Everyone was super helpful. I added an additional night for our rooms. They asked me to use the third party through where i originally booked and said they would keep us in the same rooms. During breakfast staff was very friendly.

Good location Staff wasn’t very welcoming upon arrival. The woman was really kind, but the man obviously didn’t care to be there. There were silverfish in the SOAP. Super gross. Lights went out the last day we were there. Obviously not the staffs fault but there was no communication about what was going on, even when we went down to the front office. They also didn’t seem concerned that there were people stuck in the elevator. Overall not a horrible experience but wouldn’t stay there again

Unless you enjoy solving a maze to find your hotel and sleeping in a room without a single straight wall, I’d skip this one. This Marriott property feels very dated, from the old towels to the strange 'artistic' room design that leaves the TV in a complete no-man's-land between the bed and sofa. To top it off, you practically need a step-stool to reach the shower gel if you’re under 5'5". Definitely not the quality I expected

Everything! It checked all the boxes: friendly staff; clean, spacious room; excellent breakfast; free airport shuttle;and lots of comfy sitting areas indoors and outside where we could enjoy chatting with our friends. Honestly, nothing!

the hotel is great, the only thing is that you have to call to be picked up from the airport and they only have rides to the airport every hour

We had 5 of us in a room and they only had 3 towels then after cleaning the room they only left 2 towels.

Clean, large room. Overall a pleasant stay. AC in the room was a little noisy, seems the compressor kicking on was louder than it should be. Perhaps a service is necessary.

This hotel is one of my favorites to stay in when I come to the Dallas area. The indoor pool is enjoyable and just deep enough for both kids and adults to have fun. The supplied amenities are sufficient. And the rooms are clean and comfortable. And they provide an excellent breakfast. And there is a Starbucks AND brunch place nearby in case you don’t wake up early enough for breakfast. Have stayed here 3 times so far and there will be many more to come!

Just a heads up, there are not a lot of restaurants nearby. The hotel is in a quiet business district away from a lot of the big city.

My stay was very good. The rooms were a tad bit dated but everything was clean and fresh. The breakfast was amazing! It’s says continental breakfast but they had a full spread of everything and it was hot and fresh! The staff was friendly and helpful.

Quick night stay after arriving at DFW late. Shuttle wasnt available readily, so we took an Uber ride. It was Saturday night, staffing might be tough to get, understandable. Very clean room and friendly front counter staff.

I only stayed one night for an unplanned extended layover at the airport. I felt that I really lucked out with the hotel though. my room was very nice and comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly. All together, the hotel experience was a welcome relief from the frustrations of dealing with delayed flights! I would definitely stay again and stay longer!

Room and hotel very clean!! I just got different information about parking from the staff. Called and they said the first 5 days free and after that it was $10 a day. When i got there they asked if we had a car that was all. The next morning I asked about parking and he had me fill out a form. I asked to confirm the cost because they told me it was free and he said he didn't know about that. I still don't know how much I am going to pay when I get back.

Our overall stay was pretty good until on the day of check out we were awaken by the fire alarm sounding. Scared me to death. Thank God it was a false alarm, but that ended our weekend getaway.

The front staff was extremely kind, location not too far from anything and the highway is easily accessible. The room itself was definitely good! Nice, clean, and the gift they give you at the beginning is inviting.

When we got to the front desk there was a woman and a man (he appeared to be maintenance) working on the card machine. She looked up at us but didn't acknowledge us. No greeting. No, "just a minute." After a moment, she called another lady from the back. That lady was pleasant, but no mention of the power going out. I felt someone could've apologized for the inconvenience of the power going off and on. Overall, the hotel was 8/10. Comfort was 8.5/10. Staff was 9/10. Amenities were 8.5/10. Breakfast was 6.5/10.

Really enjoyed our stay for the game. Surprisingly it was very quiet being on the 1st floor and everyone there for the game also. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Asia was excellent at front desk. Will definitely be our staying spot when in DFW.

Very easy shuttle ( driver even gave some local area tips on the ride from the airport to the hotel ). Staff very friendly and the hotel was in good condition. They offer a complimentary breakfast but the bed was comfortable I slept through breakfast. Very comfortable hotel if your in the area for a night or two.

Also was told they could pick me up at the airport until 11pm… called them at 10:30pm after landing and called for them to pick me up and they had stopped picking up at 10pm… what the heck???… so I to pay 30 bucks for Uber!, not happy

We had a flight delay and an unexpected night in Texas. It was easy to book. The airport shuttle picked us up. The front desk ladies gave food suggestions. We used the shuttle to go out to eat & back. The morning breakfast buffet was hot food such as waffles, eggs, bacon, potatoes. Bread, cereal, yogurts, milks & juices. The room was big & had a sitting room with a couch and trundle bed. Bathroom & sink were separated. An enjoyable stay & would definitely recommend!

It’s near airport and the room is spacious. The room design is little confusing. Breakfast is provided but no restaurant in the hotel. Airport shuttle stops after 10 pm.

no nonsense, clean and super friendly staff. Can't emphasize how nice everyone was. We were in town to see the eclipse and decided to do prom dress shopping for my daughter - got great recommendations. Someone is doing a great job hiring staff.

Blanche that worked at the front desk was the most amazing employee I’ve ever met. She was so kind, memorable, hospitable and kind. She remembered our names and was so ready to help. She was the best part of our entire stay. She deserves 5 stars.

The ladies at the front desk were amazing! The lady there on Thursday evening when we checked in was so sweet and got us checked in quickly. We had the same great service the next morning when we checked out. The room was very nice! Clean and quiet.

The property was clean but it is clear this wasn't a full-fledged Marriot. I would stay here again. The cleaning staff mostly wasn't English speaking which made if difficult to just have random hallway conversations. Overall, not a bad place.

I loved my stay at the facility. I really loved that the Asst Manager Shoe went above and beyond to ensure my stay was awesome. The only issue I did have was that the facility smelled like paint but I noticed they were painting certain areas.

Hotel staff were friendly and super helpful. Only one luggage cart which was been used when we were checking out. We loved the breakfast! Room was very clean and spacious, but bathroom needed some TLC. Floor tiles were broken, exhaust fan not working, caulking was coming up, shower head dial didn’t work and toilet was wobbly. There were dead small bugs in the picture frames and no plugs by the beds. Even with the small issues, we would stay here again. Also, Lobby and Breakfast area had been upgraded and were clean and looked very nice.
