my partner, nanny, infant, and myself. The washer, dryer, and kitchenette came with all of the cleaning products we needed, but I recommend have additional pots, pans, detergent, and sponges.

There were issues in the first suite they put us in, but they moved us to another suite and everything was great after that.

Only issues that I had with the place was we checked in on Thursday and the TVs didn’t work talk to the front office and they got fixed, Friday the elevator went out and we were staying on the fourth floor. The elevator was out until I checked out Monday morning. Only notice was a sign hanging next to the elevator and never seen anybody working on it. No accommodation or discounts for this inconvenience.

Our stay was pretty good, but the elevator was broken and our room was on the fourth floor. We're not light travelers, so making three trips up and down four flights of stairs wasn't the best way to end a long trip.

I've stayed at this property a couple of times. I prefer the first building, seems to be quieter. Clean room and nice to have washer and dryer available in the room.

First thing we noticed was both bathtubs being dirty, hair was everywhere! We cleaned it up ourselves to be able to shower but requested at the front desk to have someone do a good cleaning of them and it never happened. Also we reported that the stove was dirty, nobody showed up to clean it. During our 5 night stay, never got the trash picked up or any cleaning to our room. It would of been nice to at least have the trash picked up and our suite cleaned at least once. To top it off, we reported to the young mans at the front desk that the last 2 nights of our stay the people in the room above us were making a lot of noise after hours when we were trying to rest. He told us that it was people coming to take American Airlines training and they get back late... So we had to put up with it because of their schedule? Not the best stay...

From the moment I walked in, everything felt cheap and poorly thought out. The bathroom sink is laughably tiny — seriously, it’s the size of an airplane sink. Trying to wash my face turned into a mess every single time because the water splashes everywhere. It’s completely impractical for an actual hotel room. The bed was even worse. Calling it a “queen” is generous — it felt like a worn-out sofa bed pretending to be a real mattress. The middle sags so badly that my wife and I kept sliding into the dip all night. It was impossible to get comfortable, and we left more exhausted than when we arrived. The lack of service only made things more irritating. They clean the room once every seven days, which is completely unacceptable for the price. If you need toiletries or anything else, you’re forced to walk all the way to the front desk in Building 1 — and the hotel has several buildings spread out, so it’s a long, annoying trip for something as basic as soap. Overall, my stay felt uncomfortable, inconvenient, and absolutely not worth the money. I would never stay here again and strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

Rooms were clean, very convenient. I so much love th amount of space, there was a small living room, kitchen, laundry in the room and Three bedrooms worked perfect for our family of five and for the occasion we went for. Also lots of parking, it was great.

The suites are very comfortable and well-equipped. BUT on the 3rd day of our stay we killed a huge cockroach, and on day 5 I slipped on the slippery tub/shower….no handle to hold onto, or non-slip mat provided… and ended in Urgent Care with 2 broken ribs!

The water smells really bad as it runs from the faucet like raw eggs or sewer. Likely a city issue but it may be their pipes, not sure. My neighbors decided to have a party the second night I was there. I called the front desk several times and was told he could not leave the front desk. When I checked out I made the person that was checking me out aware of the situation he said he was the manager. He pretty much said there was nothing he could do about it because I had paid for the room through a third party and that was pretty much that. I would not recommend staying here. They need security on site for what looks to be multiple businesses being run out of this location.

After a delayed flight and a cancelled flight, the hotel was a welcome "shelter in the storm". The staff went out of their way to help after they heard our story. The kind lady that checked us in told me about the fountain in the back with the chairs around it. I went and sat and decompressed. They tried to help me with a phone charger. Just very kind and helpful. The room was an absolute delight!! Clean and comfortable. Our only "issue" was and very inconsiderate neighbor who kept my best friend up all night. It was reported the next morning. They kindly offered to move us to another room immediately! It wasn't necessary because we were heading back to the airport. PLEASE give this hotel your business. You won't be disappointed.

