My room was leaking water out of the refrigerator and my room was extremely hot had to wale call the front desk just to have air

However, I was very displeased with the check-in front desk clerk - Cynthia. She did not provide standard info that's shared at check-in - breakfast hours, complimentary happy hour info provided by Embassy Suites, Info re: complimentary tickets for happy hour, the room keys activated did not open our initial room, resulting in a new room assignment... yet a faint apology was extended for the inconvenience. As a career customer service professional, I was highly disappointed and surprised; yet, no manager was on duty that I saw. On the other hand, alternate staff personal - bar attendant and rotating front desk staff, more than met expectations and were informative & engaging. But bottomline, I would recommend this hotel & all that the Las Colinas area has to offer.
