    My sons room was 211 and he too enjoye the room and stated that it was very nice, peaceful and he was pleased with everything. The common area was also nice and peaceful, and the food was good. The staff was very nice and welcoming.

    Okay, you need to know this is obviously an old apartment complex bought and turned into a Hyatt. There are no elevators to the top floor. There are entirely too many units for the amount of staff and the rooms are surface clean but the coffee grounds were in the pot and had molded. The coffee pot itself was molded, the coffee cups in the cabinet were actually dirty. I rented a room with a tub and did not get one. The staff was very nice, breakfast was good and I would probably stay there again if I had to, but they need to rethink their business model. This isn't a regular hotel. Maybe make it an extended stay.

    I booked this for a business trip for five nights and ended up staying there less than two hours before checking out to go to another property. The room I was allocated was dirty, dark and in an unsafe location for a female by herself. Furniture was broken, there was dirt on the floors and the smell when entering the room was absolutely disgusting. This appears to be a long stay property, known to locals that way. It should not be sold on here. The staff were unable to help me with this different room and Expedia have been extremely difficult and unresponsive to my complaint, expecting me to pay the full five nights day when they were unable to fulfil my reservation. Avoid this place at all cost!!

    I booked through Hotels.com and arrived an hour or two later. They saw my booking but said they had given my room away due to walk-ins. They also said I should not have booked through a third-party because Hotels.com doesn’t know how many rooms are available (which both Hotels.com and the property have subsequently confirmed was not true). They gave a room to the lady behind me in line because she booked with Hyatt directly, even though that is against Hyatt policy. I had to scramble late at night to find alternate accommodations.

    The staff at front desk was not helpful at all. The room was a full one bedroom with kitchen but basic amenities of kitchen were also not provided. The bedsheet had stains and had to get it changed. Literally under the bed it was so dirty, I noticed it when something fell by mistake and I bent down to pick it...there were literally small stuff from probably previous guests like plastic and toys...which means the room hadnt been cleaned at all. This is not worth the money at all. It is a scam in the name of hyatt. It was the worst stay ever and the breakfast was horrible

    The breakfast was not worth eating but in a pinch it would suffice to keep you alive. As for the hotel itself, it needs some updating, cleaning but not terrible, just not up to standards you would expect. The staff however was great. They had some issues at check-in due to system, but managed everyone well, and throughout the visit, they were warm, friendly and always quick to be supportive and cheerful.

    When we first arrived we were greeted with bad news. Although the front desk lady was extremely helpful and friendly, she had to give the bad new that our room was not available. Thanks to the corporate not giving her acces to the hotel inventory. In my opinion she should have complete access in order to fo her job accordingly right? So then she gave us 2 rooms to accommodate us no problem i was too tired to try to find another hotel. Once we get to our room the toilet looked like it had been thrown up on ans not clean the sofabed's mattress was disgusting and theres was no sheets for it. We had to go to the from again and she without a problem gavw us another room which it was not perfect but way better. The breakfast in the morning was good but it would run out and they would take a little bit to refill l, but that was not a problem we waited.

    I paid thru expedia and they told me the expedia payment hadn't been deposited and they would have to charge me again. Ok no problem. Hotel charged me again. I paid again and went to the room and the toilet was full of toilet paper and debris. The room smelled like marijuana I decided to leave and book another hotel in Las Colinas. Best decision. Do not stay at Hyatt House Dallas/Las Colinas!

    Room was nicely appointed and planned out for an extended stay place. 1. A/C Failed to work on arrival room was @ 60 degrees. Tried to raise the temp, turn on heat. just poured out more cold air. Shut the unit off. Contacted the front desk. Was advised that maintenance had already left the day. This is a Friday at check-in time, for a two day stay. No follow up or care to get it repair. 2. On the the kitchen.... Ice Machine inoperable, no glasses or coffee cups. Temperature in the apartment was 58 degrees when we returned from dinner Friday evening. Ended up turning on the stove to get warm!

