All was great

Very clean Hotel inside and out. Extremely polite staff. We had absolutely no complaints

Staff told be about the premises. Gave me a card with all the times and info (wifi password, breakfast time, pool time, etc) They gave me a paper with all the tv channels. AC was working pretty good. Bed was comfortable.

My experience was amazing all the way around!!! Great place to stay!!! ❤️

Staff was amazing, property was clean, room was clean, overall I was pleased with my stay. If I had to complain, the only thing I would say is that the couch in my room had a big stain on it.

Friendly staff very welcoming, room, hotel, over all clean.

The room was clean and the breakfast was good. The only difficulty we had was the bathtub stopper did not work, so we could not take a bath. The guy at the front desk was very helpful and knowledgeable about the area and gave us great advice on things to see and the best restaurants.

Very clean and seems to have been recently renovated. Breakfast was varied from day-to-day and staff was always friendly and helpful.

Location Hot tub wasn’t working

The beds were not comfortable at all. Thin and hard mattress. Everything else was fine but I had the worst sleep here.

Room was perfect, no issues whatsoever There were a bunch of men hanging around the outside of the hotel 24/7, this made my girlfriend especially uncomfortable when stopping by to visit me.

Pros: Conveient location, No hussles , Smooth checkin, individual care at BF :) , Calm and quiet, Clean, Neat and Tidy Cons: Same menu for all days at BF, 2 towels alone (If a family needs more, you need to go to reception and ask), Bit pricey for the location , Never seen such a small dining space with max 10 people can sit at the same time..

We liked this hotal as it was clean and quite. The room was also spacious

The room was spacious and clean. We had no issues with parking. The menu for breakfast is small, but it was good food and a clean kitchen area.

Clean, comfortable and accommodating. I can't get up and down stairs very well so we asked if we could be moved to the 1st floor and the lady at the front desk was helpful and quickly gave us a room right down the hall from the lobby so we didn't have to carry our bags upstairs to the 2nd floor. The breakfast had hot food and waffles as well as yogurt, bagels, different juices and other options. The room was comfortable and clean. Would stay here again!

I really loved how checking in the lady in the front was so welcoming and just letting me know if I needed anything to give her a call and shed bring us towels and so on. I enjoyed my stay. Pillows were comfy and so was the bed. I didnt know the room i got came with a lillte kitchenette. Id definitely stay there again. Plus tv stations were good too.

Everything from the guest check in, to the parking, breakfast. Everything was absolutely satisfactory. Extremely nice people working here. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The breakfast lady was very friendly and gave us lots of locations that we could try as travelers. Overall it was an excellent place.

The staff was awesome (Brandi was a gem of a person!) NO BED BUGS! The breakfast was REALLY good! Would love to stay there again. I don't have much to say on the negative side about this place. Maybe the TV didn't work as well as it could? But who really cares when you have the ocean, beach, and places to see!

We loved the quietness during night. Smoke free, very family-friendly, cleanliness of the place, specially when we had breakfast. Breakfast was very good too, and not to mention the staff, all of them very friendly, kind and respectful. We are definitely coming back.

Front desk staff was amazing. Pool gate didn’t work with card key, side door didn’t work with card key, hot tub switch didn’t work. But these things didn’t affect us having a great stay.

Very clean hotel. Dated, but clean and a great choice. The rooms accommodated us well and the front desk was super professional. The breakfast was good and overall the folks working there were very friendly and kept up with the hotel.

Nice property and the staff was great. We were on the ground floor, but there is NO ELEVATOR to the second floor…stairs only. We had friends come with us on a group trip and they had to drag their luggage up the stairs to their room. The breakfast was good and we used the pool a couple of times. It was clean and well kept. The rooms were also clean and well kept.

Superior staff

Hotel was clean, neat and orderly. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms seemed to be renovated so, practically new. Where we were disappointed was the beds. They were uncomfortably firm. Laying in one position for a while you’ll get sore. Pillows were flat, so if you’re a side sleeper, like I am, your head is not supported. Horrible sleep, woke with lower back pain, beds are horrible. After a long day, the part you the hotel you’re looking forward to, nice comfy bed, was a disappointment.

