    We only stayed one night. But it was nothing like the advertisement in the looks and cleanliness. The room was ok (302) but when you ran water in the sink it took forever for it to go down. The so called bar is none existing really. Was just a couple of bottle of everything but the right thing. The best part of the situation was the help and kindness we received from Makayla. She was very nice and very helpful which helped considering the situation. One last thing, there was some sort of water leak on the first floor. So to get to the pool you had to track through a section of wet carpet. Probably won't stay there again!!!

    Check in was efficient, but she wasn’t very friendly. Room was clean but the carpet was stained and the AC was really loud, waking us up multiple times throughout the night. Breakfast was average. The young lady cleaning the breakfast room was very friendly and the young lady that checked us out was very nice.

    While I’ve stayed at this particular hotel before without any trouble, this last time was awful. And let me specify, the hotel was great as usual. The lady who took my info at front desk upon arriving was great. The system at that time was having problems and I got charged $30 x2 for incidentals plus $188 I don’t know why. This is aside of already paying the whole $265 through hotels.com the charge was directly from Hyatt. The supervisor there assured me everything was good and that amount would get reimbursed ($30x2 and $188) to give it a few days bc it was Memorial Day weekend. I left on Sunday and got reimbursed $30 later that day and figured since the other amount was more it might take a few more days. Nope, on Friday the amount was already showing not pending but deducted from my account. Went back to the hotel and explained to the GM what was going on. She gave me a paper and at the time told me to go to the bank that they would give me the money back. I did not look at the paper and when I got to the bank and explained the whole situation, I realized that she had given me a paper with the amount itemized for the stay. She had converted the amount owed into an amount spent for staying there! This had already gotten paid from hotels.com! I don’t know what’s going on there but the hotel needs to open an extensive investigation on management starting with the GM. They are robbing ppl. So I paid twice for staying there, one through hotels.com and another one by Hyatt.

    This hotel was in the perfect location for me as it was in between dallas/arlington/Fort Worth and easy access to the highway. The property was in good shape, the room was clean and spacious, the lobby was clean and inviting. Parking was free and the lot was clean and well lit. The free Breakfast was good, but a little sparse compared to other Hyatt’s I’ve stayed at…. The best part of my stay here was the staff, always friendly, always greeted me and provided great hospitality and service. I will definitely stay here again the next time in in the Dallas/ft worth area

    Check in was wonderful, we arrived about 3pm on 05/15. The young lady working the morning desk on 5/16 was very unpleasant. She did not seem like she enjoyed her job. The first morning there the breakfast was very undercooked. Things were being served still practically frozen. When I explained this to the young lady at the service desk her response was a simple “ok”. She did not check the items or have the items removed until more guest started complaining. We also called down and requested more wash cloths and she stated “I’ll put you on the list,” we never received them. Had to look for the cleaning service to get some. The gentleman working the night desk on 05/16 was very kind. Unfortunately the pool was closed during our stay and my girls were bummed, but he went out of his way to make them some fresh chocolate chip cookies to make up for it. My girls appreciated it and in return made him some paintings as a thank you. Overall we did enjoy our weekend.

    I thought with this hotel being a Hyatt this would be a great place to stay but I was wrong. Our room had a bad AC and was super noisey. My toddler is afraid of loud noises so that was a problem. It woke us up all night every single time it would turn on. It was terrible. The next morning i asked the staff if we could switch rooms for our 2nd night but of course they were completely full. The breakfast was terrible, like really. The food was cold and barely any options. Also we were traveling with kids and planned on going to the pool but nope, it was closed. I wished we would have known that before booking so we could have stayed somewhere else. We will never stay here again.

    Staff were friendly but rooms need help. Lights not working, bathroom floods, towels super old and thin. Says if you forgot something we can help. Forgot a toothbrush and they had none available even to buy. No sink in bathroom so had to touch stuff to go and wash hands, that was strange never seen that before.