    The location was ok My room floor was wet. The toilet made a weird sound for 5 minutes after flushing the toilet. It smelt really bad when you walked in. The cabinet doors wouldn’t stay close and the couch was stained. The comforter was also too small for the bed. The tv was just like static so I couldn’t watch anything. The toilet sounded so bad that I ended up leaving the property at 2 in the morning cause I couldn’t get comfortable.

    Location , room size The property has declined , isn’t being kept up. My room , the shower had a whole in the wall and there wqs mold present. I took photos The carpets we not clean and had crude patches. I have photos The room was not fitted , there was no wash or hand towels and the kitchenette had no forks and one spoon. Very disappointing for a Hyatt property and I will likely not stay more recommend to my colleagues and corp office in Irving TX not to use

Hotels.com was also impossible. I cannot reach anyone except someone through a chat. The person behind the chat said, he/she is calling the hotel but never got any response. It has been a week, I either have a refund or any resolution except hotels.com send me an automated email that they are working on it. I would say if you are in the Irwing/Dallas area don't book this hotel. You have a lot of good choices.

    1st room had spiderwebs on walls and tub stopper was broken but they switched the room the next day. Also they ran out of clean washcloths for a time but given they had a full capacity weekend I understood because they were still cleaning rooms at 11-12 at night.

    Lobby and pool area were nice and loved the location. Unfortunately the moldy dirty carpet made it hard to sleep. Found out on 3rd day they only clean your room if you call by noon and ask for it. I wouldn’t stay there again unless they did a massive remodel and hired more cleaners- every area needed more cleaning

    Nice hotel, clean, good rooms. The only negative I saw was the faucet in the kitchen sink and in one of the bathroom sinks were broken. Other than that the hotel is good.

    The A/C struggles to maintain 70° with the outside temperature of 80°. We stayed in Unit 711 and the carpet was absolutely disgusting. Walking barefooted would have your feet black within 30 minutes. We had a 2 Bedroom/2 Bathroom unit and each Bathroom only had 1 set of towels. We went to the front desk for more however they only had enough for two more sets. That doesn’t work well when you have 2 bedrooms and 4 people and everybody is showering each night. One of the toilets had blood on the outside, around the bowl. The Den furniture is worn and uncomfortable. There are 3 levels with no elevator. Make certain that you can traverse 2-3 sets of stairs should you find yourself with a room on the second or third level. At one time this Hotel was nice, but it is simply old. It appears that most of the guests are temporary worker/contractors that stay weekly. It’s a cheap nightly rate but the price reflects the condition of the property.

    I liked the spacious room and the staff at the desk was very friendly.. What could be improved? The staff could do a better job making sure the food was replenished at breakfast. My biggest complaint was the cleanliness of the room.. The cleaning staff need to take time to thoroughly cleaned the rooms. I stayed at this property 3 years ago and thought by it would be better but it was worse. I will not be returning.

    When I first got to my room I noticed a very strong smell of marijuana and that there were no tvs I went to the front desk and spoke to Anthony he gave me another room which was already occupied then he switched me to another room that wasn’t clean so I had to come back to this room and endure the strong scent of Marijuana and the fact there were no tvs. Even after I was promised I would get one Saturday morning. Also the room looks nothing like the pics they advertise!

    I stayed in 2321... great room... weird vibration was heard at night, that sometimes subsided...? Also, the outside of the hotel needs to be power washed... the stucco is pretty dingy and full of cobwebs. Most importantly, the front desk staff at check-in and check-out were super nice and professional, along with the very positive managers (?) in the special sport jackets I met at breakfast time. In short, I would definitely stay here again...!!!

    I stayed with my family and had to book 2 rooms but they assigned us rooms as far as possible on the property. Also the keys stopped working on one of the rooms, and our first room smelled a lot like cigarrettes, so we had to change rooms.