I would have liked breakfast time to be extended a little later, til 10am instead of til 9am

our stay was wonderful from check-in to check out. Staff is very friendly and the hotel is really clean. The location is convenient too.

This was last minute family trip for the 4th of July. Staff and complimentary breakfast was great! We were greeted upon arrival and not knowing they did not have an elevator the staff accommodated us with a first floor room. Excellent service all around !

It was a great stay; we enjoyed being on the first floor. The only con is that we wish there were more room to eat breakfast in the lobby, and maybe one more waffle maker. Overall, very clean and nice. The pool was super clean and nice.

Staff was GREAT! Hotel is kinda on the old side, needs some upgrades but CLEAN. I would absolutly stay here again! Pool was a little dirty but we cleaned it as much as we could! Enjoyed the pool since there wasn't anyone in it. Would recommend! We woke up late for breakfast everyday we stayed 😅 but happy we had that as an option.

About 40 minutes away from the Padre Island and other beaches. Couple of not so good things- No elevator in the hotel. You'll need to carry your bags The refills in breakfast are a little slow. Not a big issue. Once someone is informed, it would be attended to quickly.

We liked it a lot

This was for my parents. They went down for a work trip and needed help looking for a spot they loved the hotel, breakfast and it was a really nice peaceful hotel.

Got up to late for breakfast, it was in a good location and the desk staff was nice. Smelled of smoke even though it was a smoke free hotel. And house keeping never came back to check on the rooms if you were not out by 9 am only to see if you needed towels at that time.

Very comfortable one night stay. On arrival I was greeted by very friendly staff. Check-in was flawless. Staff offered directions to many local eating establishments. Foyer, entrance areas as well as room were immaculate. Hotel is conveniently located in a very quiet area. 10 minutes or less to Corpus and other nearby small coastal areas.

A man repeatedly watched us use the pool from a seat in his room through his window. I reported it to hotel staff and she said he was a regular and she does the same thing, and apologized and laughed when we explained it made us extremely uncomfortable.

Good breakfast, long line but that just means everyone enjoyed the food. Everything went quick and they might need someone to restock more often. Needed extra towels and went to the front desk to ask, she just kinda blew us off and said to ask the cleaning ladies as she goes back to the office behind the desk to be on her phone, the room cleaners all spoke Spanish, which is no problem at all since I knew a small amount of Spanish. The front desk could've been more helpful.

Good service

When we got there Mrs. Brandie at the front desk was so sweet and very helpful she explained everything from the pool to breakfast in the morning. The buffet they had for breakfast was amazing and also offered trays to take food upstairs for the little ones. We got 2 rooms both with queen size beds and the room size was perfect for us all! Definitely worth it and we will be back!

The building is small so its less crowded. Breakfast was great & fresh. I recommend staying here.

Nothing at all!

The staff exhibited exceptional friendliness and accommodating behavior, while the facility maintained a high level of cleanliness. The ambient temperature was approximately 35 degrees Fahrenheit. Consequently, the air conditioning unit was drawing cold air from the outside into the room. To prevent this, I strategically placed towels on the top and sides of the unit to block the airflow from entering through the wall and around the unit for heating and cooling purposes. I was located on the first floor, in room 103. To achieve a desired temperature of approximately 65 degrees Fahrenheit, I had to set the thermostat to 90 degrees.

Extremely clean

Was surprised I couldn't find an elevator, but I travel light and walking upstairs wasn't difficult for me. However, there are special accommodations located on the first floor.

Unfortunately we found two bugs in the room. Not a big deal but didn’t expect that. They haven’t refund me my 50 dls fee for any “damage”.