    Well first off the hotel was old an outdated for a Hyatt hotel. The room smell very musky when we walked in. The bedding had stains on it so me and my wife had the spray Lysol all over the bed sheets and bed. The refrigerator wasn’t working properly, nor the light where the refrigerator unit was. No microwave in room. Breakfast was horrible. The bar wasn’t there . Staff at the front desk stated that it was closed due to licensing. Couldn’t fine parking everyday because people were blocking servers spaces with there trailers. Motorcycles were cramping the front entrance . Couldn’t sleep due to load noise outside. People playing around and knocking on my door screaming ICE . Overall experience was a zero . I will never book at this place in that location again.

    The breakfast was great and had a good selection, it wasn’t just muffins and coffee, it had eggs, French toast sticks, they alternated bacon one day and sausages the next day, oatmeal with a variety of toppings, fresh fruits, yogurt, bagels, bread, cereal, juices, coffee, tea, the rooms are spacious and comfortable beds, the staff are very welcoming and friendly. I would stay here again.

    The front desk staff was courteous and we had a easy check in. This was not our first stay here. But the property looks tired and needs some repairs. The toilet handle was broken; instead of replacing it, it had been glued back and got stuck each time it was used. The bathroom door could not shut completely. The room fridge didn't cool our drinks. When my husband went down for breakfast, about 15 min from the end time, he asked a staff person who was putting the remaining scrambled eggs on a plate (for herself) if there would be anymore coming out and she said no. As convenient as this location is to our events, we will make other choices in the future.

    I needed something printed. The printer in the business office for guests was low on ink. Talked to Helen (I think I got the name right) and she helped me get what I needed from the hotels printer. May seem small. But her kindness and willingness to help was much appreciated. She was great. The entire staff was friendly and went out of their way to provide a pleasant stay. A+++ Highly recommend!

    Upon check-in, I noticed a strong smell in the hallway that was unpleasant. After finally reaching our room, we noticed stains in the carpets, couch, un-clean pillowcases, along with dirty curtains. Another thing we noticed was a crack on our mirror however we were able to notify the front desk and they assured us that it would not be a penalty on us so that was great( we did not crack it) however staff was friendly. Another downside would have to be that breakfast is over with at 9 AM which is extremely early for someone that’s on vacation and another would have to be that their pool was not working. Place needs a huge update and renovations.

    Later that evening, around 10:30 PM, I realized our room did not have any hand towels or face towels. I went to the front desk to request those items, along with an extra comforter for my daughter. I was informed by a staff member (I believe her name was Palin) that laundry had not been completed for the past two days, so they were out of hand towels, face towels, and additional comforters. Unfortunately, we had to make do with what we had that night. During the night I woke up to find a roach on the ceiling, which was very concerning. I reported this to the front desk early that morning and showed them a photo. The staff responded quickly and were attentive in addressing the issue, which I appreciated. Overall, the experience was mixed. While some staff members were helpful and professional—especially the gentleman who assisted me at the end—there were clear issues with basic necessities not being available, as well as cleanliness concerns. I’m grateful for the efforts made to resolve things, but I do wish things were a little better.

    The Hyatt Place Fort Worth is a nice hotel in a great location if you are spending time at the Nytex sports complex! The staff was helpful, rooms were quiet and the included breakfast was good. We booked a 2 queen bed room but they didn't have any left when we got there so my 6'2" son slept on a pull out couch which was not ideal.

    We were disappointed in the breakfast. The photos and description were not at all correct. We went early and there was not much for choices and what they did have was low. Breads, muffins, bagels, etc were out. Fruit was out. The food that was cooked wasn't good. Water and juices were running out. We were put in a handicapped room and did not need a handicap room. The mattress is needing to be replaced and the pillows were awful.

    There wasn’t a bartender on staff. It was just a counter with liquor on the shelf and the check in manger tried to mix a drink out of a book. She was so super sweet, but I wouldn’t think it’s really classified as a “bar”.

    The staff was AMAZING! The front desk lady Renee is the absolute best in customer service and really making you feel welcome. Breakfast was great, just a few more options than a basic hotel breakfast. The entire facility was clean, rooms were clean. I cannot stop bragging about the staff, from the front desk, maintenance, housekeeping, breakfast, everyone was so amazing! I was very happy with my stay and will definitely be back. The only complaint I have is the rooms are a little out dated and need updating, for example my room door kept getting stuck. I would have to pull hard to get out or push hard to get in. My second and BIGGEST complaint was the bed. The Bed was terrible!!! so uncomfortable very sunken in, I could feel the springs. Other than that it was a great stay.