We checked in late and the first one had a dirty tub and it was missing towels but they were nice and just switched us over to another room which the room was clean but it was missing towel as well lol. The next day we were gone all day and I thought house keeping would come in a clean up and replace the towels but they never came in and I called to the front desk to get more towels and we had to bring the old ones down and get new ones ourselves I thought this was a bit strange but the staff I encountered was very nice about the situation I just think house keeping could have did a bit better I only saw house keeping once from Sunday night to Tuesday morning and when I walked passed the room it really didn’t sound like anyone was actually doing anything in the room but idk anyways I would stay again it wasn’t bad for $180

Room across from us set off fire alarm 30 minutes after we checked in. A terrible smell in elevator. No available luggage cart at check-in. TV speaker was bad, not allowing a nice experience watch TV. Only (1) mirror in room.

Don’t stay here unless you want to be bombarded with the smell of marijuana. The smell was so strong from the minute you walked in the lobby. I mentioned it to the check in person and she seemed unconcerned. I was traveling with my sister who has asthma and this made her miserable for the night. I mentioned it again at checkout and the gentleman said that he had heard that from another guest but that was it. No attempt to show empathy at all. I will never stay here again.

I would’ve given this place 5 stars but the smell in the elevator was unbearable! Smells like a dog use the bathroom in there and wasn’t cleaned afterwards. I actually brought it up to several workers in housekeeping but nothing was done. Besides the elevator smell it’s definitely a nice hotel

Loved that they offer a three bedroom unit. Soundproofing was good except for heavy footsteps above us. Not too many frills, but room had a full kitchen, washer and dryer in unit and plenty of storage. Large bank of mailboxes to receive mail for an extended stay in our building. No daily housekeeping, but they encourage you to reach out if you need anything. Beautiful firepit and fountain areas.

One bedroom suite with separate living room and full kitchen was great to have. The suite was clean and well stocked with glasses & plates. The queen bed is a platform bed, with 3 sad little pillows. The bathroom sink is, no joke, airplane sized, so pretty useless. There were two towels and one washcloth provided. Like a lot of hotels do these days, the air conditioning is remotely turned off at night, and no, there are not ceiling fans. The plug in by the bed turns off when the lamp is turned off, so charging was unavailable there. We thought we booked closer to DFW remote south as it’s listed as 4.5 miles away, yet it took us 20 mins to get there from that area.

Amazing property, customer service, and room! The bed was not that comfortable which was the reason for 3 stars for comfort. The outside firepit and waterfall was great for outdoor accommodations!

This is my second time staying at the property. It is amazing. The only challenge I had was the TVs are ran on WiFi and every couple minutes the TVs were buffering. There are a few guest WiFi options but they all buffered.

There were 2 dead cockroaches and 2 big live one in the bathroom. Staff was diligent to provide daily housekeeping but not sure room was treated. Moreover, housekeeping did not clean the room well - hair and crumbs are still in the room after the clean

You get that you pay for! The walls are paper thin. You can literally hear your neighbor's conversations though the wall. Couple that with hollow floors and you can hear each step the people above you take. The person in the room next to us kept us up with his snoring. The people above us kept my daughter awake with their late-night pacing. The floor seems to sweat, so it's always damp. The place is a nightmare! We cut our stay short a night and rented a room at another hotel in town. It was the only thing we could do to get a good night's sleep.

Soka Suites is the perfect place to stay while in the DFW area. We have been staying here on our visits for the past four years and it has been consistently wonderful. Great staff, great location, plenty of parking and the rooms are spacious and clean. I highly recommend Soka Suites.

The property is in a safe area. The washing machine was great and supplies were given for the kitchen. The room was spacious and generally comfortable, however I found the bed wasn’t the best and felt a little insecure. The staff were fantastic and went above and beyond to provide a great service.

