Room was beautiful with a great view of cows out to pasture, my one year old son loved! Breakfast was selective but nice to not have to leave to go get it. The bathtub in our room was broken, only usable on shower.

“Breakfast from 7am till 10am” well, I showed up at 9:20am and everything was gone, Rude lady told me it would take 20/30 minutes to do potatoes and she had no time, no waffles no NOTHING at all, they should not offer breakfast til 10am and shut the kitchen down at 9am

Clean room but smell was a bit bothersome. So I don’t know how clean it truly was. Everything else was good. Definitely one of the best budget options in the area.

I had a very comfortable stay at this hotel. My room was nice and clean, the staff was welcoming and friendly. . . except the woman managing the breakfast. She was aggressive in action and tone that put me off so much I skipped the remaining three mornings of breakfast. I don't need "breakfast police" first thing in the morning. The first morning I did go all the options were high in refined carbs so I really couldn't get a good nutritious meal anyway. I did have issues with the internet in my room. Only one day I had good connectivity, and it interfered with my hotspot. If I sat in the lobby I could get great connection. It was frustrating those first couple of days. Laundry was great! Four dollars to wash and drying was free! Both machines were clean and working properly. The first night I had children running in the room above me, after nine at night. When I mentioned it to the front desk, I was treated respectfully and when it was checked who was there, I was told they were checking out. I arrived the last weekend of spring break. The remaining three nights were bliss.

Excellent stay, comfortable beds, only thing I would recommend was putting a door stopper on that door that goes to the pool… Constant slamming kept me up late one night

Breakfast was disappointing because they ran out of all meat options over 30 minutes before breakfast hours ended. The hostess was apologetic and even offered to bring out more bagel options but there were no protein options available. It wouldn’t make or break the stay, but be aware you might want to go to breakfast early if that’s important to you.

Beds were clean, restrooms clean.. until the next day a large sized roach was found lingering in our bathroom. That kind of made our stay less pleasant. Otherwise, it was a decent stay. Minus the cucharacha

Room was clean but no tissue paper aka kleenex in the room. Breakfast is limited for 2 sandwiches -(..this is weekend , they supposed to be ready for many people. Tea choices are limited. Cofee choices limited too. Do i want to go back again? Maybe Yes. I hope they give attention for this.

I loved the location. The staff was helpful and friendly while the room was quiet and comfortable. The pool was a little small, but it's understandable and isn't something that can be changed.

Nice size suite. Comfortable bed. Lack of parking for boat. A lot of people travel to the coast for fishing. Parking lot was not compatible for turning a trailer or parking one over night.

Breakfast was good. Hot food, waffles, lots of choices. Staff was friendly, parking felt safe, overall was clean. I would stay there again.

This place is full of mold! We didn’t even sleep there and were charged. Please save your time and health and look somewhere else! Unless dead bugs and mold are your thing.

I was on the top floor due to being a very light sleeper. I have stayed here several times before and they always accommodate me by putting me on the top floor which is greatly appreciated. The breakfast is ok, sausage, egg on a biscuit one morning then the next is country potatoes, biscuits and gravy with sausage patties. These are the only warm breakfast items I have had here. Then you have waffles and cereal. Go early to breakfast due to a lot of contractors stay here and they can clean it out quickly. The lady that takes care of the breakfast has a dry/rough personality but nice when you talk to her. The beds and linens are comfortable and clean. My rooms have always been great all the times I have stayed here. I like the location due to being outside the city a little, so not honking and traffic noises. I have seen a few reviews about a strange smell in few different rooms during the summer. I personally have had no issues with the Hotel.

Housekeeping woke me up at 0730 screaming house keeping and asking us if we have left yet. Checkout is at 11am. Clean rooms and they have a breakfast but isnt the best.

While it checked a lot of boxes, I would not stay here again. The doors have no sound proofing or cushion, and it was a constant banging of doors all night long. When the doors shut to any room, it sounds like cannons going off.

I really liked the hotel it was very nice! Loved that it has breakfast and very close to where I went to visit! The only thing I didn’t like was that the housekeeping lady went in before the check out time to clean the room when we were still in the room and a few minutes later a man went in also I just find that a little disrespectful. Other than that everything was fine!