    Very courteous staff, quick check in and the room was nice and clean. I have always felt welcomed at the Hyatt Places, and this one was no different.     The hotel is ok, but horrible desk/manager for customer service. We stay in Dallas all the time and no hotel around has ever charged us an early check in fee if room is available, they all gave us rooms as early as 8am with no charge. This one - we arrived 1hr before check in time, had 4 rooms readily available, and we were charged 50% of the price of the hotel room for the day - just because of the manager, who was also making bad jokes "oh is not $30,000".. too bad the hotel is fine if management push away the people. We had another room booked ahead, else would never return here again because of the people behind the desk and greedy management.

    One our arrival we asked for a crib or playpen for our 8 month old we were advised in the whole hotel they only have 2 playpen to accommodate a family with an infant crazy for a hotel that size. We stay in room 311 and the next morning there was a roach crawling in the bathroom. Property is outdated and needs better cleaning room have a nasty smell. Will not be staying here again.

    Back and forth communication concerning check in time was excellent. Upon arrival the agent checking me in could not find my reservation, come to find out he booked my room under a different visitor’s name. He supposedly charged the visitor for the room, but charged my card. Lack in knowledge on how to use the system because the agent I spoken to the morning before checkout was able locate my reservation. I was charged a total of 3 times when we should’ve only been charged twice mistake due to previous agent’s mistake. The bed sets had stains and carpet needs a good cleaning due to large visible stains. Overall the stay was manageable.

    I will say the room was very clean! My issue was the smell of the room. It really was unbearable.it was a strong funky smell that was discharging from the A/c. The first night we didn’t sleep with the air on and it helped a little. The following day management did have the maintenance worker to come up and take a look at it. He cleaned it out and the smell lifted a little bit but later that afternoon the smell came right back. The worker on duty at the time acted as if she did not care, she did not try to accommodate me, offer another room or refund me back for one day. So I packed my things up and drove 6.5 hours back home. This was a first and last time for me.

    Our room was not ready when we arrived 20 mins after check in time. After waiting an hour we were given a room. When getting ready for bed, the pillows were dirty, I had to go downstairs for fresh pillows, etc. We stayed also a Sunday night so for Monday morning we were not aware of the breakfast ending 30 mins before the weekend time, the team did not notify my family or I. At night time no desk clerk was available at all. The hotel was nice but the staff, commodities, etc were expected to be better. The lady who informed us of our room not being ready did offer a free snack so that was like one of the positives. Shout out to her.

    Ms. 'Remy' had the lobby smelling like home, not the usual industrial smell in hotels. She was very hospitable and kind. Ms. Ana made sure my room was clean and that my items were stocked. The hot breakfast entree consisted of link sausage/bacon, scrambled eggs, waffles and seasoned fried potatoes, in addition to the usual fare. Air conditioning was on point. Mini fridge worked well also. The bed was comfortable and I slept like a baby.

    I politely asked for a refund because I physically couldn’t stay in that room. The manager refused and only offered a room switch. When she asked if the new room was better, I said yes not because it truly was, but because I was already overwhelmed and couldn’t handle the confrontation. I didn’t stay the night, but still had to pay, essentially losing money for a service I couldn’t use.     We wanted the room to have a girls night while other went to an event. We had little and were planning on watching movies/cartoon the whole night.     I absolutely loved the front desk staff !!! They made our stay so much more fun !!! Especially Kayleigh and Mrs Remi !! Also we loved the breakfast and the cook ! The housekeepers were also fabulous!! Gave us what we needed without hesitation!!! The room we stayed in was huge ! We loved the sofa and partition. We did have to ask for a microwave in our room but got it immediately!! Now the bad part …. There was absolutely no shade at the pool. And it was too hot in the dining areas. Also the halls stayed warm . Other than that we loved our stay !!!