    It’s an old bulding , when it rains bathroom selling drops water . Front desk is not helpful and they have an attuide. Manger is not available all over weekend. I had to leave hotel 3 days earlier coz the inconvenience . There cleaning service is terrible.

    Normally when you see "Hyatt" you think it's probably a nice place. Beware, this isn't your typical Hyatt. Our initial room had an overpowering smell of mold, we had to change rooms. The carpet in both rooms was coming up and in the second one I cut my foot on the molding. During my early morning run, walking by other rooms was a powerful smell of pot. I never really felt safe with my wife to be honest. The bedroom door didn't close fully, we only had one coffee cup and nothing to wash the dishes. The staff was always pleasant and helpful, but just know the room we were in (4321) needs a major overhaul.

    Our 2nd flight got cancelled so we were stranded in Dallas. We showed up to the hotel with 3 kids and just a little bit of our stuff since most of our luggage was checked! The staff was INCREDIBLY sweet and understanding. They gave us a complementary upgrade to a suite room so we could check in a few hours early. Only 15 minutes from the airport. Kindest staff ever and super open to upgrading us and being personable. The rooms were clean and great. Would absolutely stay here again!

    The location was good and the property was in decent shape. The staff was friendly and quick to help accommodate our needs. The room layouts were nice for a family of 7. We appreciated having two separate bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen was nice, but there was no dishsoap to wash our dishes. There weren't enough dishes for our whole family to be able to have a cup for each person. We had trouble with the beds being too hard and not having enough blankets. There was no daily housekeeping, but we could go to the front desk and ask for every little thing we needed. It wasn't horrible, just not great.

However, the property is pathetic: a dark room without proper ventilation, a worse dishwasher - water from the sink coming back to the dishwasher, the entire room stinking, and the quilt is very old and not washed. Severe dirt deposits in the quilt. Very disgusting. Garbage stinks badly near the Swimming pool. Didn't expect such a bad property from Hyatt.     Rooms: pillows are bad and mattresses not great. Not clean enough when getting in: stains on mattress cover (we know because there was no linen!!) debris in trash cans, etc. some lights not working. Last, when we asked to get pillows (yes, there was no pillow for one of the beds!!) and towels (we only had 2 for a reservation for 4 guests) and linen (none was there for the sofa bed!), the lady at front desk told us there would be some when we would come back at the end of the day. Guess what: there was none! When going back to front desk she didn’t even apologize and instead said in a rude way that she tried to call us for us to come get them. And then….. she would not provide the pillows saying that they didn’t have enough!!! What kind of hotel doesn’t have enough pillows!! I insisted and said that having a reservation for 4 we had to have 4 pillows: she went to get 1 more and almost threw it at me saying that I should feel bad because someone would not have pillow because of me!!! Do I need to add that mid week when they were supposed to clean the room and change the towels only had been changed and when I went to ask for clean towels I was told that they didn’t have time to do laundry!!!

So then comes the sleeping situation. We were 5 so we were going to use the pull out couch….it had a pile of crumbs in it and no sheets. We managed the night but again 5 people and everyone had to share a bed and make do. In the morning one of the staff came by to ask what time we were leaving, she seemed annoyed I told her 12. I sent my girls to get more towels but the front desk said they would let housekeeping know and 3 hours after the towels never showed.     This property is absolutely disgusting and unsafe. It used to be so nice and now it gives the Hyatt name a bad rap. Sketchy people walking around lurking, black mold in the rooms and roaches, spiders! We started to get sick after being in our first room just a few hours and u went looking for it for found it on the ceiling and it was huge. Housecleaning clearly didn’t care to even report it. Cigarette smoke and stains everywhere I didn’t even take a bath or shower there. Not like I had any towels to do it with anyways. It was absolutely terrible! 10yrs ago this hotel was top notch! Now I would rather sleep in my car. It’s also apparently like an apartment because people live there for years