The stay was comfortable but we had an unexpected guest (　ﾟ皿ﾟ) on the 1st night that we stayed there was a roach like 2-3 inches big that was hanging out in the room with us when we got back from dinner. Do i feel like i should've gotten a discount because the 4th roommate didn't pay their share? Yes lol but besides that the hotel was nice. They're pretty much apartments that were turned into a hotel it feels like, and room cleanliness could've been better.... the curtains and the sofa had mysterious stuff on them while there was a stain on the wall in the bathroom that looked like blood. It's cheap and comfy though when you need somewhere that had privacy for everyone staying and budget friendly

The staff was probably the best trained I've seen in a while, and they turned a terrible situation from terrible to go in a few minutes. The property was clean and it was very quiet. The beds were comfy and the room was clean. These are suites so there is a kitchen. That was the biggest downside, in the back section of the property, it smelled like old food. Inside the room it wasn't as bad. They do not accept cash app cards, that was the biggest issue. I had just switched full time to cash app and closed my major bank card. It was a non negotiable amd i understood that. I wished it wasnt at 11pm at night after being at a confrence for 14 hours when i found out. Luckily, there was someone close by that could come and help me. Since it was after 6pm, they had the right to fully charge the room to my card even though they wouldnt accept it in person while i was standing there. That is uosetting, i hope you figure out a way around this in the future, ither hotels around you are taking them with no issue. I've added it to my list of places not to stay, which may or may not matter to you, you won't go out of business, nor do i want you to, without me staying at your hotel a few times a year. I will, however, associate this with a bad experiance that could have been resolved another way.

Soke Suites is an absolute dumpster fire, not a hotel—how the hell did Expedia even let this sneak onto their listings? This place is a migrant hotel at best, and that’s being generous. Don’t even think about staying here. The lobby’s got sketchy post office boxes, the kitchen’s a biohazard with hair clogging the sinks, and the couch looks like it’s been through a warzone with stains you don’t want to identify. The listing says “bed”? Yeah, good luck—every single one’s a cramped full-size, no exceptions. The front desk was practically begging to get me a refund, that’s how bad it is. I bailed, and you should too—plenty of other spots out there that aren’t straight-up nasty. Stop listing slums that are not excellent!

The place is clean. We stayed there 4 nights with two teenagers 3 bedrooms. They are happy that they have their own room and space.

Don't leave anything in your room. They're request a freaking dna sample to get your personal belongings left in the room you paid for!

The elevator was really hot and smells terrible. None of the phones in the room work so we can’t even call the front desk for help or for requests (our room was in a different building from the main lobby). Stayed there for 2 nights and the TV was not working the entire time. The shampoo and conditioner dispenser were not working. Our first stay in this hotel was amazing (a month and a half ago) but this time it was terrible. I would say the only good thing was how fast and efficient the check in process was.

Cleanliness was severely lacking. Elevator smelled of old vomit and diarrhea. Literally had to stop breathing while on the elevator. Room floors hadn't been swept in months. Dead bugs in room. Probably wouldn't stay again. Whole place needs a deep cleaning.

We got a complimentary “upgrade” to a two bedroom, which we did not need but we were grateful. However, the door key did not work, neither of the showers worked, there were bugs in the kitchen, and we had a lousy neighbor that kept banging on our walls at night. When we called the front desk to complain, they said they couldn’t do anything for us until the next day. Which at that point is too late for anything to be done. We asked for an extension because we got maybe two hours of sleep, and the most they could do was an hour. After bringing up all the issues again to the front desk, they basically told us they couldn’t do anything. I really don’t like to complain but this was a terrible experience and I would appreciate my money back for the night. It would be different if they had put more of an effort to fix things in the moment but the lack of care was really frustrating and the refusal to make it right was the cherry on top to this disappointing stay.

This was a family staycation I booked for my sister and her family. I was a little disappointed, the tv didn't work and there weren't any wash towels in the restroom.

I had no idea there was a hotel that provided this type of stay. I was amazed. It was the perfect size of a 1 bedroom apt with everything provided even a washer. It was not in a busy part of town either. Everything was perfect! We loved it!

Master bedroom shower curtain had sticky stain, master bed sheets and comforter, living room rug couch and dining table stained. Looked unclean due to this. Reported to front desk and they said housekeeper will put new sheets and change shower curtain. No one came. Additionally, no housekeeping service. End of stay was advised no housekeeping service unless we stayed over 7days. No advance notice. Night front desk stated no amenities but we saw gym on the second day. Property exterior looked clean and well kept.