    The room was spotless. The arrangement was great with a sectional, small desk, and king size bed. There were only two issues. The room darkening drape was shot leaving large areas of light in. The mattress should probably be replaced as well. The rate was great and we might stay again, but request a room change of it is in that condition.

    I didn't like the smell of the room, it smelled like mildew, the hallway to get to the room smelt decent it had plug ins so I figured the room would smell the same. Carpet was sticky, had to wear shoes the whole time and shower was clogged with a clog of hair that I had to remove because it would not drain. Visually could see the hair clogging the drain and it was not properly cleaned. Nothing like the room photos.

    This first room assigned to us, was already occupied by someone else, second room assigned, there was no cold water in the shower, only very hot water. The 3rd room, the door did not locked all the way, hair dryer did not work, no garbage can inside bathroom. Refrigerator did not work.     This place is always good. We stay frequently when doing business in DFW. Breakfast is nice to have, staff is always super helpful and friendly. Shower is powerful and hot.     The hotel was in good condition and in a safe location. Breakfast was not great. The staff was nice, but their communication needs work. Our toilet was broke almost the entire time we were there. I had to tell multiple people multiple times that it was broken. They did offer to move use to another room but it just was not convenient for us to do so. Beds were comfortable and the room setup was nice. If we had not had toilet issues the stay would have been great.

    I go to the hurst area quite a bit for my elderly father and stay in the hurst town center at another hotel that thought that I would try something new. The Hyatt was underwhelming. The bed itself seemed old and uncomfortably lumpy. The custodian of the room did not change the dirty glasses or coffee cup that I had left in the sink which I don’t know if was a service or not. Breakfast was fine but not outstanding. I don’t know if there was a large group there but they were out of coffee and plastic where when I got there at 8:30 AM. I will probably stay at the other hotel from now on.

    The property was clean and well maintained. Unfortunatly the photos for the property had major false advertising. The pictures showed a really nice bar set up in the lobby but was just the front desk extended into a tiny bar with minimal seating. Also the entire property was outdated as well as two lights in the hallways made the walk to our room creepy. We expected a higher end estsblishment but was met with lower than a holiday inn. Clean propety but dont book based off advertising pictures.

    This has got to be the most unfriendliest hotel I have ever stayed in. Going in for check in the person at counter was on their phone sitting down , I had to ask if I was going to get help . I had two rooms I asked for them to be side by side or at least on the same floor when I did my reservation and when I got there I had a room on the second floor and a room on the 4th floor me and my husband had to be separated because I had to stay with kids and he had to stay with kids. I sent my oldest kids down to ask for sheets and blankets and extra pillows as we had a pull-out couch and there was no pillows blankets or sheets given front desk told them they don't have any comeback later. I went back 3 hours later with my oldest and ask for them and was still told that there was none but they were going to do their best and try to find some from other rooms. The front desk did bring two blankets and two sheets and no pillows. The breakfast was not that great there was not very many options like it says on its listing. One day they had oatmeal the next day they had none. On our second day I went after they had any Forks as they had waffles eggs and they had sausage links and we were supposed to eat it with spoons. The front desk and the cook said no and I said oh no there's none they said no do you see any out there. They had no vending machines as listed on maps, there was no ice machines. We asked for ice from kitchen they wouldnt give any to us. Said they cant.

    There were some parts of the hotel that were run down. There is a huge leak in the roof at the breakfast eating area. The biggest issue for me was the smell in the hotel room itself. It was so musty and just felt wet from the AC. besides that, I really enjoyed our stay.

    Room smelled like mold and the bathroom wasn’t cleaned we had bar soap residue fresh still stuck and hair on the shower wall . Walking inside the room I felt disgusted but the check in and check out was fast and easy and front desk was nice . We saw a big roach outside so we didn’t try their complementary breakfast it was a 2 night stay thank god

    They didn’t come change the bed sheets they just came to clean the bathroom. We spoke to the cleaning lady she is from El Salvador. She never came. We told the front desk person 3 times and they never came. I’m disappointed with their communication and whilingness to help the customer.
