The pool was decent to use, patio chairs were outdated & had lots of wear & tear plus holes. The gym could use an air purifier it had a mildewy smell & no dumbbells. There should also be gym towels & maybe water access in there instead of having to walk out to access water. The carpets really need to be replaced they’re old and look dirty. The room itself was very spacious, liked that it had a fridge & microwave. Room coffee machine was gross but at least was able to access the coffee machine in lobby 24/7. Breakfast was ok, I wouldn’t rave about it. Could be better. I think the machine they installed selling “flowers, chocolates & teddy bears” was pointless and should’ve invested in perhaps new paint and carpets or at least more breakfast options. Bed was comfortable however, was given 3 tiny pillows that were very flat. Front desk did accommodate more pillows that was great. Housekeeping & kitchen workers were very nice. Front desk, I was disappointed that when I called two days before my check in to ask if I could check in early, the gentleman said just call the morning of when you land if we have rooms open & clean sure. Upon arriving only an hour and a half earlier. The woman without hesitation charged me $25 more. I don’t mind paying but this should be told in advance & then she asked me what floor do I want? Clearly there were plenty of rooms sitting empty anyway. So why charge? I paid quite a bit of money & left at 3am, giving them hours of the room back.

Elevator was down while I stayed. Staff was very kind and upfront about the issue.

The front desk staff was so friendly and helpful. I was only there for 4 hours to sleep after my flight was canceled but it was a great experience. The walls were thin so I could hear the people talking in the next room at 1AM.

My go to place in the DFW area to stay near our Dallas office.

The breakfast was very good. Plenty of parking. The room was very spacious and clean and comfortable. The staff was a lacked traveler empathy/hospitality and was a little harsh and seemed argumentative, but it was easy to ignore.

The hotel has an expressway on one side, and DFW airport on the other. Despite the noisy location, the hotel has windows that are so cheap and poorly made that most noises from the surrounding areas can be clearly heard in the rooms. It creates a terrible environment in which to get restful sleep.

It was an older property that is being renovated but it’s one of the cleanest hotels I have ever been at and would definitely recommend and go back to when I am in Dallas.

Our connecting flight was cancelled , I reserved this hotel before realizing they did not have shuttle services. We had to pay for a taxi.

Room was comfy and large but bathroom was small—door almost hit toilet when you open it. Clean, great service, good breakfast, but property a little old.

The whole staff was amazing. The receptionist was even so nice she even gave my 2 year old some milk for her bottle because we had run out. I would recommend this hotel in a heart beat and will stay there again.

However, the sink water was scolding hot. The HVAC system was stuck on 69°. We were unable to change the temperature up or down so we ended up unplugging it. The TV remote worked for a moment then quit. We ended up having to turn the TV off manually. Would never stay there again.

This hotel was listed as having an airport shuttle and it did not. I had to pay $20 each way to the airport. The room had a terrible chemical smell that burned my eyes and throat. If I wasn’t so tired I would have moved to another hotel. There was no staff member at the front desk when I arrived and I had to wait until someone finally arrived to check me in.

I did not want to complain cause they had told me they didn't have any more rooms. Breakfast a really good selection, they have fresh eggs, and two varieties of waffles. The fruit was fresh and individually wrapped. Also, there was almond milk as a selection which my family thoroughly enjoyed.

My sheets were dirty, I requested no ones and the comforter that was given to me had some yellow thing stuck to it and apparently they didn’t have anymore so he gave me covers. It smelt so funny in the building too, all type of odors. I felt gross being there….

This property is next to the Parking Spot Premium, where we always park our vehicles when flying from DFW. The hotel is nice and clean. The pillows were not our favorite. We will definitely stay here next time we fly.

They are so incredibly kind, friendly, and willing to fulfill any (practical) request. I will bring my family back here solely because of the Staff.

Beds were uncomfy, so I ended up sleeping on the much softer couch. But service was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Breakfast was also very enjoyable.

The young man at the front desk did a magnificent job dealing with us and a large influx of travelers delayed due to the bad storms. The phone kept ringing, and he really performed well. Great stay!