I stayed on Friday thru Monday. I went down to fish. Hotel was so affordable. Not much room for parking with a boat, but overall cannot say enough good things about the hotel and staff. It is a super place to stay. I also want to mention Lupita, she provides the breakfast and takes care of everyone who needs anything in the food area. She goes out of her way to make sure you are well taken care of.

Cleanliness The quality of the building. When the upper neighbor walked you could hear the floor bending and of course him walking over your head too. The breakfast is not a breakfast. It’s just poor quality machine juices, waffles and toast. Another guest had to go to the front desk and ask the clerk to please put more food because suddenly a lot of kids show up. But until then she didn’t move a muscle.

I love the workout room and the swimming pool is very well kept. Breakfast in the morning is tasty. The ice machine was down on my floor. But not that big of an inconvenience.

Our room had a funky smell that was coming from the A/C unit. Kind of musty smelling but not too terrible . My husband didn’t notice it, but I did.

Mi esposo y yo fuimos a Aransas Tx que es la isla que esta frente corpus y como los hoteles estaban llenos por ser dia festivo tomamos este hotel, queda a 30 min cruzando por el Ferry que es divertido cruzar en carro, esta facil de llegar y hay entrada a la playa. Esta cercas de varias tiendas de conveniencia. El desayuno es un poco basico huevos duros, manzana y naranja, jugo y cafe y waffel haa y cereal nada mas. Pero si te lo recomiendo no esperes tener un vista espectacular pero si oara dormir es rico las camas!!

Our second time staying at this hotel. Great as always. Nice and clean. Beds are comfy. Friendly staff. Close enough to Port A but also close to Portland & Corpus. Will definitely consider staying again in the future.

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. When checking out, I yelled for the desk clerk, Katie, several times, but there was no answer. I finally called the front desk and I could tell I woke her up and I could finally check out.

Pretty clean, very quiet and everyone just kind of minds their business. Didn’t hear any noise as we checked in super late. AC is killer! Has a fridge, microwave, tv with cable, shampoo/conditioner (which came in handy as we last minute booked this room, for the girlies they got a blow dryer too! Free breakfast included with your stay ☺️ I’d say that the bed is completely open underneath but that’s not a fault to anyone, just freaks me out. I’m use to the ones that you can’t see under lol. The shower floor might just be old but looks kind of questionable, maybe just our room. But just wore crocs in case, not a big deal.

Someone walked in my room without even letting me know, and it was a man. The toilet was clogged the entire time had to go downstairs to use the restroom very professional never will I sleep at sleep again

Rooms: The rooms on the third floor are stuffy but the A/C units work well and bring the temperature down to where you want it to be. The pillows had varying degrees of musty/damp smells, but there was no visible sight of mold, just the smell when you put your face on it, so much so that we didn't use them. I advise the hotel to replace/deep wash them. We called the front desk and they came to replace the bed sheets and pillow cases but this did not resolve the smell issue with the pillows. There are other reviews that talk about mold and I will not take away from other's experiences, but my family and I were NOT affected by anything during our stay. Typically, if something was in the air I will notice it in the morning through a congested nose which I did NOT have. So, there were no concerns with the room. Cleanliness: Below average, we walked in and it was a bit dusty and the rest room looked like it had been lightly used and not cleaned thoroughly before we came in. The cleaning schedule is also inconsistent. Breakfast: Normal breakfast served like other hotels - Hardboiled eggs, waffles, toast with jellies, yogurt and apples and bananas. Coffee and juices are available. Overall, for one to two nights, this is a tolerable option. For large families and/or folks wanting to stay past 2 nights, I would recommend another place if the smells and damp air is a concern for your liking.

I rented 2 rooms. The control for the tv did not work in 1 of the rooms but we used the remote from the other room. I loved how you all had the shampoo, conditioner, and the lotion containers and they smelled good! Breakfast could used a little improvement in at least 2 other waffle makers because we had to line up for it. Also oatmeal could be a freat addition to the menu as well!.

The breakfast had excellent choices to select from, the hosts greeted everyone and directed guests to the different areas of food. She had great greeting skills for everyone who spoke to her.