We started to get sick after being in our first room just a few hours and u went looking for it for found it on the ceiling and it was huge. Housecleaning clearly didn’t care to even report it. Cigarette smoke and stains everywhere I didn’t even take a bath or shower there. Not like I had any towels to do it with anyways. It was absolutely terrible! 10yrs ago this hotel was top notch! Now I would rather sleep in my car. It’s also apparently like an apartment because people live there for years

    When we checked in the room was dirty had washcloths hanging on the shower rod. The bathroom floors were slimy after about three days. Roaches started popping out everywhere housekeeping was crap. They left all the laundry outside of our door and a whole bunch of trash overnight. it looked like there was a bullet hole with blood smeared all around it in the closet The room smelled like mold. Worst experience of my life.

Simply putting in handrails fires not make it accessible. Toilet was standard, too low and small for a handicapped person. Only one towel in the bathroom so had to get some from front desk. The place smelled, the carpet was wet. The easy chair had big stains on it. Fold out couch was dirty when need was pulled out. Had to ask for sheets, pillows and blankets.     The carpet was disgusting.. My twins feet were filthy and after the first night they were socks the whole time wile we were in the room. I had to throw socks away . The Breakfast was good and the staff was nice.

The bathroom was filthy the shower was not cleaned , the floor didn’t look vacuumed, we had had 1 large towel in each bathroom, I’m usually not one to leave. A bad review but this was just ridiculous

    It was pretty good. The room was spacious, the shower was amazing, great water pressure. The fridge temp was broken so it was set on a temp that froze all our food. There wasn’t any cable, and most channels had no signal and We were unable to log into our streaming sights. More cooking supplies were needed and the pool was frigid although the weather was 89.

    There first room I got assigned to was infested with cockroaches... My daughter are a pasta and cheese and left it on the counter for 5 minutes and it was invested with cockroaches!! Absolutely disgusting... And they're were food crumbs and hair everywhere and even the manager on duty, Jonathan acknowledge that the sheets and pillow covers were not changed in that room and the subsequent rooms we were offered... And all this happened at 12 midnight so I could not go find an adjacent hotel to move into.... Such a horrific experience- I can't believe this is really a Hyatt house!! Believe me in the past 25 years of using hotels across different continents, I have never come across one with roaches! I guess there is a first for everything!

    Walls in 1111 are visibly soiled and discolored. Guest bathroom sink is leaking out the handle. Stains on duvet. Liquid splash evident on headboard, TV, living room couch. Top surfaces dusty with months of dust collection. Sink in guest room was soiled revealing the room was not sufficiently cleaned. Trash cans not available in bathrooms. Worn carpet and furniture beyond its reasonable life expectancy.

    Shower was broke. Never addressed No toilet paper. Went to Walmart to get some. Dishwasher and disposal didn’t work. Never addressed Ran out of soap in kitchen which then caused us to run out of clean dishes. Never addressed Ran out of paper towels never addressed Ran out of towels, was told house keeping doesn’t hand out towels only issues towels if house keeping cleans room. never addressed Shower leaked Ran out of coffee tea sweetener Met a maintenance man told him a few of the issues.     FRONT DESK evening shift (older woman) was rude-- for whatever reason my reservations didnt go through. I arrived at location at 10pm with 3 kids and she was extremely unhelpful in my situation and only made things worse by being so short and clearly did not care or try to help me work out what i needed to do. If it hadnt of been so late and traveling with 3 kids, i would have found somewhere else to stay.

    The property does not have elevators and rooms face the outside (like a motel). The room didn't feel clean, MW was missing and the if you remove the cover from the Kitchen sink, cockroaches coming out of it.