This hotel is super clean with friendly staff. It is also very close to the DFW airport. We choose to stay here before flying out. It is also very close to the Parking Spot to leave your vehicle while gone.

Spacious very nice room with the cleanest and comfortable bedding had such a great night sleep. Awesome place to stay will recommend to anyone looking for a very nice place to stay with a filling breakfast that has a lot to choose for all types of cravings.

My requested room was ready and quiet. I was not happy that my credit card was charged a short term extra $100 that I have not been charged before. The front desk personel last week werr excellent, but not friendly this time. The air conditioning was very good.

This is a great, affordable hotel near the airport. The staff was great, the room was so much larger than I expected, and while I did not have time to enjoy the breakfast on my way out, it smelled wonderful.

We missed our flight in LA and had to unexpectedly stay the night in Dallas. I picked this hotel off of the Expedia list and it was beyond expectation. The room was extremely spacious and clean. Our air conditioner was great and sheets were soft. We slept great and made it home the next day.

Our stay at hotel is fantastic and comfortable with great memories.

The only think that could use help is the breakfast. The spread was okay, but the eggs were nasty! They look so fake and they quickly went into the trash can.

Note: your bed has only square pillows. When I inquired about that, the lady answered me with what felt like disdain. Yes, each bed gets 4 square pillows. Ok. They weren't bad, but i prefer the normal rectangular pillows.

Location was awesome about 10 minutes from airport very convenient Location if going to DFW my husband stayed one night to take flight out and was please with how close airport was did airport express parking and shuttle picked us up and took us to terminal flying international so arrived 3 hours early in case any issues with passport or boarding pass etc overall this was a great and convenient hotel for what we needed for a

Convenient location but lacks shuttle service, use Uber or Lyft. Air conditioner in room was very noisy. Even with fan turned to low and increased temperature, the clunking was too loud. Front desk was friendly and helpful.

Great service. I love the accessibility of this hotel from the airport and the freeway making it very convenient.

We left out a little earlier than expected so no time for breakfast but to our surprise the lady was cutting fresh fruit so just perfect. The location was perfect from the airport (8-10min) as it eliminated traffic jams and the area was quiet. There were also restaurants easy to get to from where we were. This wasn’t a luxury trip but the spot was perfect for what we needed and it was also clean and very spacious.

Breakfast was good and the staff was friendly. The only inconvenience was that the restroom sink got clog but was fixed right away and also had a water cockroach in one of the beds. I let the front stuff know and she said they would take care of it.

The room and everything was very nice, especially the luggage scale in the lounge; I expect not to pay extra for overweight luggage; perfect!

OK property who really undersell the pool area. No restaurant on site for lunch or dinner but plenty of options around it. Whataburger is 2 minute walk and a local legend. Breakfast was ok but the staff treat it like it’s their free Buffett.

They do not offer shuttle services to the airport. This would be a huge plus if they would add this option. They did assist with a taxi but $35 to travel under 2 miles is ridiculous. If the hotel offered shuttle services to and from the airport it would be better for the guest.

Bathroom door was warped and hard to close, and the room had a funky smell lost power for 20 minutes and the battery on the key lock died and we had to get assistance from the front desk to get into our room. Hotel clerk was very helpful, but it'd been better if the incident hadn't occurred. Overall ... minus those issues, the hotel was okay.

The property was clean and convenient, but the freeway noise made it difficult to sleep. Breakfast did not start until 6:30 and we had to leave a little before that; I wish it had started at 6:00 am. Other than the noise it was a good place to stay.

Missed a connecting flight and needed a place close to the airport. About a 10 minute drive. Have stayed there before so knew i was goin to be treated excellent.

Very close to the airport making it convenient if you have a car. They don't offer shuttles to airport.

The bad: the roach on the bed

All good, except no shuttle service to or from airport.

The hotel was quiet and clean. I arrived late at night and the front desk host was friendly and polite. One of the quickest check ins I have ever done.

Staff was exceptional. Really easy process in checking in early. Property could use some love. Older and could be fantastic. Will for sure come back as your people made the trip.

I stayed one night before leaving early in the morning for my vacation. The room was clean,, quiet, and everything worked. I would definitely stay again if I need to leave early to the airport on vacations.