The hotel was convenient and descent. Very clean and well kept. But our ac went out in the middle of the night and since we only booked one night we just suffered a bit. The breakfast could be better for the price.

We told the front desk and they moved us to another room but the tub was the same. They have rusty soap holders inside the shower (both rooms had them). There were Rollie pollies (pill bugs) in every corner of the room and throughout the hotel. Everything grossed me out. Will not be staying there again. Early morning, used the restroom and the toilet clogged and overflowed… when I called the front desk to notify, there was no maintenance person available. Our stay was really nice. We stayed tonight two nights. The only thing that I would say was wrong and it wasn’t the hotel‘s fault was that someone allowed their kid to be running up and down the halls and knocking on doors. They knocked on our door twice. As soon as I called the office, the girl told me they already knew, and they were trying to figure out who it was. They were very nice about it and again it was not their fault. I can’t believe parents allow their kids to do stuff like that. The room was very nice and clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay there again.

Hotel room was good but the breakfast was bad, no much options in breakfast. Hotel served only bread, waffle, boiled egg, muffin, cereal, juice, coffee and muffin for breakfast.

The tub was so ugly and full of rust we were not able to shower. The kids rinsed off in the shower. We asked for another room or refund, but they said they couldn't do either. Ive been staying at this hotel sinced it opened. Idk how a tub could have so much rust. I will probly not stay there again. Please address this situation

I had a pleasant day her. The property was very clean and the staff was nice and great. Great customer service. Thank you , I will stay here again in the future.

Hotel was nice and quiet . Well kept and clean rooms and bathrooms . Breakfast satisfied us as well. Will be staying here or different location sleep inns.

The beds were comfy not hard.Didn't really smell clean tho like the sheets and blankets smelled like wet laundry that had been left. Rooms were quiet didn't hear anything till morning heard a weird squeaking so I turned up my TV. It's close by HEB and Domino's. Asked for a card at check in for incidentals so be prepared for that

It was a pleasant stay. The only problem was the bathroom wasn’t stocked with toilet tissue and tissue paper.

The property was in very good condition, very clean and staff was awesome!

The room was a little small but clean and comfortable. Our stay was semi good . We did experience bad service from the lady that does the breakfast. She yelled at my 12 year old for filling up a cup of waffle mix . My husband told her he was supervising her to make sure it didn’t spill over . She kept on and my husband had to tell her to be quiet and leave us alone . She cursed at my husband in front of my kids . Very rude and disrespectful. At the end my daughter’s waffles came out not cooked fully because it needed more mix . We will never be staying here and definitely don’t recommend anyone to stay there as long as they have those kind of employees speaking like they are out in the streets in front of kids . If she don’t like her job she needs to quit . Also asking for tips when she was rude the day before too .

Breakfast and evening social service is great. Person in charge of both is exceptional. Extremely polite and courteous.

Most hotels have done away with daily room cleaning. This hotel cleaned room daily without being asked. Breakfast every morning. Location was close to what I needed.

Everything was great. Room was clean, breakfast was good. Staff was very polite. The only bad thing was when we went into the lobby to check-in, there was a bad smell, maybe some freshners would help. Other then that everything was great!!

Upon checking in, the staff was friendly. When we went into the room, there was a strong smell of mold. We looked at the lamp shades and they were moldy. The desk clerk came to the room and removed them.

Staff very polite and friendly, quiet and clean. Breakfast had good options and was very good for a continental breakfast. Beds were comfortable and property well maintained. Only semi complaint was the shower water pressure was pretty bad.

The pool was DISGUSTING

We stayed for the 4th of July weekend and our ac in the room didn’t work and they couldn’t give us another room but gave us a fan that really didn’t cool the room and we were there 3nigts 2 days and was upset cause of the ac problem my kids complained it was hot the whole time there even with the fan they gave for the time me stayed there

The ladies at the front desk were very accommodating. Their knowledge of the area and recommendations were very helpful.

Our room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was great!! Lots of restaurants and shopping centers close by, including and HEB.

Arrived @ 11PM. Were checked in promptly. Good shower. Clean bedding. VERY QUIET.

Front desk very Friendly. Ice machine was always out of ice. Room felt a lil dirty and had previous room goers socks

Carpet makes the room stink and the restroom had a lot of rusty areas