This hotel was a wonderful experience for my family and I. We wanted a place to stay for our vacation to Port Aransas, and many of the hotels on the island were a bit high in price. This hotel had a great rating, great pricing, and was a very comfortable stay. It’s only about 15 mins from the ferry right into Port Aransas, so it was perfect. There is also a Walmart nearby and an HEB. It’s perfect if you want to save a bit of money and still have a nice stay. It was very clean, calm, and the staff were all very friendly. Will definitely stay again.

Booking issues. When we got to the original hotel that was an OYO they told us I no longer had a room and to call 0Y0 then a while says to call hotels.com. No one would ever help us either get a refund or a relocation and after two hours, a nice lady named Ingrid finally got the issue resolved

One night stay. Friendly customer service and very clean

Had a quick stay for the weekend and it was nice being greeted by the most friendliest staff! Very accommodating, clean, quiet and safe. Full breakfast was good and 24hour coffee and fruits available was nice. Have a few more trips to corpus and definitely booking this place!

The lady who was working the front desk when we checked in was so AWESOME, very nice, friendly and really enjoyed talking to her. The hotel room was great and hotel was all around very clean,and pretty.

The price of the room and proximity to the beach was enough to the beach to accommodate our needs. We are across the ferry and unpacking in the sand within 15-20 minutes. Near the hotel, there is a small HEB and a few food options nearby which were enough to cover the short time we weren’t parked on the beach. The facility does have a small coin laundry room (2xW&2xD) which we used without issue. It has a pool that we didn’t use but looked fine. Parking was well lit and the overall place was cleaner than the last pricey hotel we stayed at. The air conditioner worked great and kept the family cool. We also had a fridge to store our items at night. Our double Queen room had ample space for luggage and coolers. The dining area only has a few tables available for breakfast, but you can always take food to the room. During our stay, they offered eggs, bacon & sausages, along with cereal, toast and bagels. The crown jewel was the Texas shaped waffles which my kids loved. The staff was great! Everyone was kind, everyone was helpful. From check in to check out we never experienced a negative interaction or needed to go looking for help. All in all this friendly little hotel made it on our list for returns. It met all of our needs and then some!

I have traveled to many hotels across the USA. This hotel was the friendly and caring, I rate this hotel with a A rating, based on a scale of 1-100. Karem was very accommodating, and the staff (Rae- and others, were very helpful and went above and beyond their duties to make you feel like home.

Bed was a bit uncomfortable (could see the spring indentations) and pillows are VERY uncomfortable (square things that are just too small for pillows). Front desk staff were AMAZING! Had a problem with the ac and they sent someone right in to fix it. Always friendly and smiling.

The room was very clean very comfortable. The bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable for what I expected from a quality inn.. The night clerk that helped me was extremely personable her name was Eileen. She was more than helpful and recommending places to eat or things to see and do in the area

I only booked this room because there hotel had a HOT TUB and the room was reasonably priced. After checking in I went to my room and I changed to soak my sore back in the hot tub outside. I turned the timer switch for the hot tub on and dipped my toe in to feel how warm it was the water was ice cold! Thinking it may warm up since I had it on I sat at pool's edge to wait for it to warm up I had not been out there 5 minutes when I look down and there were at least 100 black bugs on my legs I didn't realize they were all over my body as well. I frantically tried to brush them off but they kept coming and swarms as I was running for my room I see the front desk clerk coming out with the tray that had a can of bug repellent on it she was taking it out to two gentlemen that were sitting inside the pool area. When I got inside I hadn't realized how bad it was until the next morning I literally have a thousand bites on my body that itch terribly. Needless to say I left the room that night and never went back I booked another room on the other side of the bay that had an indoor pool and hot tub that was working. The comfort inn & suites doesn't live up to their name beware all that stay there!

We chose this hotel because it was rated so well and it lived up to the reviews. The staff were incredibly helpful and efficient. The hotel was in great condition and everything was spotless.

I believe this hotel was ravaged by hurricane Harvey a few years back. In the rebuild, they have taken on a weird smell in the hotel itself. The rooms are fine, but when you go out into the common areas such as hallway, lobby, etc., The smell is crazy. We would not use the breakfast buffet because one we left our room, we just wanted out of the building.