    We have stayed at the same hotel for years but it’s definitely more run down. They don’t seem to be putting any effort into maintenance. Shower did not drain, the previous persons trash was not picked up outside our door and it was dirty- had to clean all counters and table and kitchen.

    poor unmaintained conditions in the room there was dirty water stopped up in the kitchen sink i reported when i firts got there it was never taken care of, no blankets, cake mixing bowls as usual, diswaher handle was loose qlso reported no one came to see about it, less than half a roll of tissue left un the restroom and couldnt connect my os4 to the internet to play any games online worst experience ive ever had here orange juice at breakfast was hot each time put on the serving table!!

    I thought the bedding and bathroom were clean, I didn't really use the kitchen, but it looked ok. The bathroom cabinetry is old and needs remodeling. The carpet was a bit dingy, and the cloth sofa had a big spot on the seat cushion. Your staff was friendly. Breakfast was decent.

    The front desk staff was amazing. Very friendly and helpful. But the hotel itself and the rooms are filthy. I was shocked with how dirty the rooms and the lobby were. The microwave was missing from my room. The table wasnt clean. There was gunk on the thermostat and dust build up on all the vents. No blow dryer. Stained carpeting, stained curtains, and squashed roaches in the lobby.

    The room was fairly clean, until you opened the microwave and looked at the floor. There were dried food/liquid running down the side of the counters and tables. The shower had a moldy corner, and the bathroom door was broken..it would not shut. I stay for 5 nights, and was told towels and stuff would be refreshed every 3 days. I had to ask 3 times for clean towels during my stay - just to be told the first 2 times they didn't have any available. The staff at check in were pleasant, but all other staff during my stay were rude and not helpful at all. I will not stay at Hyatt House again.

    From the outside looks okay but rooms are dated. No maid services but one out of 4 night stay. Amenities were missing from room. There were people living there out of the hotel rooms. Felt more like a ran down apartment complex rather than comfortable clean hotel. Just didn’t feel that safe.

    Two negatives: 1. The Wi-Fi was useless, so plan on using data for any Internet access. 2. The first night when I tried to order food from the bar menu, the server looked at me like I had three heads. It turns out that they don't serve food during the month of January(!?!?). Of course, no mention on the hotel website about the closed kitchen, despite advertising their bar menu.

    Hyatt House Las Colinas is my favorite place to come however the experience I just had for my birthday this past weekend I was VERY disappointed. The 1st room didn't have microwave they brought me one and heat wasn't working was placed in another room in another building . The heat was working but I discovered the room had roaches in which I've never seen staying here .I literally had to go buy bleach and Raid from Walmart I kept cleaning and spraying.I took video of my experience and another room wasn't available so I had to stay in there.I was over it . It was 23 °outside with cold high winds . The breakfast was good just wish I had a better experience for my two night stay . The staff was really nice

    I have been to this hotel before and enjoyed staying at it prior. Actually I stayed at it at least 8 times prior. You get a large 2 bedroom sweet at a good price. My last previous stay was 3 years ago but this stay I could say there has been significant decline in service. Our room was not clean, missing basic toiletery, and definitely showing its age. I hope they return to their previous state …

    When I walked into my room I was hit with an overwhelming musty smell. I don't know if the carpet needs to be changed out but it was bad. The room was dirty in general. I honestly got the vibe that housekeeping probably swapped out the sheets on the last visit and that was about the extent of their cleaning. I wanted to leave after seeing the room but I stayed because the reservation was nonrefundable. Needless to say, I don't think I'll be staying at a Hyatt location again.

    One of the worst properties that my family and I have stayed at. The rooms are dirty, the floors have stains and nothing seemed to be as clean as portrayed on photos. We stayed two nights and we requested blankets for the sofa bed but were told there were no more blankets. We requested towels the second night but were told there was only one person working and laundry was not done. The only convenient thing about this place was that it was close to tons of shops and restaurants.

    Usually, my stay is a good experience, this one I can't say that it was. My hotel room stunk; the interior of the hotel had some problems that really need to be addressed. There was no services during my visit, nor enough towels for the entire visit. The staff were very nice overall.
